thumb on the scale of elections. we see they are interested first in protecting themselves which is why you can get christopher wray. you could plop anybody into that spot and their first instinct is to figure out how to protect the fbi. we saw the same thing with the mueller report. we realize the degree to which that team did not even ask all of the people who were involved in the investigation they were doing because they wanted to protect them. as disgusting as it is, you would think that with a vibrant free press, you would have a lot of people eager to fill in the blanks. that's not happening because the press is in bed with the fbi and the federal government as they all are. >> pete: miranda, hypotheticals

can be overdone. i think the media held out with one excuse: this is just a hunter thing. it's not a joe thing. let's say whether it's this $5 million or some direct verif i able connection is made between hunter biden and joe biden -- we have the receipts. the money went to him. a deal was made. a smoking gun develops, miranda. even then would they acknowledge it or that much of a hatchet job? >> look, i think you are seeing in the risks that the doj and the fbi are taking to cover-up whatever evidence it is they have regarding these allegations against jonese biden and the hur

biden investigation, what they are covering up is damaging. it must be explosive. we have all of these whistleblowers coming forward. men of integrity who sacrificed their careers. their livelihood and reputations. their families happiness. for an ideal. they are patriots. you saw the irs whistleblower went on cbs because he could not live with his conscience unless he spoke up. this is a fight between good and evil. these good men and the evil fbi and in the doj. it's been there a long time. >> pete: charlie, miranda mentions the irs whistleblower. the interview, he is reluctant. wanted to do his job and told do

it this way. not the way they have done it in the past. it's the president's son. it's a different situation. always benefiting him. do you think again that the firing of irs workers, the team looking at hunter biden. can you just shuffle to a new team to cover it up or can light be shown on it? >> well, they demonstrated they have an endless supply of cover-up teams in the fbi or federal government. at the irs. every one ever these cases we know about through the veil, they pretend to operate in secrecy, every one down the road -- i mentioned the mueller investigation. you get down the road and find out they don't interview the top principles who who made the

decisions. that's going on here with the irs investigation -- into hunter biden. the other thing is, another level of corruption going on here. at the level of elected officials. maybe you don't like chuck grassley but nobody would say chuck -- you could not find a reporter that would tell you grassley lied to you about something. we have been through five years being lied to by the democrats and elected officials who were supposed to the last line of defense to protect supports from a run away federal government. they are lying on behalf of them and doing what they can to protect this government. that's messed up. i don't know what the answer is.

weaponize justice. is this a need to know basis? doj you have your march orders do it. how do these things get executed? >> well, indirectly or directly by the big guy. we now know from the laptop is joe biden. there are plenty of rogue people running around doing what they think biden wants them to do. during the watergate nixon directed it personally especially the cover-up. the evidence is overwhelming. maligned government actors running a protection racket for the bidens. it makes the mob look quaint and small by compare san. -- comparisons. whistleblowers offer evidence that the probe into biden

republican have. why wouldn't they use similar tactics against any republican? can you guard against that? >> they can and will. we know they will. remember what donald trump said. they are not coming after me. they are coming after you and i am standing in the way. this is the perfect example. with the irs there will be a paper trial. jim jordan william banting find it. these people think they are above the law. the irs, fbi, and justice department, because if they are working with the biden administration, they think nothing can happen to them. they will come after all of our candidates. anyone who will cross them. they went after a journalist who won't be intimidated by them. it's going to catch up with them. thank goodness we took back the house. jim jordan and congress will get to the bottom of it. they have to for all americans.

>> pete: yes, kevin mccarthy and james comer and others are doing what they can. craig, if you were in the oval office the day after a new republican president were elected, what would you direct them to correct this 2 tiered justice system? how do you change it? >> well, i would begin with the fbi. dismantle and deconstruct it and build it anow. the bread and butter of the fbi, the rank-and-file are honorable people -- they do great work. it's the hoover building, the seventh floor. it's corrupted. i would move to the department of justice and clean house there to make sure that it is honest in the way that they pursue cases. you don't go after catholics as

terrorists. you don't go after parents who dare to complain at school board meetings. you protect justices when they are threatened. you enforce the law. when you are sworn in as president, you are sworn to uphold and execute all of the laws. it's about time we had a president who did that. >> pete: pam, you saw the fading outrage when james comey was fired or mccabe could barely get removed. whoever does this will face an on slaught like they have never seen. >> what he said. it starts at the top with justice. put in an attorney general who is not scared of anybody and will take out the people who are not credible.

move on to the fbi and replace them. disarm them. put the good street agents to work to do the job they were put there to do. protect children. go after kidnappers. child pornography and continue with the dea. give them more resources to fight this international drug crisis. homeland security. strengthen them. build the wall and do everything that president trump did in his first term and what biden is not doing now to protect americans. that's easy on day 1. >> pete: that applies to every agency. thank you both. coming up from government corruption to woke hysteria.

system have 40 arrests including violent assault? his uncle weighed in. he's been arrested 70 times. what kind of criminal justice system excuses this behavior 70 times? we look at the border. it might be porous. under the biden administration we might have 200,000 illegal entries. they blew it up. we can't imagine 6.5 million illegal immigrants. greater los angeles has the largest city in north america of people of mexican-american or hispanic heritage. the majority are catholic. baseball and soccer are the national pass time. why would the los angeles

dodgers, when people are in the audience are in decline. where invite the sisters of indulligence with simulated sex and pornography attacks on the catholic face. are they hiring people that are woke or don't care? -- certain people feel they can take it to the ultimate level to insult traditional america. there are no consequences with target or disney or bud light. you talked about the fbi. how did mccabe lie 4 times? 3 times under oath. or james clapper lied and laughed it off. john brennan lied twice under oath. the cia director.

beliefs of a true believer. you have material gods and they are political. they are not forgiving. true believers feel they're exempt from the force of the law. they can go in and say you will bake this cake no matter if it's against your residentialing. you -- religion. you can't do that against us. he was not pushing bud light. he was trying to push transgenderism down americans. we have 50 years of feminists trying to get eccrit -- equity

we heard calls for boycotts. holding on prominent brands. especially with bud light taking hold and now target, what is different? >> well, bud light proved to conservatives that we do have a voice. we do have a flat form. we are consumers -- platform. the ladies on the "view," it's so funny they are saying this gas lighting the american public. it's the left is who offended by everything for the last 5 years plus. this is the party that wanted to cancel land of lakes butter and uncle bens. in 2020 so many people went through cancel culture because the left was triggered by everything. conservatives said we can do

that too. we will stand up for kids. we have said we stand up for women's rights and quality and stand against the sexualization and grooming of children. conservatives learned with bud light we have a voice. we can make a difference. now we are running with it. the left doesn't like it. we are playing the game and winning the game they created. too bad, too sad. we are here to play. >> pete: it's pro-kid. you should not have to walk in target and explain that view. when it comes to the economic impact of this, target sent an email from executives to to employees. it was an apology to the lbgtq community, we are sorry you were affected by this.

maybe they should just sell lotions and jewelry and clothes. why can't corporations adjust? >> they get into these situation scissors realize they have lost control. you have to remember corporations have massive bureaucracies of people. there is an agenda. an activism within the company. people who work at target because they see target as a vehicle for converting you to an idealogy. in schools they go into teach not because they want to teach you. they want to convert you. these are activists with a bigger goal than the industry or the sector they are. that's happening with bud light and target. people who work at directae watching this show. they said i have no idea this is going on. -- i don't want to be part of this. somebody else has taken over. these companies have to decide who are they. companies that bring america

together and serve real needs or in docket nation factories? -- we seeing that. >> pete: people say target is so close to me. there are enough options out there for those who disagree this to vote with their feet? >> oh, absolutely. there are plenty of options that want to buy the items from target or drink beer. i encourage freedom loving individuals to create more products. what will happen here is we will come to a happy ground for everybody. these companies stay out of politics. we as christians and conservatives don't ask to put bibles in everybody's faces or

but she is the victim? >> she's been teaching this. she is a college professor. this is violence. overturning tables. you can't just wield a machete. she is shocked by it. how could this happen to her? she is the victim. these are the people teaching opportunities that words are violence. she came out of her office with a machete and wants to be the victim. this is where the tables turn and people say we won't tolerate big education doing this anymore. professors that come out as a victim. it took it too far. wielding a machete. this is bizarre and dangerous. it's an attack on the press which is interesting coming from the left who is saying don't attack the press.

wanted to join the military or be a welder. i don't trust a school to teach him. i have to spend years and conversations and hope they stick. they will pollute him for the next six. these people are not outed enough. she was. but i don't know what kind of difference it will make. >> pete: it is new york. we have seen more egregious things go without consequence. why would it change here? >> look what we saw with riley gaines attacked in california. nothing happened there. in new york people are not facing any consequences fur their crimes. i think is when it changes. corporations being punished for what they are doing.
