pools open up with lifeguards officially back on duty. i can type beachgoers and lifeguards in the northeast do have something on their minds, sharks. rifle is our fox affiliate in philadelphia reported just last sunday a 15 year old girl was bitten by one while surfing along the new jersey coastline. the good news here she is now at home recovering and putting stitches in her foot. we also got new reporting from the "new york post" this morning showing at least four great white sharks were spotted in new york and new jersey water ahead of this memorial day weekend. bill, we also know that there were at least six shark attacks in new york waters last summer. the bottom line is that you need to have fun this summer but you also want to be smart and safe. so if the lifeguard approaches you we are under swimming in the ocean and tells you a shark has been spotted you need to listen. quickset calmly take them out of the water but they do not let them back in until the safety protocols are in effect usually runs the first hour.

cincinnati they were doing a study on epilepsy. there may be some indications for marijuana in various forms. i do not like what is going on where it is being used in the state medical marijuana. as a doctor i need to know the indications for medication. i need to know the contraindications. i need to have the doses. i think we've gone in the wrong direction on that. there very well may be good medicinal uses. sometimes this illicit is scheduled it's difficult to do trails on it. but there are ways to do it because know in my home of cincinnati these types of trials are taking place. so there is little bit of semantics but it always went to see a drug has an absolute medical use. that is the idea of schedule one. i don't have a medical use. illicit and still does not a schedule use illegal fentanyl does.

but you think it will ultimately end up on his desk for his signature to make it law yes or no? >> it not a bipartisan support we got in the house and should get to the senate and the president has indicated he would sign it. >> oh it's okay you're also working to get fentanyl imported from foreign countries. looking to get classified as a weapon of mass destruction. do you have support on that? >> we are working on that. we should be able to garner quite a bit of support. this is a drug that clearly is taking the lives of so many americans. for this bill we as the definition that's used by the department of homeland security that says any weapon that is designed intended or has the capability to cause death or serious bodily injury to a significant number of persons through the release,

11:28 am
don't depend on one technology. our various approaches one of the big problems with electric vehicles is going to be the cost is going to be very, very high. particularly there is such a rush globally for certain components. the business with china is simply correct. would essentially be handing over control fundamentally to china. but it's a problem with the problem of the grid. in the uk that doubled their grid capacity to meet these targets and there's no way where is the juice going to come from we should be proceeding on various products to get or want to go. in a practical way that does not hurt people.
