10:01 pm
to serve a second term as president. age be . t unfortunately, they can't keep him off every stage. yesterday, wterdaye saw him fall lectim to what could have only been a maga sympathizing sandbag at the air forcee watc academy. as we watch the thh e image ofnh our forty sixth president laid stond, wee stage, stunne couldn't help but wonder, is joe biden really as sharp as he asserts is of course, no one can answer for joe bidenhiml as clear and concisely as joe himself. >> please clarify specifically,h have you taken a cognitiveow. i haven't taken a test.: no whi y the would i take a test? >> come on , man.n, that's like saying you before wiu got in this program, you take a test wherein you're taking cocaine or not. what do you think? >> so one oddly placedoddly refe reference to cocaine in an interview. >> big deal . in least it gets around. well, here. ]
10:02 pm
okay, well, maybe he's losts some motor function. i mean, that happens with age and injuries. nothing to be ashamed of.es. at least he knows exactly where he's going. >> listen, we all get a little
10:03 pm
lost in directions sometimes. cut the guy break.k. he's been stumping on stages fo for fifty years. at leaste he's still sharp.what he h knowse' exactly what today he's talking about. >> so toda, y i applaud china fr stepping on me. i applaud canada. i can tell what i'm thinking. >> and i want to thank prime minister of ketanji leadership for the asean chair and for hosting us . >> that's my little sister, valerie, and i'm jill's husband. oh, no, no. you switched on me this my wife is my sister. >> they switched on me. okay, well, it's difficult to remember where you've landed after a really long flight and with the authoritarian actions of trudeau lately, you know, anyone not confuseon canada or china.
10:04 pm
the important thing is he has a good handle on presenting his message to the american people . >> ie to tt is noteworthy thatht a percentage of women t who registered to vote and cast a ballot is consistentlyo g out than the percentage of the men who do so. and to quote, repeat a line, guys, that's our president. r pd >> that's the most powerful man in the world, the man who wantse to tell you how to lives. your lives. and he wants four more years to do it. he falls sometimes. that's okay. we all do.'s a he gets lost a lot.t when okay, that's a little concerning. emember but when the man can't remember where he is , who his wife is , who is vice president is, or the the fact that he can't even comprehend a q like, end quote isn't a part of his prepared speech, at what point is it okay to question his ability to lead to make good decisions? i mean, was pulling out of afghanistan against the advice of all your generals, a move of, strategic brilliance or the result of stubborn confusion and brain fraud? d brwas shutting downan american energy, a righteous

move slightly ahead of his timet or an inability to understand we can'tto survive on solar aloe or the people around them following the lead of a wise political tactician or takingfra advantage of a decaying relic from a time gone by whose struggling to let go . i'm not here to kick a man when he's down. thisknows i fall daily. but this isn't about a fall on a stage. it's about the mental acuity, phs the physical enduranceical and overall fitness of an 80 year old man.wh and what appears to be a dramatic decline. >> harris faulkner is the anchor of faulkner focus and the co-host of outnumbered. she joins mes me now . k yo harris, thanks for joining you . had a great interview todayin on someonetervie who would realy wike to challenge biden if the democratic party will let him. >> jeah, joe's joey, first of all, it's great to be with you. this evening. and robert f. kennedrty jr. isns just joking around, as joe biden likes to say. he's not kidding.
10:06 pm
no, he wants to get in, but it takes engagement by the incumbent president to first actually come to a debate. so that is the first concern for anybody who would wanthi to get in at this point. and they've all been iced out on the left right. the president won't debate anybody. he doesn't want to conside ident r anybody competition. and look after today, he really ought to think about at least db debating. look, i just in the lastatin ho the president spoke. we carried it live. you saw it. and jesse's our just about forty five minutes or so ago, he was takinlag a victory lap before he signs that monster of a bill, the debt ceiling, which without is righ kevin mccarthy, he wouldn't be where he is right now becaususe foe for ninety seven a he refused to negotiate with anybody on it. questions abounybot whether or . he really could have carried out a negotiation. he didn't have to do it. there were dt delegateshave to who did that. but in. the meantime, is this idea that kennedy now has 20% support among democratic voters ? marianne williamson is in the single digits, but at nine percent, that means almost between the two of them. that number, by thp e way, hasfo
10:07 pm
ticked up for kennedy in juste the last few days. it would be almost o a thirdf af the vote. and if nothing out of w curiosity, we just don't want joe biden. who else could there be ?ot good that's not good news. if you you're plan is to stays inside the white house grounds to rose garden your way feet to the white house, which is , what, 15 feet behind you ? >> that's what he's hoping to do. but the fall, let's just think about that for a second. you did such a beautiful job of laying out the concerns here. i even hillary clinton saysout you have every right to askage h about the man's age and whether or not he's preparedhe's prepa. and that's a woman who'st fallen. remember that happened when she wappened ws running.ow she was we didn't know she was ill at the time. so there were a lot of thingsw going on that we just won'te do ever know. but what we do know is what shea told us to do and he said to wa. watch him. so we've been watching. yeah. and what have we seen in the last twenty four hours? a reinforcement of that conceran ,not the fall, but what fal happens after the fall. what all those people who cometb in and handle him, you know,
10:08 pm
the bike incident that you showed where he wais bacs o back like a bug with his legsec and hands in the air, no secret service was there. everybody had leaned inleaned with their cameras. it took a fen w moments for protection to catch up. we're going to show that video now. i think it was an ap photographer perhaps, who got this shot really close up of of him upside down, looking up at the world our enemies are watching. yeah. so i'm less concerned about fal the fact that people fall my grandmother, three weeks shya of one hundred and first had lost most of her mobility. tha but we all knew as a family s that if grandmhoa should fall,s the first thing you do is keepnt them down untihel they're okay. their bones are brittle. i worry after the fall, these people aren't doctors. they're picking them up. you coule peren't dod broken a b we don't know. i mean, at this point, there's a lot going on that happense is when he's out of a chair and iti is okay to ask questions about
10:09 pm
his acuity and his physicals abilitacuityy to handle a double rigorous routine of governing. this president and campaigning. all of it's on the table, by the way.e i thinway k we have a little bim a robert f. kennedy ife we have time to show it. i think it's important to doantd a debate now and particularly because he will have to debate his republican opponent and if that's donald trump , donalddont trump has shown his acumen at thatte, asking president biden to prepare for that debate by ,i you know, staying in the whitetn house and not really being out on the campaign trail is like a prizefighter do to prepareo p for the big bout of sitting on the couch and eating chick fil a paris. i'll have to play with my colleagues. reallylisten, i hope we get a debate. >> we really deserve one . desee the american people do. i think most americans , especially democrats, want to see it. thank you so much for weighing in, framing the only way you can. and great interview today. here's falkiner, by the way.
10:10 pm
>> here's you're going to be hearing me in this chair nextthg week. h >> i mean, the ratings are going to go through the roof. oh, yeah. oh, well, only because you set so up. so thank you for. u. >> god bless you . same to you . all right. there are still millions of fewer workers in the workforce today than compared to before the pandemicefor . wages are stagnant at four point three percent below the level of inflation below att four point nine percent. nt the unemployment rate rose today. the latest job e rose ts report. and yet, despite all this, moments ago, joe biden spoke hio to the nation to brag about how good his economy is by investing in america and our>> i people and in our futurede, we' created over 13 million new jobs in eight hundred thousand manufacturing jobs. where is it writteing jobsn in e can't leadet the world again in manufacturing. unemployment is at three point seven percent. more americans are workingcount today than ever in the history monthss country and inflation has dropped 10 straight months in a row.
10:11 pm
in this debate, i refuse to put what was responsible for alloppk this economic progress on the chopping block. charlie gasparino is a correspondent for fox business and he joins us now. charlie, if i have a lot of questions, you're one of the first people i wt people i o to when it comes aboutexplai the economy, job and market. go ahead. us whatheseexplain to us what numbers mean, because they don't mean a lot to me. >>to we're producing more jobs. yeah, we still have inflatione wages are down. that's essentially what you saw there. and this is why joe biden gets really, really bad markss on the on the economy. saysatter how many times he says we have record low unemployment. the reason is nohavet because people are being brainwashedbein by fox business or the wallg br street journal editorial page. >> it'y s because they understand. they know what how far their paycheck is going when they're working. 's a it's called inflation. it's a pernicious ta on thxe wo on the working class. if you work harder and earn less , it's almost no
10:12 pm
difference than being in a recession. and that's essentially what we have right now. >> look at it this way. i remember i was at the wall street journal at the time covering the economy during the 1990s. >> and du we had very low une unemployment, around three point seven percent. allill clinton, despite his scandals, had good approval ratings. we we don't have to goected through all the scandals, but he got reelected, as you know. yeah, and that's because that three point seven unemployments rate was accompanied by very low inflation. so you made money and you kept more of it in your pocket. we d.o not have that now. >> and that's joe biden's achilles heels going into this reelection. if inflation is connected to all the money we spentring during covid and in the recovery and dur, is there that biden administration can do to bring it down or bringo to ? it's not just that it was we printed a lot of money, too. createdcr money out of thin e air and we infuse the economyous with liquidity and handouts and . yes, and fiscal policy, which which hand gave people money. the only way to do it, to really get rid of inflation
10:13 pm
is either to slow down the economy or increase the supply side, whichincrea increasing the supply side means tasingdex cutting regulatn cuts, which he won't do. not fdr by well, i mean, you could try to spend more money, but that's what got us in trouble in the last. >> wthere havee a deficit prob. so what do you . there's only one left and one thing left, one lever to pull. and that's the heavy hammer of causing a recession, which, we higher with the rates, you're likely going to go there. >> charlie, thanksty. for breake it down. the way i can understand, because i know our viewers cannd understand. brother, anytime. yes, all right. planned parenthood was calledpln studenng elementarned y school students about the benefits of puberty blockers. and if that wasn't enough, they also showed students bizarre art. yeah, we have that exclusive report right here. stay tuned. hello, i'm mike lindell and i'm here to tell you about my brand new product, my slippers. what makes my slippers

risque part of sex ed was like a on a banana at lincoln elementary? in olympia, washington? unfortunately, a planned parenthood group taught fourthth fifth graders sex ed lessons and they did it without parental consent. now, these students were givenr a gender wheel that explore that edifferent genders like trs intersex drag king, trans them girl, boy and non binary kidsd - were then taught about pronounse like they , them or z. >> and i am not kidding you , joey. dding yobut tre is apparently nw a pronoun tre. ld b now they then get a list of supplies that they're told could be usefue l during puberty and most of what is on it, you'd expect deodorant, tampons, razors,o but it alsoerty blo mentions puberty blockers promotispecifically promoting n l.a., which actually doesn't help during puberty. whichunless you're trying to e. and we can't forget the exposure to hair artwork, most of which is going to be blurred on your screen right now because it's pubic hair artwork. shapedu can seice some hair

california. however,s the me the departmene industrial relations and the employment agency last year reread the law, the letter ofler the la ow and said it states nothing in the law about goatherds it just mentioned sheepherder's. at that poinat that t, they saie will have to pay our herdershal and hourly rate time and a half double time sleep time, everything else on call time, t which equates to well over fourteen thousand a monthnimu and will continue to rise with the minimum wage risem rase that are scheduled to takexc e effect between now and two thousand twenty five . so i'm not great at math , but i'm seeing like close to 15050,a thousand dollars a year to herdw goats. yot you're saying?u' yeah, yeah. that and probably more .o effect if this takes to takes intoo efe effect. however, it takes into effecctt nobody can know. tut i couldn't pass that cos on to cities or, you know, utilities or whatever .

they'd think we're nuts to raise our rates that high. h >> you know, i had goats growing up. u my dad did. we had put up electric fencefen, through two or three strands with nele in the trees and make pens and that eat everythingould like literally if they could reach it and they could reachoud things you didn't know they could reach, they can climb a pole, agrees pole. they can climbth anything but there would be no vegetation left. i would imagine that's a pretty th important part of keeping wildfires from destroying communities. well, in california, we've had record record rain this year. one the highest rainfalls and snowpack on record. we have record growt h, grass's record growth and brushe gs and so, yes,to they'll lift the canopy to five plus feet. they'll take the grasses down to two to three inches. s soo if you do get a fire , it's called the cold fire or coolco fire . it crawls along the ground. >> fire departments could putnt it out. it's not a problemcan . >> what what can you do here? is the state recognizing

>> welcome back. our political establishment is bought and paid for by the chinese communist party. that seems to be no secret. and in michigan, a chinese battery company is getting hundreds, hundreds of millions of dollars from the state of michigan to dickson is the host of the today show podcast. she's been all over this since its inception. she joins us now to tell us what's happening. >> yeah, it's really interesting because this company has come into the state of michigan. the government has the local state government has said , we'll give you seven hundred and fifteen million dollars of taxpayer money to come into our rural community. our rural farming community. and they have done no environmental testing. it is all under a non-disclosure agreement. we as the people, the citizens of the state of michigan know nothing about this deal . the local community has stepped up and said, listen, water is our greatest resource. we're surrounded by the great lakes. we can't afford to have company
10:44 pm
come in, not even really know what they're building. they say it's ev batteries of some sort, but we don't know the details of the deal. we don't know what they're going to do. and this is happening right here in the center of the country. gretchen whitmer, the governor of michigan, is aligned with this and she says is safe . this company has open ties with the chinese communist party and they are saying that they will bring chinese nationals in to do some of these jobs, but some of these jobs will be taken by local community members. however, like i said, there's a non-disclosure agreement, so we know nothing about this deal . and do we really want a chinese communist party on the ground in the center of the country? i say absolute not held directly. does public office holders have anonymous agreement with a communist chinese allegiant company? how does happen legally? >> some have said that michigan may be the most corrupt state in the united states because that has happened with all of these deals, especially in the automotive industry. so all of these deals where we
10:45 pm
are giving hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to these companies, they're all covered by a non-disclosure agreement. so we can't see what's in the deal. they say their companies have to be protected. and i say what needs to be protected can be protected with us really knowing what's going on behind the scenes. no other company would get away with not having an environmental test done. but somehow a chinese corporation comes in the country that does the most polluting in the entire world . they come in and no environmental test. >> it's outrageous. you know, when the government does a deal, we assume it's shady until they show us enough that it isn't. you've got nondisclosure agreements. you don't have the specifics. generally, that's when the press starts asking questions. but i guess in michigan, even the newspapers are in on the deal. >> yeah, they exactly. the the big rapids press, it looks as though they may actually own some of this property. the local property owners are being told you have to take our price or eminent domain. we're going to come in and take your property.
10:46 pm
it is outrageous. and i think it's funny because you mentioned the press, but look how much press jane fonda has gotten just in the last week because she came out and said the environmentalists should be put in jail or the people who are not taking care of the environment should be put in jail. all these business owners, why isn't she out there in the protest with these people? big rapids. we welcome her to come to michigan in protest against this. come on . tell us how you feel about the environment, because we are worried about the water in the state of michigan. >> yeah, i know too many vietnam veterans to give a about that lady. you mentioned hanoi jane . so i hope a story like this gets a little bit more traction. and thank you for sounding the alarm on it to nixon. thank you so much for talking about it. this, for the first time ever, nasa held a public meeting on ufos. it comes a year after the agency launched an investigation into ufos or what they now call unappeased unexplained anomalous phenomena. agency officials admitted in the meeting that many sightings remain a mystery.
10:47 pm
>> so what else did nasa find? nick pope is a former u.k. ministry of defense official. he joins us now. nic, there is a time in my life where i thought i'd seen a ufo. in retrospect, i had a whole lot of energy drinks and it was in the middle of the night. so i'm not sure. tell us what nasa is seeing and why we should or shouldn't believe them. >> well, it's great news what's happened this week, because just a few years ago, nasa were refusing to look at this at all and they say we don't do ufos. and now under the leadership of bill nelson, they are saying they are going to leverage the resources, the capabilities ,the expertise they have and help the department of defense, who are already looking at this, to use their scientific knowledge to try and get to the bottom of this great mystery of our era. >> when we look at the evidence ,there's kind of two sides of this coin. there are those who say ufo extraterrestrial and those who say ufo, someone else is defense department has found
10:48 pm
technology. we have it. does the evidence point in one direction or the other? well, it could be both of those. and indeed, when the office of the director of national intelligence published their last report on this topic, they said, look, you know, not one single neat solution to to this mystery. so i think we're going to find out more later in the summer. there's going to be a more report and congress, of course, are already looking at this. but this is great because for years people said , look, we need the scientific community to take this seriously. and now finally it's happening because whatever you believe about ufos, it is a defense and national security issue, but also an intriguing scientific mystery. >> one of the side effects of being such a prosperous nation is that in this country, we have a hubris about us . so we're always centered on ufo sightings. they kind of revolve around the united states . is there an explanation for an area fifty one not existing somewhere in africa or south
10:49 pm
america? why does it feel like to us that they're kind of only seen here? >> well, i think the media plays its part in this and the language and culture. but one of the great revelations at the meeting this week was the fact that the five eyes so the intelligence sharing alliance between the united states , the united kingdom, canada, australia and new zealand are now engaged on the ufo issue. so it's great as a brit to see the brits back in the game. so it's a global phenomenon. and nasa is going to be in the department of defense. they're going to be studying reports, i think, not just in the united states , but but elsewhere in the world to see what other nations can bring to the table in this quest for the truth. >> you small newspaper in montana, i believe it was, or alaska. i can't remember, identified the spy balloon first is the reason why they're being more open simply because technology is more accessible. >> technology is definitely an
