threat outcome "ron desantis, you small, pathetic man, this isn't martha's vineyard, kidnapping charges? the tweet then linking to a screenshot of a section of the california penal code. florida officials telling fox that they flew the migrants to california but got their verbal and written consent to do so. not so gracious gavin, who once boasted about being a sanctuary state, is also sticking his henchmen on desantis. taking this potshot at florida. >> we believe the state of florida and governor desantis is behind it, governor desantis has demonstrated his pettiness, his lack of substance, his xenophobia, and his discrimination and racism and his willingness to treat human beings, people, as political pawns. it is wrong, and we are getting to the bottom of it. >> jesse: while those two governors duke it out over the migrant crisis, the white house is getting mocked or complaining the migrant buses are putting a

strain on cities. >> bussing or flying migrants around the country without any coordination with the federal government, we have talked about this, state or local officials, as well, is dangerous and unacceptable, and we will continue to be very, very clear about that. it is dangerous and unacceptable because you are putting people's lives at risk. it is dangerous and unacceptable because you are actually putting a lot of pressure on the state and local -- and local -- local area. >> jesse: new york city is also getting slammed by the migrant crisis. so bad, mayor eric adams wants to pay new yorkers to house the cities migrants. >> it is my vision to take the next step to this, a faith-based locales, and then moved to private residence. there are residents who are suffering right now because of economic challenges. they have spare rooms. we can take their $4.2 billion, 4.3, may be, now, that we

potentially have to spend, and put it back into the pockets of everyday new yorkers, every day houses of worship, instead of putting into pockets of corporations peered >> jesse: all right, judge, there's a lot to talk about here but can gavin newsom bring up ron desantis on kidnapping charges? >> jeanine: no, that is ridiculous. i don't even want to waste time on that because it iron desanti? look, what is happening in this country is absurd. there is this overarching issue of chaos, where the left is basically taking down everything, all of the institutions, all of the different agencies are getting involved, everybody is fighting with each other. you got governors going after governors. you've got a mayor going after county executives, trying to move these illegals into the northern part of new york state. you've got everybody fighting with each other, and nobody is fighting with the president. all of us are waiting for someone to come in and say, the

adult in the room to say, children, stop fighting with each other. this is what we are going to do. but there is no one in charge. joe biden is literally aiding and abetting the entrance of foreign nationals into this country, about whom we know nothing. all right? and the idea that adams, the mayor in new york city, is now starting with this kind of leftist, socialist, marxist, we are going to put them in your house, what are you talking about, mr. mayor? you got half of the hotels in new york city filled with these illegals. you try and put them in the gyms at schools. now you're going to tell us we need to house them? and by the way, this whole idea of we can put money back in the pockets of everyday new yorkers, who are you kidding? first of all, if you house someone who was an orphan in foster care it is $40 a day you get. but you house and illegal, the charges are getting $125 a day. so, there's a little extra cash going in there, right?

what are they going to do next? are the left going to knock on my door and say, jeanine, you've got too many bedrooms here. i want to put illegals in your house. this is not the america that we voted for, that we were born into. and by the way, i think if you are a sanctuary state, if you promoted sanctuary cities, policies, or any of that, you should take two for free, all of you. >> jesse: dana perino, you are exhaling quite loudly, also, during that introduction. anything you want to touch on? >> dana: a couple of things peered first of all, i don't think ron desantis thinks of governor newsom as a rival. okay? i think governor newsom doesn't realize that nobody is paying attention to him. he is just helping ron desantis by reminding everybody that he was the one that was willing to do something to try to get the government's attention to do something about the migrant crisis. so i think that is ridiculous. plus, he is not even bold enough to say, desantis, you are guilty of kidnapping, and you are going to be prosecuted. instead, he used a little

question mark, like, kidnapping charges? like, oh. that is just childish, and i think desantis wins in that one. for a long time, conservatives have said, if you think open borders are okay, then why don't you come in nancy pelosi, have one of them living in your hous? they would roll their eyes at any concert or that would say that, and now it is actually their policy plan. this is something you can just imagine, an idea, probably should have gone by the wayside, but they are grasping at straws, but they are mad at everybody except for biden. and what sort of disaster could result from bringing somebody who is not vented into somebody's home? and we are going to give him $135 a day? i think jeanine is absolutely right. of the foster children in this country today. taking foster kids because of the money, absolutely do not. >> jesse: greg has already taken three illegals and, your money for the weekend. >> greg: we hang out, it is

said, didn't want to comment on it because it is so stupid. a teachable moment. for gavin, it is not enough to have good hair or be hands on here i learned this early in life. you have to develop strategies and skills to be persuasive. you cannot just call someone a pathetic little man. and don't virtue signal if you have no virtue. that is the best part about this. they gained a lot of compassion over the decades with this since you are and now all it took is one slight push by the republicans -- something we were talking about -- this virtual sanctuary just crumbled right before you and it makes you wonder, should have done this first, and it puts -- it puts republicans on the high ground. why are you complaining, using a folds? it's like, they are trying to call the right xenophobics but they are flipping out. i give adams credit for trying to walk the walk, however, these are not good ideas. he is saying we are a sanctuary city, i'm going to try to live

solution. the politicians seem to be only out for themselves and trying to advance their own personal interests, and i would agree, who knows what governor newsom is going to do in this race or if he is not going to do anything in the race or if he is going to run. it appears the politics of this issue takes precedence and supersedes the substance of solving it. we have talked about for years on this show, i have been fortunate to be on this show now for a few years, and the fact that we have not built the wall, the fact that we have not reformed our asylum process, the fact we have not -- if we think this is a national security issue, then we are not but law enforcement and i.c.e. officers on the border, the fact that we have not figured out ways to address some of the worker shortage challenges we have come if we were to get serious about it, is really the thing that bothers me the most feared governor newsom and governor desantis have the potential come if they were to come together and say we are going to go to washington and we are going to ask, we are going to demand a meeting with president biden and members of congress and say this is what you need to be doing, they could be gathering all of the governors, not one governor

kevin mccarthy and joe biden during the debt ceiling talks. but the white house is dismissing concerns that kamala will be needed in the future. >> what do you say to anyone who is questioning whether the president would survive a full four-year term? >> if you look at what he has been able to do, he has been able to push forward and get down historic pieces of legislation. he has gotten more done than any other president. this is a precedent that has been attacked during 2020, where people said, oh, he is not going to win, he is not able to get it done, there is no way he is going to be the next president, and he made it happen. >> greg: all right, so dana, i think they're jumping the gun here, talking about whether joe will survive the four years if he is elected. the primary is a year away. what are the odds that joe is favored to be at the primary? he is degrading faster than a people know my paper straw in a can of fresco. >> dana: oh, hate when that happens. by my count this as the 17 story

"the washington post" has run about a remake of kamala harris. it was planted by her team to show that she was instrumental in doing something. in "the washington post" rode it. she was symbolically placed for the deal, there she was in between -- did you hear anything about her at all at any time at all? even when it goes to the senate where she has all of the relationships? there wasn't any of that. maybe they're starting to realize the republicans will campaign on this point and say if joe biden is elected, every single day of the next four years could be kamala's inauguration day, and they are making it an issue. today, kamala harris was asked, do you think president biden will be able to fulfill a full term? they are not sure how to answer it. barring any unforeseen circumstances, i think the democrats are stuck with joe biden and he is going to be their nominee. they are going to have to figure out whether they can just try to make the republicans are toxic, that is okay again, or figure

out a way kamala can answer that question with some credibility. >> greg: i still think, jesse, the idea, they are forgetting there is a year away. we have seen the guy falling a lot. it is not getting any better. >> jesse: it's not for more years, is the next two years. nikki haley, this is a brilliant mind, and here's why. i spoke to a political call consultant, and he said the importance of framing the issues the number one thing in politics. what you want to do is you want to frame an issue that makes your opponent operate in a space that hurts them. so when a republican says we are actually running against kamala harris, what does that make democrats say? that makes democrats have to talk about joe biden's age, joe biden's physical, and joe biden's mental health.

it puts them in an even more awkward position because then they also have to insist and acknowledge that kamala harris is next in line. and they have to try to say she is ready for the job, or they have to admit, you know what, she's not ready for the job, and that makes a point about joe biden, that joe biden had the biggest decision he would ever make when he named his vice president. and you are basically saying that decision was terrible, so -- and it also makes black women extremely upset when you are having a conversation about kamala harris not being ready for the job. i think not only should nikki hammer this, every republican candidate should say this. we are actually running against kamala harris, and you just drill it into the voters minds, you drill it into the media's mind and the democrats mind and make the democrats and the media react to that. >> greg: all right, judge, i'm

all right, the real challenger is not kamala because if joe bows out, it is rfk jr., he is more like than kamala in the democrat party. more popular, sensible, and moderate than kamala and i secretly think you are closer to rfk jr. then you are to kamala because kamala is radical, you are not a radical, rfk is a moderate, don't you think he is the real challenge for the republicans? >> harold: you mean because he is running against joe biden? >> greg: if joe is not going to make it. i say the odds are joe is not going to make it to next year. one to drop out. >> harold: no. >> greg: i have to say something interesting. >> harold: i think jesse is right. what nikki haley is saying puts -- frame it, forces three questions asked about him, about kamala harris, and poses the question about rfk jr., also. he is pulling 20 plus percent,

and what it begs the question is do you find another democrat getting into the race if these kind of questions continue to be asked? i think for democrats to pretend that vice president harris, who was such an accomplished attorney general, whatever you want to say about her, she was not long in the senate but she was a tough on crime attorney general, she got beat up by some of the progressives on california because they thought she was too tough around these issues. we have said it around the table. if i were her, i would show up at the border. if i were her, i would show up mysteriously in ukraine. if i were her, i would lead an effort around the country the next 306 months getting ready into summer, almost already in summer, talking about ways we can help cities and municipalities with the kind of tools they need to hire more police, to get morale back up, and police departments around the country, and to get rid of some of the cashless fail, see if it is working. that is how you're going to show people you are ready. all of that is fine, but it is substance.

so, this bozo out there, the new york city health commissioner, comes out and says, we want to keep people safe. you may want to keep them safe, but they don't want to keep themselves safe. they are not testing to keep themselves safe, with these fentanyl strips. look, this is, if i ever wanted to be part of a nimby, this is the one i want to be part of. not in my neighborhood. get those machines out of here. they are normalizing their normalizing drug activity. >> dana: to that point, the community did push back when they were thinking putting migrants in school gyms and able to push it back. harold, is this another opportunity for the community to say, not so fast? >> harold: i would hope so. we deal with topics here that i think are beyond the pale of stupidity. i don't understand, as i listened to this young man, the health commissioner, with a straight face, and a community where i would imagine education

opportunities, job opportunities, investment opportunities, wealth building opportunities, not there. we are putting vending machines with drugs in them. we have sunk to a low point here. these are the kinds of answers that public policy makers are giving delivering to the public. they would be different if they were able to point to some data saying this helps people, then get the kind of health care and rehabilitative care they need after being addicted to drugs. but there is no data, no evidence to show. furthermore, the upper east side here in new york, three people between 70th and 80th on park saying this is a bad thing for our community, we wouldn't put it there. this is shameful that we have these kind of vending machines in communities anywhere in america, and in the city i call home now that we would allow this to happen. it's embarrassing. it's an affront. really, this is criminal, what we are doing to these communities.

>> dana: are we wrong? >> greg: no, all of our stuff in drugstores is locked up. all of this is out there for free. i need lip balm and toothpaste, vitamin c. very pale. and it's all out there. trust me, when you give three fe things to a drug addict, they just sell it for more drugs. the reason why that thing gets cleaned out, oh, my god, i need to take my vitamin c, they are going to try to sell whatever they can. so this isn't a solution because as long as the street drugs are the product as opposed to legal drugs, this will never get any better. we don't need to pay for crack pipes. out of the fentanyl strips. this is something i did not learn, i thought frontal strips were such a great thing, nobody wants to waste their drug on fentanyl strips. you test it on the strip, you can use the drug then. you want to use that drug. even narcan isn't working by

ancestry made it really easy to learn about my family's history. finding military information, newspaper articles, how many people were living in the house and where it was, makes me curious and keeps pulling me in and the photos reminding me of what life must have been like for them.
