organized felony theft and the stores seem to not want to do anything about it. >> harold: i sympathize with this young worker i have a perspective on this that's a little different, my wife was in a lululemon store in new york city that was burglarized. she came out of the store -- it happened in a minute, she came out of the store called me and shaking and was told afterwards the store has a policy with a don't want this thing to escalate and they have insurance for this stuff, they don't want to endanger their employees or their customers. this situation here is unique because this employee said this is a repeat offense and what i don't understand about their policy, if the employee or a customer is -- feels like their life is in danger, they are threatened by someone, how do you behave? i get with the stores coming from, they called the people they robbed the store my wife is in an hour later, they have some way of doing it. they need to revisit the policy
