the progress of ai because it has tremendous benefit. i was on healthy future task force and chair of modernization sub-committee and part was ai in healthcare and how ai can help with prevention, with accessibility, how we can use remote devices or other devices to detect what could be a medical emergency and how we can use ai to help physicians and/or other healthcare practitioners in rural areas. >> carley: does that mean regulation could be the answer to get good ai to allow that to happen? >> it is possible, which is why we're having briefings and listening to experts in the field, experts in the field to help with ai in china and how we compete with china. >> carley: if we regulate too much and china and russia move
