4:14 pm
what i will say is that it's amazing watching so many members of the media go crazy about the alleged misuse of classified materials when the entire russia gate story was driven by leaks of classified information for four years. many of them illegal. and it's never brought up. it was brought up there by congressman mccarthy. you just never hear about it in the press. >> jesse: i'm suspicious of this, too. you never know what is coming out of ukraine. you can't believe anything you hear. if this allegation was vetted by barr's guys and then kicked over to delaware. where things go to die. shouldn't the media just be a little interested in fact that the vice president marve recorded, talking to this corrupt company and then firing the person investigating this company dangling american money at them?

way or a passive way. >> jesse: really quickly, please give the u.s. journalists some advice on how they should go about pursuing this story because grassley and comer can't do everything. the press has to get involved here. how would you, as an investigative journalist, pursue this story about audiotapes of joe biden with burisma? i think journalists can't go wrong if you print whatever is true. if you go into the story with the idea that you don't really care, you know, who the characters are and whether or not the results are going to favor one party or another, the important thing is just to figure out what actually happened and tell the audience that information and leave it up to them what to do with that information. that's how they should go about it. the fact that they haven't done that is why they have lost so much trust and so much audience in the last five or six years. >> you are right about that.
4:17 pm

4:19 pm
and the next day? >> tomorrow, will just be a quick procedural proceeding. the president will plead not guilty, because he's not guilty. then, you know, because the government is watching this, i can't go into our defense strategy, but, there's lots of issues in this case. and lots of -- lots that we can do to hopefully expose the prosecutorial misconduct and we have all hands on deck. we have a cohesive group working together. but tomorrow we'll just be standard procedural -- standard procedural appearance that happens in every criminal case. and it will be handled by a magistrate judge. it will no not be handled, i don't think, judge cannon. we still don't know where this case will be tried it. could be tried in miami. it could not be. >> jesse: all right. lindsey, thank you so much for joining us. >> thank you. >> jesse: coming up, transgenderism is the new religion. talking like this could get you
