with environmental issues. it is about socialism, we will have more on that in a moment. also, one of our favorite senators we love john kennedy of louisiana. [applause] >> he will be here tonight with reaction to biden's latest attempt to ban yet another popular kitchen appliance. they wants my stove. they want my air conditioner. i'm telling you over my dead body [cheers and applause] >> also, evidence that democratic voters are ready to move on from joey and seriously weighing our options but a bombshell report from just the news.com editor-in-chief john soloman confirmed by fox news quote that federal prosecutors have notified donald trump he's a criminal target and likely to be indicted in a probe in alleged classified documents. i guess hillary is right around the corner. not far behind her is joe biden. this after trump's legal defense

team reportedly asked the doj to delay the looming indictment because of serious allegations that a senior prosecutor tried to sway witness testimony by discussing a federal judgeship. that allegation is still pending before a federal judge. now, still the doj apparently declined dmiend of delay and will be moving in order at a rapid pace. in contrast, they have had hunter biden's laptop from hell since december 2019 and that probe has been stalled five long years. but they call that equal just advertise and equal application of our laws, at least in this psycho dual justice system we have. but in a blatant attempt to keep up appearances hunter now will reportedly be indicted around the same time as former president trump. let me just stop right here. hunter, mark my words, will likely not face any of the serious charges, definitely

nothing that will implicate home repair bills or as others refer to him as the big guy getting his 10 percent. this will be nothing other than a show indictment to cover their overtly political never ending persecution of any and all things donald j. trump. it appears the doj has three goals, one, get trump as soon as possible. prevent him from becoming president. two, protect joe biden at all costs and three try to save face by using poor old hunter contract addict painting by numbers i've never seen money like that but they'll use him as a minor sacrificial lamb to justify going after trump so now question is when can we expect these looming indictments. here with the latest

editor-in-chief just the news.com john solomon. thank you john [applause] >> let's talk about, so my understanding is they have told donald trump that he is a criminal target and that the indictment could be early as friday. >> yeah. no one knows when the indictment is coming down until the grand jury hands it up but i think they're on a fast pace that's why the moifks has occur but there are complications in this case and three of them. i record a year ago and reported at the time a decade ago there's a ruling in the district court of columbia that says that a president has wide latitude to determine what papers he takes with him as personal and they're not really challengeable in court. that's going to be one of the things the prosecutors have to overcome. second there's been leaks about a tape where the president
6:05 pm
allegedly says i have a classified document i can't show. he doesn't use the word classified. the news report is wrong. he uses secret or confidential. now there's serious allegation the trump team has made to deputy attorney general and chief judge district court in washington that a federal prosecutor working on the current case made comments to a lawyer with a cooperating witness in the case that he knew that the lawyer was up for a judgeship so basically dangling a judgeship in connection with the investigation involving his witness. that's a very serious matter. those are three thresholds the justice department has to tackle if they decide to secure indictment against the president. >> seems very likely. how do they justify if it's going to be about classified or top secret documents i think they run into an immediate problem, that is the double standard regarding hillary
6:06 pm
clinton and even james comey july 2016 press conference when he laid out all the classified top secret materials she had, the same we have four separate locations where they found a ton of classified materials related to joe biden so my assumption it will be a process crime. now if they go after obstruction case okay that's fine. how do they get away from the comparison that hillary clinton deleted 33,000 emails, had devices that might have had them on them destroyed with hammers and sim cards removed, wouldn't that meet the classic definition of an obstruction case? >> sure. listen. i don't think this justice department and fbi have been too concerned about the appearance of a dual system of justice. how many have we high lighted on this show the last 5 years in
6:07 pm
they seem to have the regret trump mental advertisement there's something interesting in the target notification. the law cited for the documents is section 793 that doesn't require to you prove something is classified just it would have affected national defense information. that's going to give the president's lawyers latitude to argue maybe it's not national defense information and what if this information was leaked by someone before the president referenced it? i think there's charges the trump team sees in prosecution and i'm talked to government lawyers also they have concerns how this case ends up. >> john solomon thank you for keeping us update. appreciate it [applause] >> now to a breaking report from foxnews.com with more damning evidence against joe and hunter in a newly uncovered email from 2016 hunter was gushing over the generous birthday gifts from the founder of burisma holdings writing thanks for the beautiful
6:08 pm
birthday gifts, waits far too extravagant but much appreciated. keep in mind hunter was receiving $50,000 a month to sit on the board of that oil and gas giant and telling good morning america he had no experience in oil energy gas coal or ukraine? why could you think he got paid all this money? i don't know he said. could it be your dad is in charge of ukranian policy as vice-president? he goes, probably. short time later hunter's vice-president joe biden at the time, forced ukraine to fire that prosecutor in six hours. that was investigating the founder of burisma and hunter biden himself, that a coincidence or is that the real ukrainian quid pro quo with joe? with reaction, welcome welcome the cohost of the hit show judge janine pirro is here.
6:09 pm
[cheers and applause] >> thank you. thank you. wow. boy. >> i don't want to waste a minute because you have much to say. this is important. i believe this indictment is real. i think we are going to see it not this week, probably sometime next week. >> yes. >> they might indict hunter around the same time but it's going to be on a gun application clark and tax charges, none of the things that comber is investigating about china and money and suspicious activity reports and shell corporations. >> and foreign lobbying and not registering as a foreign agent. >> so here's my question. doingt think they're going after donald trump on the issue of documents. >> no, they can't. >> if they do they have to go joe and they have to go after
6:10 pm
hillary. >> that's right. that's right. >> so i'm guessing they're going after process crime. >> of course they're going after process crime. they can't possibly go after donald trump for these documents. first of all hillary let's get her out of the way. she was never p. she was never vice-president. i think she still wants to run but that's another issue and the truth is for her to have these classified documents on a private email that jim comey said probably was hacked by foreign governments which three destroyed which is destruction of evidence, tampering with evidence, and 33,000 emails. >> subpoenaed emails. >> she knew waits relevant to the investigation into benghazi. so you cannot let her go not mentioned what happened with the durham investigation. as it related to joe biden what we have right now is something like i don't know, 1850 boxes from when he was senator. he's got records from when he
6:11 pm
was a senator not even allowed to have information as had classified in various places in four different locations, classified. but they're not going after him. so the only one they can go after donald trump and say somehow he obstructed something who are did something to stop us from getting this information when he was working with the agency in charge of these documents. >> let's talk about originally the grand jury we heard was in wash. we thought the case the documents case would be in washington, d.c. little did we know there was another grand jury convened and there one in miami which would be where the jurisdiction of maug slow. >> right. >> does that mean that the j-6 investigation aspect of the special counsel is in d.c. and the mar-a-lago case is in miami? because i don't think donald trump would have a shot in hell geting a fair jury in d.c. or new york or frankly fulton county, georgia for that matter.
6:12 pm
>> there's no question. >> maybe miami. >> maybe miami. what you've got is the january 6th event. i don't know if they have anything there. i don't know they have evidence they believe they can prove. >> many of you will now peacefully and pat eroticly march so you can be heard. >> i frotd about that one. the way they took him down in maug slow shocking what they d. but this is a dual system of justice. there's no question there's a system for the bidens and his son and bid the way if they do indict hunter biden i don't know any want who has paid edward 2.5million in back taxes who hasn't gone to jail. >> what about the guy that gave him the money lends him the jet to go to his custody hearings because he doesn't want to pay for his own -- >> you mean the grandchild the biden's forgot about? i know joe is forgetting things. >> they say they have six grandchildren they have a

seventh one and they only put six up on the fireplace. the dog. >> the dog. they have a stocking for the dog. >> how do you ignore a four-year-old innocent little girl who is your biological granddaughter? that joe and jill biden where is your heart your soul and your conscience? that girl did nothing wrong. [applause] >> it gets worse than that, sean. look. it goes to the character of the bidens. they're supposed sob em pathic and kind. the truth is they objected to that little girl having biden as a last name them. went to court to stop that. >> i think that might be a special gift if she had doesn't have that last name. [laughter]. >> given the organized criminal enterprise we have seen. >> let me ask you this. let's go to the one case that we do know. let's go to the quid pro quo.
6:14 pm
this is joe biden on tape bragging. he said, i was in ukraine. he had a billion taxpayer dollars, one billion dollars and he said i'm not giving you the billion unless you fire a prosecutor. why would a vice-president ever want a prosecutor in ukraine fired? that's odd, right? >> you know why it makes sense? it makes sense because that was a company that his son was working for and making $50,000-80 noun a month. >> no vice-president would ever want a prosecutor in ukraine fired, right? he says you've got six hours to do it and he's bragging telling the story after the fact son of a b they fired him. that prosecutor, now can you take it from there. >> that prosecutor ends up getting fired but the outrage is a president of the united states would wrap himself in the flag of his country with all the power and prestige that goes with that flag and goad into a
6:15 pm
country and say if you don't get rid of this prosecutor on this individual company hand by the way my son and all his buddies are getting money from i'm not giving you had a billion of taxpayer dollars and he's dumb enough to come out and say he said it. that as far as i'm concerned is is a pay to play [applause] >> and i said hunter on good morning america no experience getting paid all this money. >> he's got no experience. joe knows something about his foreign businesses. why would he lie about that? that's called consciousness of guilt. >> let me ask you a final question. i appreciate you being here. >> we are ending each horse sentences. >> i want to ask you how does this impact donald trump's road to the presidency? because i don't think it's just going to be this special counsel counsel. i think fulton county is a done deal. he's not facing new york, fulton
6:16 pm
county and miami and d.c. with legal problems. there is not a small issue. how do you run successfully for president with all that hanging over your they had whole time? >> first of all i think donald trump has proven based upon his four years in office he can withstand what none of us could withstand [applause] >> i'd be hiding under a desk. number2,maybe one indictment, maybe one but two, three, four indictments, then hour going to have, you will have poked the eye of the tiger at that point i think americans see a dual system of justice. we see it on the local level with defunding of police. we see it on the federal level with department of justice calling parents domestic terrorists and non-indictment people that we know viscerally should be charged with a crime. i think it inures to his benefit and in the end people will see that it way.

>> judge janine glad to see you. the presidential race is in swing but if you look at joe biden's schedule he's maintaining his light workweek hat the witt. look at the cnn poll. only 60 percent of democrats actually support joe biden that is a historically low number for a sitting president. meanwhile, up to 64 percent democrats now would consider voting for biden's challenger robert f. kennedy, jerkens jr., who now routinely in the low 20s in the polls and joe is in like the 30s. unlike biden, rfk, jr. is on the campaign trail. he visited the border where he discovered firsthand that joe biden is not up to the job. take a look at this. >> everybody, i'm at the border wall around yuma, arizona about

frail cognitive mess of a president joe biden could be vulnerable and rfk might not just be his only serious challenger. because certain governor from let's say the state of california. [booing]. >> could he win the democratic nomination? because i'm hearing a lot of chatter that people are encouraging him to run. i wouldn't bet against it. meanwhile, despite the doj's best efforts donald trump continues to push forward with a very aggressive campaign. take a look. >> here's a question for you. just how far are the radical left and inside the beltway bandits willing to go to stop it? we all know they hate him more winning the fight to protect life, for exposing their deep state, for draining their precious swamp and they already know, he will crush biden. so, like a pat of rabid wolves,

scomplem fighting is holding his own camera at 2:00 in the morning saying the border is broken. and surprise surprise common sense actually makes sense to a lot of people even some of knows democrats. once they learn to read and write, sean guess what, they're going to start going to people like kennedy who actually walked the walk and gets out there. amazing how that actually works. >> it is. mark i look at this, i know were you posting for the clintons a long time and you i think agree with me that the democratic party has fallen really hard to the far left, so far they've been able to sustain it. i think ultimately it's unsustainable because i don't think these policies work. your thoughts. >> well, i think that we are going to see what laps with this nomination right now, because i think biden is only getting in my poll about 40 3ers of the

democrats. he's got to improve his numbers. had a lot of people think he has moved to far to the left so if by september he doesn't improve his numbers, kennedy moves up, i think hul see two or three governor's get in this race and you'll have a real democratic primary. can he do it? >> well, who are the horse? do you agree with me? look. if i had gavin newsom's phone rights here in front of me i would guarantee you he's getting dozens of text men's from prominent democrats and don't others, saying please, gavin, get in this race and run. do you disagree that? let me know if you do. if you don't who do you think the other governors are? >> well, i completely agree. i think the governor of illinois and michigan those three governors are poised to run in the crack party. maybe ao gel in.
6:23 pm
>> [booing]. >> will the party going hard left hurt them in the end? >> look. i think the party has come back to the center. i think this budget deal was a move to the center. if it's going to win, the democratic party has got to move to the center and i think the party that is in the center in this election will be the one that wins. >> all right. we appreciate it. thank you mark, and congratulations. the new beak the puppeteers, an son.com, hannity.com book stores everywhere. coming up, the east coast blanket in smoke from canadian wildfires, naturally aoc is using that opportunity to push for more green socialism.

spoke with new yorkers about deteriorating air quality. >> there are politicians extremely liberal like aoc who think this is a reason to push a plan that would cost the country $94 trillion. what do you feel about that? >> i feel like we should look into more what caused it because forest fires can happen from anything from science reasons to one guy throwing a cigarette in a bush and causing that so before we start spending trillions of dollars that we kind of need right now maybe we had should do research what's going on. >> do you think there's any need for climate change legislation? >> i think they should do something about it. >> okay, but you're totally crumble being out here, smoke and, don't you need a mask. >> i didn't need a mask in

neighborhood in canada that's making it smoke all the way down here. >> i think a lot of people realize what's happening, remaining cool calm collected. people are having ptsd from seeing so many people wearing masks. >> what are two people doing with masks on? >> double masks. people were compared the air pollution to new delhi. this is a one-time event caused by forest fires but aoc using this as her opportunity salivating over this was this is a great chance for fund-raising for her democratic cronies. >> if you look at the green new deal she's pushing it has nothing to do with the environment. it's guaranteed pre-pay, guaranteed college government

paid, guaranteed government job, guaranteed government wage, guaranteed government retirement, i prefer not to eat nuts and berries the rest of my life. i actually would like a steak or beef or something they don't want us to have, so the green new deal is nothing to do with that but yet they want to spend a hundred trillion taxpayer dollars which you can't afford anyway? it's redistribution. >> of course, and she wouldn't want to call out her fellow socialists in canada so let's blame it on climate change. it is shockingly bad. i think what charlie said is right. we can see what it is actually like in other countries because this is shanghai year-round. yesterday when i came out of the hotel in new york city i looked around and i was like, did the rap tour come and i didn't go? i mean this is pretty crazy. it looked bad.
6:33 pm
>> it definitely looked bad. you were out there. i keep reading and hearing reports and people being interviewed. i had a hard time breathing. i'm walking in the same place you're walking and i don't feel a thing and i'm trying to understand. i work out regularly. so, i think i'm relatively in tune with my body. i think if it was difficult if i was everything difficulty breathing i would notice but these are young people saying this. are they snowflakes? >> i think people like to make a big deal out of nothing. this is one reason for people to start complaining. yesterday was the crack pipes. today it's smoke in the air. i'm wondering if anybody is investigating any correlation. >> in case you don't know that was my favorite story because they gave away free crack pipes, knee narcan, you get to test

[applause] all of this is just one further indication that the biden administration has a fatal attraction to nutty ideas. about 50 percent of american households heat their homes with natural gas powered furnaces.
6:41 pm
president biden's new rule would make about 40-60 percent of those nurn ass illegal because he doesn't think they are are sufficiently energy efficient. as some as the legal you pointed out for gas stoves for ovens for dish washers for vending machines all this is going to you hurt the american people. it's going to restrict consumer choice. it's going to raise prices and it's going to have minimal if any impact on co-2emissions. in my opinion it's a moron-a-thon and further evidence that crazy never takes

what we are learning, not only sales decimated, not only has market cap lost billions but there's a rage in america. there's a rage where people spend time on their phones retweeting this messaging to others in a way we have never seen before. i want to staying -- staying on the beer issue, robert richard antoine pierre a commodity. it's beer. all beers are the same. >> okay, you can't say that. not all beers are the same. brand the brand it is. it took 36 hours to december mate. we are learning that social media is a new force in america that's uncontrolled. so boards of directors have compensation committees, they have audit committees, they have all kinds of committees to look at risk. they have no media committee. there's nobody that's using twitter on those boards. they don't understand how a tiktok video can go viral, and yet it wiped out their market cap. so what's happening now is the actual, when you think about it from a mandate point of view my mandate as a ceo is to get up in the morning and protect my brand and to sell more beer and in beer wars if you can win 1 3ers market share, 1percent in one year and spend a billion advertising for 1 percent that's how it was 20 y50ers. they lost 20percent in two weeks! that's never happened.
