team reportedly asked the doj to delay the looming indictment because of serious allegations that a senior prosecutor tried to sway witness testimony by discussing a federal judgeship. that allegation is still pending before a federal judge. now, still the doj apparently declined dmiend of delay and will be moving in order at a rapid pace. in contrast, they have had hunter biden's laptop from hell since december 2019 and that probe has been stalled five long years. but they call that equal just advertise and equal application of our laws, at least in this psycho dual justice system we have. but in a blatant attempt to keep up appearances hunter now will reportedly be indicted around the same time as former president trump. let me just stop right here. hunter, mark my words, will likely not face any of the serious charges, definitely

nothing that will implicate home repair bills or as others refer to him as the big guy getting his 10 percent. this will be nothing other than a show indictment to cover their overtly political never ending persecution of any and all things donald j. trump. it appears the doj has three goals, one, get trump as soon as possible. prevent him from becoming president. two, protect joe biden at all costs and three try to save face by using poor old hunter contract addict painting by numbers i've never seen money like that but they'll use him as a minor sacrificial lamb to justify going after trump so now question is when can we expect these looming indictments. here with the latest

editor-in-chief just the news.com john solomon. thank you john [applause] >> let's talk about, so my understanding is they have told donald trump that he is a criminal target and that the indictment could be early as friday. >> yeah. no one knows when the indictment is coming down until the grand jury hands it up but i think they're on a fast pace that's why the moifks has occur but there are complications in this case and three of them. i record a year ago and reported at the time a decade ago there's a ruling in the district court of columbia that says that a president has wide latitude to determine what papers he takes with him as personal and they're not really challengeable in court. that's going to be one of the things the prosecutors have to overcome. second there's been leaks about a tape where the president

allegedly says i have a classified document i can't show. he doesn't use the word classified. the news report is wrong. he uses secret or confidential. now there's serious allegation the trump team has made to deputy attorney general and chief judge district court in washington that a federal prosecutor working on the current case made comments to a lawyer with a cooperating witness in the case that he knew that the lawyer was up for a judgeship so basically dangling a judgeship in connection with the investigation involving his witness. that's a very serious matter. those are three thresholds the justice department has to tackle if they decide to secure indictment against the president. >> seems very likely. how do they justify if it's going to be about classified or top secret documents i think they run into an immediate problem, that is the double standard regarding hillary

clinton and even james comey july 2016 press conference when he laid out all the classified top secret materials she had, the same we have four separate locations where they found a ton of classified materials related to joe biden so my assumption it will be a process crime. now if they go after obstruction case okay that's fine. how do they get away from the comparison that hillary clinton deleted 33,000 emails, had devices that might have had them on them destroyed with hammers and sim cards removed, wouldn't that meet the classic definition of an obstruction case? >> sure. listen. i don't think this justice department and fbi have been too concerned about the appearance of a dual system of justice. how many have we high lighted on this show the last 5 years in

a day off in washington, d.c. when president biden is in charge. it's also going to be very unpopular, particularly the price rise, polls showing fairly or unfairly a majority of americans think that president biden is on a day pass from a nursing home.
