tonight with his opposition to gop calls for stronger work requirements to be included in any budget agreement that would be . with the debt ceiling increase. the issue of a work requirement has a barge for the biggest remaining hurdles for reaching an agreement between negotiators for the white house and house republicans. as a top gop negotiator is weighing in on this tonight, that's louisiana covers man garrett graves. he said tonight his party will not drop their demand for tougher work requirements as part of a final agreement. democrats have conversely argued listen, social benefit programs already work requirements in place. adding to them this is unnecessary. meanwhile, as you pointed out the president and his top advisers are over at camp david this weekend. working perhaps. assess june 5 deadline quickly approaches. jason, we will all be watching and i know you know a lot more about this and i do.

we've got a popcorn here in washington waiting. back to you. >> kevin cork, thank you. we will keep you posted if any deal has been reached. i could tell you been to these radios before i served in congress. this will happen closer to july 4th that it will june 1. that's my prediction. the 2024 race is heating up. republicans are battling for folks. in the democratic party president biden is fighting a much different battle. for joe every day is a struggle. >> i will proceed. i think i do know. i'm not could tell you. that will not be a smart thing to do. representative calhoun. i mean maccallum. >> i'm sure, my guess is look at a question about well, wait a ute. the american people aren't satisfied.>> swamp thing. for xample the ea in terms of

6:04 pm
watch this. >> horrible news. horrible for joe biden in our new cnn poll. while the president leads his democratic successor to the present the divided victory would either be a setback or a disaster for the united states. >> as they say, misery loves company. joe biden is in luck. virtually everyone in his administration from the vice president to the transportation secretary is deeply unpopular. even first lady, doctor jill biden struggles with likability. have a look. >> as i've traveled around the country i've visited red states and blue states. i found that the common values that unite us are deeper than our divisions. i thought you might clap for
6:05 pm
that. >> wow. clearly the biden's have been in washington swamp for far to long. my next guest leaves he can send them packing. after criticizing biden's policies on linkedin, for vic while swami was locked out of his account. he is now accusing the big tech giant of censorship. joining us now with more, 2024 presidential candidate of for pet's sake whose joining us from iowa. the think thank you so much. i want to give first to the suppression. this s idea, linked in of all places? you got locked out of of linkedin and i read the comments that you it was hardly something that was controversial. it seemed to be more fact than something that was demonstrably false as they claim. >> that's the way i try to approach this campaign is on
6:06 pm
hard facts. there were hard facts about private change policy. hard facts about biden's relationships with china. then i get locked out of my account. people start to text me and say i can't access myself. such an evil think it was a technical glitch. they came back and said it was inaccurate information. the team asked him what was inaccurate? they came back a double tenets had this violated their policies on hate speech, misinformation and violence. now, will move begin to publicize that i made that public. the started to get inquiries and linkedin backed off and said this is just an error on their part. this is on error. this is a viewpoint based censorship. if it can happen to me it's happening every day to americans across this country. to a platform where people use it to find jobs. what they're saying is you can't find a job unless you actually speak the orthodoxies they approve of and that is wrong. >> how do you fight back?
6:07 pm
is it suppression of speech and these quote unquote mistakes. that was happen against conservatives. right? and never goes the other way. i'm not aware of a single case where goes the other way. the suppression, the censorship, how to fight back against that? >> i think one thing from a policy perspective is that we need to rollback section 230s c2. or we have to make it opt in statute. i have no interest in sewing linkedin. let's eighth happening to someone who couldn't get this reversed as quickly as i do and they wanted to suit linkedin. under state law. they would be able to because linkedin enjoys a special form of immunity. internet platforms that say they can't be sued even under state non-disco nation laws. my view is that the federal government gives you a special form of immunity and protection.they are to be bound by the same standards as the federal government itself. that includes the first amendment. if you want the special protections, great.
6:08 pm
often, you get them. you're bound by the first amendment. if not you dockage of special protections than you could to operate as a true private company. i wrote about it and woke ink. as part of my presidential platform. that's part of how to secure internet freedom in this country. which i think is part of what it means to be an american. >> section 2:30 is up for reauthorization. the can't have it both ways. it was supposed to protect them as a level of liability against another person saying something and using the platform to simply pass it on. the supreme ourt has weighed in on this recently. they can't go in and do the actual suppression and election engineering themselves. that is a different topic. i've gotta move on. on a talk about jill biden. that poll that showed nearly 2 thirds of americans say it would be a isaster if he's

elected gain. i thank you and others see the vision of hate, this is the opportunity but, democrats seem to get away with never having to come out of their hiding spot and basement strategy. here we are in debt ceiling negotiations the president is not even doing a press conference. >> it makes more sense jason everything was going on. biden's cognitive deficits are not a bug to them. it's a feature to the managerial class. that puts them up as their puppet. he's more easily controllable by the people who are pulling the strings. the real puppet masters. if he has those cognitive deficits. their bed is that the country will go the same direction as in 2022 when there is a disappointed result for republicans. my views we have an opportunity to win 2024 in a landslide election. i think the selection i'm making it less about republicans or democrats.
6:10 pm
whether you're pro-american. do you believe are the principles of this country and we fight for them? or are you fundamentally anti-american? kamala harris and joe biden fits that. if we do that i think we can deliver a landslide election like what reagan delivered in 1980. that's what i want to deliver 2024. he is literally a lot more than twice my age. i'm 37 years old. the first millennial ever to run for president as a republican. i'm confident if i get the nomination i will defeat joe biden and landslide and have a lot of fun with him on the debate stage. >> he was born in 1942 i believe you were born in 1985. that is a stark difference. he was first elected to the united states senate in 1972. it's hard to believe how long he's been there in office. i do think the chance for the republicans is to win the vote and coming with an actual mandate to actually move the ball forward with the legislative priorities.

6:14 pm
conservative and very conservative voters is his strategy that is unlikely to succeed. indeed, what is happened in the last 6 months jason which we've all seen is trump has consolidated his position. with the attacks on him whether it be from prosecutors to media or desantis. he's gotten stronger, not weaker. i think santos especially with a very bad launch which was full of glitches and did not maximize his position. i think it's got a difficult, difficult mountain to climb to take on trump. right now i think trump is the odds on favorite. >> 'seditor, how do you see the tangibles versus the intangibles? there are things to get caught up in the polls. i've got to tell you, the people that believe and support donald trump. you ain't move in them.

unmitigated disaster if joe biden were reelected. he's not on the ballot in the new hampshire primary. i guess he's banking strongly on south carolina. his strategy is not really paying off. if rfk junior with 20+ percent of the vote now? that's a big number for somebody who's just gotten into the race. >> jason, i agree the president has a very substantial vulnerabilities. a majority of democrats don't want him to run for reelection. i think rfk junior is a threat to get from 25 ã30 percent of the primary vote. that being said, i think it's important to note that in the head-to-head races with trump and desantis biden is either tied, slightly behind or slightly head. to count biden out would be a profound mistake. as a thank you and scott brown rightly pointed out. the more the republican field

investigation. and that is the justice department itself. he says it was a justice department. they had caused much of these concerns but, also ultimately it was a justice department the pulled the entire iris team off the case. that's worthy of investigation. we have now and expanding investigation into the influence peddling of the biden family. the house just released information showing the labyrinth of accounts and corporations used to transfer millions to biden family members. we now have heard from this whistleblower that possibly biden administration itself has been taking steps that benefit the president's son. that should be troubling to everyone. >> the lack of intellectual curiosity by the media is just not there.i find it interesting the white house makes the case that they will

forward and great risk including this individual. the democrats have had a scorched earth campaign targeting whistleblowers. the hearing in which they attack these fbi whistleblowers was breathtaking. they've attacked journalists who have come forward. just to highlight the censorship program. they question whether they were real journalists. the racket member of that subcommittee suggested one of the journalists should be arrested. this is turning into a sort of mccarthy -like period. i think the public doesn't support it. the public wants transparency. they believe corruption is something that should be investigated including influence peddling. i think this will be a very typical road for the democrats will the public is very unified saying they want these investigations to go forward. >> yeah, remember with the attorney general garland said that multipage warning to

curious to this. how far back to joe biden's president connections go? even during his time in the senate? we can see right now, if there was a need analysis done by intelligence agency which show through all of these text messages. resources like toady bob linsky. the irs and their investigations. the special activities reports that were being put together the department of treasury. all of this adds up to one thing and one thing only. foreign adversary or forward nationstates were taking advantage and compromising the family, the biden family. all of those people connected to the bidens. what is so stunning and this is something greg just brought up. the fact that our fbi and regulus intelligence apparatus is completely hands-off in
