12:00 am
senator tim scott. on wednesday and thursday, live our spec inows new york city. tickets for all three events . e absolutely go to hannity .com to register and we hope you'll join. >> thank you for joining us tonight. thank you for tuning in making this show possible. please set your dvr so you never, ever, ever miss an episode of hannity. have a great father's day weekend. we'll see you back here on monday. >> i'm sean duffy and this is a special edition of the "ingraham angle" live from new york city. >> we've got a big show planned. we have raymond arroyo, jimmy failla, gordon chang, even the stars of duck family treasurer of season two are going to be here now. we're going to get to all of that in just moments. >> but first, the kick off for your campaign tomorrow. i it off a while ago with a head tomorrow.
12:01 am
that's news to the rest of the country because tomorrow is being billed as biden's first big campaign rally since formally announcing his reelection bid. and what better place to do it then? back in philadelphia, the site of the unifier in chief's dark divisive speech where he warned that republicans represent an extreme schism that threatens the very foundation of our republic. let me ask you, what could be more threatening to the republic than to deny your chief political opponent the opportunity to just like you. the 45th president of the united states has surrendered incident to federal law enforcement, and he's now in the custody of the government he once ran. donald trump arrested again advised of his rights again and booked time on 37 federal felony counts. the counsel watches from the front row as the ex-president pleads not guilty. >> just to give you a sense of
12:02 am
how twisted all of this is, let's document what we've learned over last 20 4 hours. >> so according to the federalist, the fbi has 1023 form reveals that the bidens allegedly coerced a foreign national to pay them $10 million in bribes. and we have no idea what the bureau has to investigate because they're reportedly stonewalling at every turn. and shocker of all shockers. the bidens may actually have more money than we originally thought. >> there's more money that we're going to be able to identify that that was transferred between foreign nationals in other countries and the biden family. how much have you identified the money he's taken? we have more bank records coming in, but but we're going to exceed 10 million this week, and i think we'll get up between 20 and $30 million. >> so all of this, biden is still refusing to answer any questions raised by biden.
12:03 am
why is that sacred second question anyway? >> joining me now is charlie hurt, washington times opinion editor and fox news contributor . well, as mike davis, founder and president of the article three project. gentlemen good to see you both. >> charlie, i'm going to come to you first. i'm looking the fbi, charlie, and i've lost all hope, right? i don't think they're going to investigate joe and hunter biden. >> so as americans, if we want the truth, do we to look to james comer in the house, by the way, who are not well equipped to investigate crimes like this, but is that the only hope we have of getting to the truth in regard to the criminal enterprise of joe and hunter biden? well, i think that that's probably best hope at the moment, as well as a few enterprising reporters who are doing their duty and actually trying to get to the bottom. this because not only has the fbi completely walked the field and left all of these questions and obvious,
12:04 am
you know, examples of crimes that have apparently occurred uninvestigated, but the entire media has completely walked away and has lost all interest in doing their job. they're far more interested in, you know, their coverage of former president who's no no longer in office. they won't begin to investigate the obvious questions, the obvious. i mean, you can't it's impossible to you have to knowingly decide. you don't want to know the answers to these questions to not try to get to the bottom of some of them. there's such glaring examples of corruption and you make a national name for yourself if you actually break a story this that everyone else rejected. i mean, you're almost a national hero, if you will. but mike. "newsweek" is now reporting that devin archer, hunter, biden's former business partner and former burisma board member ,he is in talks with republicans on the oversight committee to come and testify.
12:05 am
mike. this could completely blow the case open if he decides to flip on hunter biden. >> they put devin archer in the witness protection program because i'm telling you what the fbi has had evidence since at least 2017 that then-vice president joe biden and his sleazebag son hunter took a $10 million foreign bribe from burisma and, changed american policy, threatened the ukrainian president, that if he didn't fire that ukrainian prosecutor investigating burisma, the bidens, ukraine was going to lose $1,000,000,000. and usa, that is the allegation. there are 17 an audio recordings apparently at the fbi 15 with hunter and two with then vice president joe biden. so this evidence is coming out. what does the biden justice department do? they indict trump for the non crime of having his presidential records? they indict trump for getting into a fight with librarians and other bureaucrats for
12:06 am
overdue library books that apparently they claimed trump didn't check out properly? i have a really good point where we're fighting over librarian and checked out books. but but, charlie, you're view on this because again, if devin archer flips or if we these 17 tapes that allegedly burisma has, the fbi can stonewall all they want and cover up for joe biden. but this information is going to come to the house and get to the public and joe biden may not be able to hide it any longer. >> and by the way, i think it actually is probably a healthy thing for this to be exposed in the house simply because it means that it informs the public since media refuses to even try to do its job. it informs the public allows the public to make a decision in the next election, which is, i want to see all this end. i want to see all this end by joe biden getting thrown out of office for being the most corrupt president to ever hold office. but mike also makes a really important point that a lot of people have sort of glossed over the the the carrot in this
12:07 am
whole bribery scheme in which the biden family apparently got paid $10 million. was $1 billion in u.s. american aid going to. that was the carrot that the biden administration was using in order to protect their corrupt cronies in burisma and in ukraine. >> and so the question is, you know, what was that $1 billion for? was that $1 billion simply money that joe biden came up with in order to try to execute this bribery? this is a massive scandal involving u.s. tax in order to enrich the biden family and sell out american foreign policy. >> no doubt about that. and again, in this, hunter biden joe biden saga, there continues to be cracks because hunter biden was deposed today in the arkansas child support case over his year old
12:08 am
daughter. as jonathan turley pointed out. it's not clear hunter has previously gone under oath about his finances. >> so mike, this actually could be a problem for him and this court, this mother of his child that was born out of wedlock may be the avenue in which we get the details of the finances of the biden corruption scheme. >> this is why hunter biden so stupid. he wants to fight over child support and, expose his entire foreign corruption scheme. >> the d.c., the d.c. based fbi or the delaware based fbi and justice department may ignore his crimes, but i, i seriously doubt that the arkansas prosecutors arkansas courts are going to ignore perjury before. >> the court. hmm. and starting to get hot, gentlemen. very hot for the bidens. yeah. charlie and mike, thanks for joining me. appreciate it. >> all right. i know you've been waiting for . >> it's the return of creepy and uncomfortable joe biden.
12:09 am
>> well, i guess that guy actually never left. first, here's how joe referred to lgbtq kids this week on social media. >> these are our kids. these are our neighbors. >> that's somebody else's kids. they're all our kids. so child rearing, communal now. are you going to try to claim. >> my nine kids, joe? what about your granddaughter? you refuse to. acknowledge. is she included in their all our kids thing? of course not. and biden's creepiness extends far beyond the kids here. he last night was talking about actress longoria. >> watch. i accept your view as a director, adding another accomplishment to an already incredible incredible career. we've known each other a long time. she was 17. >> i was 40. now, if that wasn't disturbing enough, this hug definitely was . what's going on with your hands, joe? get a little close there. >> all right. joining me now is raymond
12:10 am
arroyo, fox news contributor. >> raymond, good to see you. i don't know, actually to start let's start with the hands, raymond. >> it seems like he was getting a little close to eva. lot. look, sean, the other day, the trans activist who was jiggling their at the white house apologized. now it's joe biden's turn to apologize for his jiggle. okay. this was totally inappropriate. eva longoria grabs, his hands look, she takes his hands because he's groping her. i mean, look, there's a very strange trigger. >> and we've seen it over a period of years when joe biden encounters an attractive woman, he often has this line about she was 12 and i was 40 or she was eight and i was 50 or whatever the math is where he depicts the woman as a child and himself as a man. why he does that, i do not know. but it bespeaks something very odd and it's happening with more regularity, as are these gaffes and unforced
12:11 am
errors that i think are raising questions in the democratic party and really throughout the american continent about his competency and whether he can actually for office over the next year. >> listen, rey, you shouldn't be groping women mean if you're going to hug anyone like that, it should only be your wife. i'm sorry. that's right. >> yes. he's sliding his hands along her side. not appropriate. but, you know, you the age thing. let's get back to that, because biden that, you know, eva was 17 and he was 40 when they first met. actually, if he was 40, then was actually only eight. how do you explain that? well, you can't explain it. >> don't try to explain it. just note, because he keeps mentioning it time and time again and only when referring to women, he never tells a man, you know, sean, when you five and i was 25 when we met, i don't know what the what the imagining is or why he keeps bringing this up, but it happens repeatedly. i watch almost every one of
12:12 am
biden's addresses. this is a routine. it happens with regularity. sadly god bless you for watching all of his speeches. ira, you're you're a unique man, but i have to get your thoughts on biden did today. >> watch this. by the way, i've been doing this a long time. i know. i don't look that old. i know i'm a little under 103. all right. >> god save the queen man. >> rey, god save the queen. >> the press pool didn't even understand that one. shawn, it's like a curb your enthusiasm. you know, he he doesn't know which way to go. the. the syntax is as confused as the exit. he doesn't know how to end the talk, and he doesn't know how to exit the stage. and as far as the queen, i mean, it is pride month. maybe that was a shout out to rupaul or a drag queen. i don't know what he's talking about there, but why
12:13 am
he's saying god save the queen at the end of the talk is another indicator that the mind is not cohering with the mouth. he's not what he intends to say. and he's clearly befuddled and often confused about even where the exit is, much less what he should be saying. i mean, that event at the white house the other day with eva longoria, it was a simple speech. it was garbled. the musculature of mouth is shot. and this was his big outreach to hispanics, whom he now enjoys a 35% approval rating from. he better do something fast. this is the core of the democratic party. >> you know, politically it's comical. and you can make of joe biden. but as the leader of our country, it's incredibly sad and scary that this is the man we put out for, you know, for the leader of the free world. but before i let you go, i want to get your take on this. the l.a. dodgers honored dragged on the sisters of perpetual indulgence on the field tonight for pride night. >> tp usa savannah hernandez is is was there and says doing the announcement a few fans
12:14 am
nearby started booing. your reaction to the dodgers. >> well, i saw the video and i'll tell you you're seeing a beautiful demonstration. thousands of catholics and christians came out. there were jewish rabbis there, bishop joseph strickland. what you saw inside the stadium, sean, the catholic league, the boycott apparently worked when sister chlamydia is the name of one of these sisters of perpetual indulgence when she got up to take her honor, the stands were empty. there were loud boos. that's what should happen when bigotry is on display. and that's who these sisters of perpetual indulgence are. and it's offensive to people of faith. we saw a beautiful demonstration of its opposite tonight with peace and with numbers. that's what should be happening. to celebrate. to celebrate one group and demonize another. and the process is outrageous. ramming arroyo. thank you for joining me tonight. appreciate it. thank you, sean. have a great weekend. >> you, too.
12:15 am
all right. on the week that the house gop passed a resolution dealing, a blow to the atf's unconstitutional pistol brace rule, biden is launching his latest attack on your second amendment rights. fox news national correspondent griff jenkins is here with all the details. >> griff what do you have? hey, john, good evening. well, president biden telling a gun control crowd in connecticut today he's far from finishing his efforts to enact gun legislation, saying he believes we have reached a, quote, tipping point and that now is the time to deal a devastating blow to the gun industry. >> we will ban assault weapons this country. we will ban multi rounds in magazines. we will hold gunmakers liable. we will beat the gun industry. we will beat big money that sits behind them. and the politicians refuse to stand up and act. >> the speech comes as biden marks one year since he signed the bipartisan safety safer communities act, which was the first gun violence legislation to pass the house and senate in decades. but now biden wants more demanding congress ban assault weapons again, similar
12:16 am
to the 94 law that he helped enact, but sunsetted ten years later. and he wants an end, sean, to liability immunity for gun manufacturers. oh, and by way, if this congress won't do that, he'll just get another one. there will. >> we know what to do. congress needs to act. let me be clear about something. if this congress use act, we a new congress. >> now, this comes, as you noted, sean, just days after house republicans to nullify an atf rule that would regulate stabilizing pistol braces. you see here on your screen there, accessories attached the rear of a gun to make it easier to fire with one hand. it's often used by disabled veterans. so the atf rule categorizes pistols with the braces as short barreled rifles requiring federal license to own and would impose criminal charges for gun owners who do not comply. well, now this measure, which got the support of two democrats in the house, heads to the senate.
12:17 am
even if it passes, president biden says he will veto it. sean, it'll be interesting. griff jenkins, thank you. >> all right. coming up, jason, mr. robertson right here to talk about their new season of duck family treasurer on fox nation. but first, who is chinese president xi jinping meeting with instead? >> joe biden. we're going to reveal it coming up next. >> men can have babies. i don't care. they say i feel something. take some metamucil. this problem is going work its way out. woman someone who gets mad at you. something he did three years ago. he gave me command to lose to china. joe biden was a dog. he put him down. >> you should take a drink before this next year. okay. i'm serious. wow. >> rob schneider woke up in america streaming sunday on fox

12:23 am
national security, and it'll hurt them. >> military readiness. since jsince january of this y, more than 400 anti lgbtq plus laws have been introduced at the state level. that number is rising and demonstrates a trend that could be for service members, their families and the readiness of the force as a whole. when i look at potential candidates, i also look at their personal circumstancesook . it's a good match for a job, does not feel safe being themselves, or if their family could be denied critical health care due to the laws in that state, i am compelled to consider a different candidate and perhapsalthca less qualified. >> joining me now is retiredre colonel daniel davis, senior fellow and military expert for defensualifiede readiness. joing colonel davis, what the is going on in the military here? i thoughvis he hell t we want the bestut y and the brightest that don't care about your , your preference, your racour sexuale your religion, your color. i don't care about any of those things. shouldn't the military just want the best to serve this country and defend this country that it is 100% the case.
12:24 am
it shouldn't matter any of those things. i mean, we we spent so many to e years trying to get any kind of racism or anything elst racism the out of the air force. and i can assure you, from the 20 years that i was in the service that we did, we've made great a great progress on that, that people really did care about how effective and good you very confidenle do t in your job. but now that we seem to be from the very top elevatingseem to s that are not relatedilitie to compassion capabilitiess , tt and it's a little disturbing, frankly, that, you know, that quote that you just heard from the generae quote l, she over overtly said that i would consider someone who's less qualifiedlse over someone else. and we just can't that if we want to have the best military that we can. and if you look at the rising threat of china, how dangerous that is, how dangerous is that mentality in the militarof y. >> well, look, i it's divisive but i think is the real problem because you're basicallyyo pitting one side against another. and this has been going on for quite a number of years. u are the oth has beeand this is note cohesion. and cohesion is actually combat
12:25 am
force multiplier necessary for effective use in combat operations? >> well, i'm sorry, you're thinking about, you know, these wars.e risk you're thinking about global warming. you're not thinking about the risks that this countrs y faces that are serious and rising. but, colonel. here's what putin said today about nuclear weapons. >> watch this. >> the fact is that we have more such nuclear weapons. >> the naito countries, they know about it and all the time we are being persuaded to start negotiations on reductionart s the with thee >> you know, as our people say, because in this case, in the language of economic terms ,this is our competitive advantage. >> lieutenanntage. t colonel, your reaction? look, i mean, this is really exposing one of the, i think, a real problem that we have right now with u.s. policy as it relates to the war innow o ukraine, is that we don't really know for sure what we're trying to accomplishr or what's going to make something good for the united states. for example, we wantnited st sa,
12:26 am
yes, we're going to support ukraine for as long as it takes, but ukraine's is to we completely drive russia out of e, m out t of ukrain drive them out of crimea. putin, in that same speech, also said that he would not use nuclear weapons unless his territorial was threatened. so if we actually accomplished what biden said he's trying to do, that would raise the threat of nuclear warfare to unacceptable highs. and we have to look out for american interests first and foremost, and then we can help ukraine arounatened.omplis but it can't come at the expense of our national security. for americant here'snational what's selenski said about republicans who don't want war to fund an endless war in another country. watch this. try.is any candidate or senatoro thinks it too much fore? the united states to support ukraine? >> is he ready to go to war to fight, to send kids? they rea >> are they ready to die ifuld ukraine would lose, if russiloa would occupy occupied ukraine, they will start a war with one of the nato countries.
12:27 am
and at this moment, the united states will have to choose the collapse o will stf, not oht war, go to war. >>ar. colonel, your reaction? with all due respect to the ukrainian president, that's nonsense. thre but look, that nato's is not threatened at all by you, by russia right now. russia has shown graphically over the last 16 months that their conventional force is barely abley over t to hold about 15 17% of its neighboring country. they have no capacity to go into a 31 member nardo force,yo and everyone knows that. ne knoand so there's really no t all. so if ukraine and russia bring ,their war to any kind of conclusion, there is no that putin can go towards us. so our security is not threatened and our country should not go to war against russia. we shouldn't even be thinking about that. so i respectfully disagree with the ukrainianto president that one. >> colonel davis, well said. and thanks for joining me on the angle. appreciaterds thaty is notreate >> all right. while our military
12:28 am
is prioritizing gender and thy, us, there is more the wor embarrassment for us on the world stage. joe biden announceen d back in march that he was going to have a call with china's president, xi jinping he . that didn't happen even after we shot down the chinese spy. still, nothing happened. so whyll is thatoons, ? nbc news reported that biden's top national security adviser talked him out of having a call with xi. so out of having a the questions running the country anyway? these guys likely wouldn't have returned those calls, but there's other reason why those talks shouldn't have happened. you knowt have, you.ing who is talking to?wh who is taking a meeting with?o is twell, he's not talking to secretary of state anthony blinken during his upcoming trip to china, but heib is going to be talking to this guy. >> i'm very glad to see you. it's been more than three years to the day since we met. you've been participé ce we me heading in and worked a lot for the development of china
12:29 am
and you're an old friend of us and we've always had great annversations and we'll have a lot of important topics to discuss today. >> joining me no w, gordon of th chang, senior fellow at the gates stone institute and author oe bookf the great b, the great us-china tech war. >> gordon, good see you. thanks for joining me on the angle. now, you say that she is using gates, other businessmen, as leverage with joe biden. explain. >> well, the biggest advocates for china. there american business lobbyists in washington and this is what think she sees jinping is trying to really leverage. he's got bill, elon musk, jamie dimon, tim cook, the listd goes on and on i. the and i think he really they want them to carry china's water in washington. and by the way, the chinese economy right now stumbling. thm he needs their money. he needs their technology. e capi that's why he's having all these guys over to the chinese capital. so the pointta here is that ifi you want to do business in china, the chinese require that
12:30 am
you invest money in their country, but then those business leaders have to comethr back to the u.s. and lobby e us .s. government to haveq better policy towards china. yeah, that's exactly it. poli for instance, you know, they went after micron in the memory chip maker. the they had this bogus security review. they banned its products. guess. urity just a few hours ago, micron ew hours announced it was putting $602 million into a new chip facility in china. that's how it's work. they are coercing our companies the biden administration is not doing anything about it. s not doeope that we hav companies that actually wear the american lapel pin and understand threat of china and start to say, you know what, we're going to invest back in the u.s. not in china, or at least we need a us president who's going to putut s pressure on those businesses to make better decisions, because it seems like we have ta a coming conflict with china and we're not well positioned for itbecause . it and we have american business supporting chinese companies and many of those companies, even the ones that are pipenally civilian or nominall y
12:31 am
private, they are pipeline ingth their technology to the chinese militaryin. xi jinping has this doctrine of military civil fusion, which means the military gets everything. tim cook knows that all these. guys know that, butcook they're nonetheless supporting the chinese military machine kh. , which is being configured right now to kill americans. >> so what can wt can wee expecm blinken's trip over to china? >> you kno tw, it looks like they're going to try to humiliate him now. >> i happen be an optimist and think that blinken is sort of work this out so it's not going to be the debacle. but if it is a debacle and we're going to find this t the next couple of days, then that means that our relations with china are g to even further. so i just hope that they have in some way got some understandings with the chinese that they really will not humiliate the u.s.. they humiliated the u.s. innd the meetings right at the start of the administration up in alaskaof thewith and, you know,, joe biden was there saying, i want to have a call. it didn't happen because of hiss advisors. but china has been reaching out to the ad us administration,
12:32 am
especially after sending a spy balloon over our country or setting up a spy facility in th cuba. they seem pretty arrogant and em and against this week us regime. they're incredibly arrogant. what you have is they send the spy balloon. they grossly violate our sovereigntarrogantend a spys >> and guess who's trying to repair relations? they should be the one to repair relations, not us. >> and we have blinken going to china on this submission tour, just sort of saying, please? , please talk to me.t the this is nowat the way the united states should operate. well, it projects weakness when you're bashing the chinese to speakeakness , you youak and project weakness and the chinese don't want to speak. th strong.y seem incredibl strong. so we're feeding their already inflated sense of out -importance. this is not going to work out well. gordon chang, always smart on things, but especially china. >> thank you for joining me. thank you. appreciate it. joiningl right. a >> is the corporate royal welfare finally drying up for s the coy, meghan? and what's the white house flasher saying nowthe ? >> our own jimmy failla will answer these questionsy wil

12:50 am
the fish in, which was a feat in and of itself. but no, i don't clean them. >> i don't even cook on. he does it all. so you can see the cleaning cooker. yeah, that was the that's why that show took off because. we set them out, but then we got a lead to go find some buried treasurebut . and i was like, babe, take care of this. all you got to do is go all. >> next thing you know, they're out there screaming. well, the only reason i agreed to it is because they taste soch good. >> they taste especially when to them or cook taste them. >> that's better, correct? yes. all right. i want to go to a little more serious topic, because tonight in californi a seriobeco dodgers are celebrating pride nighlebratint as they celebrate night, they're giving the community hero award to thef sisters of perpetual indulgence e of what thelic sisters sisters represent.
12:51 am
so i'm a catholic. we're all christians. there is i absolutely so offended by this group that the dodgers actually bring them in and to mock catholics and christians a whole to mock the cross. what is your response to whaolit dodgers are doing here? well, it's really unfortunate and we were actually dodger fans when i was a kid back in the garvey run, say, you know, dusty baker days. and to see that now i'm like, ysa because here we arend t thats and i think misrepresented in a lot of ways because we treat everyoneone with love and respect, even in our disagreement. but to have that make fun ofhanj for no other reason than . just make fun of us and yeah. and for us to celebrate baseball and that of decision and lifestyle that's asking too much celebra. you know, missy, i can't imagine what would happen if
12:52 am
christians were mocking those that were in the lgbtq plus community or mocking folks from other religions. >> america >> missy go crazy, but here christians are fair game. >> i'v oe never seen that clip before until now. and that actually gave me chills that.t gave m that right there is evil. so and the lord about that manyo times in the bible and so we will persecuted for standing up for what is right but as christianr what is that's why should do and so many times when we do that we will be blessed because of it. and we need to stand up, not because that that is wrong, evil, and we need to be scared of that, but for our own children and, ford beca the generations after us, if they're trying to normalize that, that thauswe need tt okay, that is not okay. our creator loves us more than anything else on the planet. he loves those people. o. do toloves us >> if they knew the way we thoe did, they wouldn't do that. it would p be in the cross. >> now, just real quick, we're coming up upon father's day. what does father's day mean to the robertson family and so
12:53 am
much push against families right now, demonizing families and men, calling them toxic. what does it mean to to your family? >> what means a lot. i mean, you know, the wholoes iy problem with our society and with kids and what they're thinking, it starts in and fathers need to be present. and, you know, i wasn't raisedne a good environment. my dad has written books about it. there's a movie coming out i wa year in september about his life leading up to him coming to the lord. but i got to see his transformation and him turnsfora from being a terrible human great father. and so it's inspiring. he passed it down to us. >> so how about you, missy? i was going to say i'm bragging him because he is what you would call a manly man, but not just because of the way he looks with a beard and knows how to shoot a gun and cooki am and clean for his family. but it's because on him stands up for gun i c our family. he's making the hard choices and the hard decisionsook and f even on the plane, he challenged me spiritually to be
12:54 am
a better mom and a better sister in. to some of the other people in onlane he itually e. and so that's what a manly man does is lead to his family in, the lord, and makes those hard decisions. and that's what we're going to celebrate. on father's. it means he provides, he cares for and leads the faith. that is from my own personal experience. we had an issue in our family. we didn'e providt where we were. and rachael said the robertsons will have the answer know wh an. you guys were wonderful helping out the duffy's and we are so gr have th and so grateful for your testimony, i mean all you do on the show. >> sstimony o jim is he. >> thank you. make sure to watch the brand new season of doug family treasure. w season it's right now on fox nation .com. >> all right baby elephants are just like us for a last bite explains coming up next. so what do you guys think came first? the or the baby back rib baby back ribs, chicken tenders all the way, baby back ribs, chicken tenders, baby back ribs, baby back ribs, baby barbecue contenders.
