outside the u.s. district court building in south florida with the latest. good morning to you, jonathan. >> good morning, steve, ainsley and brian. security is always tight around federal courthouses. buff you can only imagine it rises to a much higher level when the defendant is a former u.s. president. "the washington post" is reporting law enforcement are actively monitoring online threats from extremists groups. monitoring their plans for rallies in the miami area. one of them reportedly planned for outside the courthouse tomorrow. also bringing in additional officers. mr. trump has been indicted on 37 counts, related to the alleged mishandling of classified white house documents stored in various locations around his mar-a-lago estate in palm beach, florida. the charges include 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information with other charges related to mr. trump's alleged efforts to conceal the documents from federal investigators. south carolina senator linz is i graham says he does not like

level of concern. when mr. trump was calling for protests, at least in the soundbite i heard, he also specified peaceful protest but the concerning among law enforcement is if some of these more extreme groups get involved the rallies may be less than peaceful. >> steve: that's exactly right. jonathan, thank you very much. roger stone encouraged the protesters to remain peaceful and legal. >> ainsley: they have ramped up security because of this. are talks online set. traveling from bedminster down to miami as we have been reporting today. secret service, it's being reported, they were trying to tell him don't go down today go tomorrow. >> brian: right. on tuesday after his indictment about 3:00. we don't know if it's going to be a mugshot. there will be no cameras in the courtroom. but we do know about 8:5 is he going to give a speech. so that's going to be big news. and is he saying, look, joe biden is looking at jail. his number one opponent beating him in the polls winning big time for the nomination.

philadelphia where a major clean-up operation is underway in philly. >> steve: this is overnight video. a portion of the highway, i-95 collapsed yesterday after a tanker truck burst into flames. the governor says it could take months to rebuild and that means months of bad traffic. >> ainsley: steve kealy joins us from philadelphia. steve? >> the first days of those months of bad traffic is happening right now. people have no clue where to go. many of them aren't from philadelphia. even if they are from filly, they have no idea about this section of philadelphia. and so you are looking north here and you see that sign that says northeast philadelphia airport, right? >> that is now shut off. this is southbound traffic before it's forced off at that cotman avenue exit. at that exit we are going to show you that's where this accident happened. that is a complete circle. tanker truck loaded with thousands of gallons of gasoline

going too fast off i 95 is going to flip over and crash and explode like this one did yesterday. the driver, there was a recovery scene there was no sign of a driver they essentially said he was likely incinerated and crushed by the slap that came down. so, where we are now is they broke apart that slab overnight. they completely demolished it. took it away in pieces in a dump truck and now they can start to rebuild once they recover the remains of that tanker truck and that driver. and then it could take weeks and weeks to figure out how to rebuild 95 and that means weeks of constant detours. and we learned yesterday that 160,000 vehicles every day use this section of '95. and so we are in for a long hot surgeon of road rage and traffic that we have already experienced today. brian, steve, ainsley, i don't want to hear any complaints about you three about midtown manhattan traffic today. >> steve: no kidding. is all the '95 traffic detoured or just one side.
