stragz and presidential records act passed after richard nixon applied it to ronald reagan. it says, all documents, all records of the administration, that is very broad statute and obviously when congress passed it, they knew the espionage act was in existence and they didn't accept national defense information. for me, that is the main issue in this case. i think president trump is right when he says he was operating under the presidential record act which required him to cooperate with the archive, to sort through what was personal and presidential records and i think that is analysis. let's be honest, presidents and former presidents are different
