>> the people was packed with people celebrating memorial day and they were sent scrambling. police are investigating what happened and how many people were involved. some injured were innocent bystanders taken to two hospitals, including a children's hospital. we have four juveniles between one and 17. we have five adults, ages 25 through 65. right now there is one in surgery and the rest of the victims are stable at this point. >> no one died, police have one person of interest in custody, they are searching for another. todd and ashley. >> ashley: thank you. to another fox news alert. house committee will meet to determine if the debt ceiling deal will make it to the house floor. president biden and speaker

christian people. >> todd: it goes beyond that, here is what superintendent of fargo public schools said, we will not openly out any student because of one law if we know that will cause harm to the child. since when is obeying the law optional? >> that that's it. he's showing the kids it is okay not to obey the law. what gives him that right? this is hired position. we voted school board members in, shame on us, small percentage voted these guys in, they hired this guy and can fire him. he is way above his -- over his pay grade and what he is trying to do here. you cannot pick and choose laws you want to obey and i don't know why he feels he can do that. horrible precedence.

i've dealt with guys in ministry and life, you are only sick as your secrets and you are telling kids it is okay to keep a secret from their parents. what will kids be like at 25 years old, what kind of mess then? this is setting a horrible foundation and precedent. need to be more people stand up and say, we're with done with this and ask how do liberal fantasies you want, we are done and let's change things. >> todd: remember, during every segment i'm going to reiterate, kids do not belong to the state, they belong to parents until they are 18 years old, that needs to be reiterated over and over again. brad shaffer, keep up the fight.

contempt of congress for the third time. brooke singman has more. >> brooke: house oversight committee chairman james comer issued a subpoena for this document a month ago, today is the final deadline for the fbi to comply before holding the bureau in contempt of congress. the fbi refusal to provide this document is obstructionist. if director wray refuses to hand over the record, the oversight committee will begin proceedings. there is a phone call set for tomorrow, but the charnl says the meeting will not impact today's deadline, arguing it should not have taken contempt of court threat. fbi defended withholding the file. now democrats are rallying behind the fbi and calling out the gop oversight efforts,

when the debates come up in august and man that's a big deal. then when the caucuses come up in january who cared about the debates in august? it's all gaining momentum and money. one things i would say about donald trump and ron desantis in particular is they don't have money problems. money is flowing in. the question is where is the money going to go bigger donors and loyalty. others you have competent tense. i forgot about tim scott. is he a quality candidate. nikki haley even if you don't vote for her you do vote for her. no one can say that resume is not deep and qualified. she is grinding it out in the early states in iowa and new hampshire. she is going to meet everyone in iowa. she had a two month head start. i don't discount the single digit people right now because it's so early yet. >> i'm excited to meet everybody in the state of florida which is what is he going to do less than three minutes from now. we talk about fascinating in florida a state republicans
