new orleans. hope you're watching. great town. rachel: yeah, it is. pete: never been for mardi gras but i'd like to be. jen, my wife is from there. rachel: that's right. pete: we celebrate mardi gras and dot jesus in the cake thing. got to do more than that. rachel: as joey would say, that baby -- or that little guy in the cake or something. pete: joey jones says there's a little guy in the cake. rachel: explained it's baby jesus. one of my favorite "fox & friends" moments. will: glad to have you in on this saturday morning. kicking off with democracy 2024. this morning president biden heading to pennsylvania for an aerial tour of i-95 collapse we told you about last weekend. before visiting philadelphia for his first rally in 2024 for the 2024 campaign will be interesting to see what entails the definition of a rally. pete: take a helicopter over the

bridge collapse and more in east palestine and going to rational and c coming a long time ago frm the area. rachel: his performance at that event might explain why there are so few of his campaign stops. here's joe biden in a really bizarre speech about gun control. listen. >> i've been doing this a long time. i know, i don't look that old. i'm a little under 103. but all kidding aside, a lot of you are tired. you're tired. i get it. try being 110 and doing it again. all kidding aside, a lot of people are frustrated and i usually come down and say hi to whatever they tell me there's a storm coming in.
4:03 am
is that still the deal and i don't make a lie as that scene in john wayne movie, don't make me a dog faced lying pony soldier. all right. rachel: that was almost like an snl sketch. will: that's not even the most concerning momentings of the speech to e m. there were moments where he talked about spending time in philadelphia, new york and guys roll ultimately on the side of the street the in a truck and sell ar-15s outside of the truck all the time and then does this thing where he gets angry and does an angry face and yells at the audience. then of course, god save the queen. no one can make sense of anything. by the way, i guess i finally answered my own personal ignorance where that dog faced pony soldier line came from? is that from a john wayne movie. he said that when running for president. a guy in the audience, i didn't
4:04 am
know then what -- i still don't know what movie it's from but a john wayne movie? rachel: i love john wayne so i think so. when he first ran and the campaign bust and this guy is ancient and see it up there and there were worse moments we didn't put up and people getting a better view and looking at him and mumbling and he looks terrible and tomi lahren, host of outkick was on jesse watters saying this looks bad but the joke is on us. democrats know how to win elections and get ready, he could be the next president again. >> think it would be fairly easy to run against a guy like that and as much as we can laugh at joe and his greatest hits, the joke is really on us because this is how confident democrats are in their election strategy, jesse, they don't have an election machine. they have an election woodchipper and they know it. we could very well be looking at reelection of joe biden.
4:05 am
we've also got john fetterman, many others that were incoherent almost vegetable-like serving in high places of the government and they can be elected or reelected from the mortgage in the point and that's how good democrats are in the election. pete: sean hannity started out with rhonda mcdaniels in the election. pennsylvanias, georgias and beat the woodchippers and they'll close ranks around this guy and they'll keep him away from rallies and microphones and try to make it a referendum. if it is donald trump, try to make it a referendum on that and gin up low propensity voters through the machine they have. rachel: when you watch that, and
4:06 am
feel like he understands that woodchipper machine and they're talking about. it seems she understands the question is the machine being built that whoever the republican nominee -- only she would know. she's never on the program. talk about it. we'd love to have her. it's pressed on that and if we're too far behind in an election where you've got two candidates the electorate knows and not on the democrat side. rachel: in latin american countries and eastern block countries, when people felt like their vote didn't matter because there was a machine that was going to get out the vote or there were systems in place that were rigging it much like we saw with the fbi and laptop and suppression and people don't trust that and that's a huge problem for republicans and
4:07 am
more. will: meanwhile not the shadow campaign and the shadow campaign is it's ticking. will: the backup plan. the person hoping for a certain outcome. i don't know if joe biden is pulled from the relief pitcher and i don't know if the machine will tap them and it will perhaps throw it is way behind it. but kamala harris in the vice president of the united states and making appearances across the country and she'd be the seeming relief to any fail by joe biden. rachel: this is a big problem for where joe can't and tomi lahren can't and they'll live in a place where they push joe
4:08 am
biden farred and tell the identity -- forward and tell the identity politics party base you're going to take out the first potentially first black female candidate. this is a huge problem for that. and put in a white guy. pete: since she's proven that she's incapable of delivering on key priorities for the administration, they've given her a narrow band on things to focus on and they're obsessed with it. this is the speech to talk about climate change and took a long plane ride. i don't think it was an electric plane nor was it powered by peddling. it was emissions that got us l. here's what she said, vice president kamala harris in denver, colorado.
4:09 am
>> so many people have talked to me about it and told me we have a name for it. it's called climate anxiety. and this moment given all the threats we face, it is our young leereds who understand clearly the clock is not just ticking, it is banging and so i have come to denver and i have heard about and been inspired of events here who have chosen to respond. i have come here then to personally meet with them because in the face of a global crisis, they took action. will: i don't believe that there's a mallty affecting the young people feeling this impending doom of climate. if they do, it's because if it is real, it is because they were

sucked into a death cult and not going to suggest it's possible and certainly mentally unstable people on the screen and when i was younger, there was a cult, i believe in southern california and they all wore nikes and haley's met was coming around or some comet coming around and they drank the kool-aid and that was a sign from the stars that the apocalypse was coming and we have a societal death cult that if there is an anxiety that exists and they're told the world is coming to an end. rachel: will, there's anxiety among the birthrate and we're seeing it plummet and i agree with you this administration and all these people telling the kids that the world will end, i
4:11 am
believe they do have anxiety from it. they're also making lifestyle choices around it fascinatingly not necessarily curbing their own emissions and deciding to be more virtuous and less humans and not just a death cult. antihuman cult. anti-child, antifamily, and that's what they're pushing. will: i said this a few weeks ago and hosting on prime time and declining birthrates in the society reflect a rise in selfishness. that doesn't mean everybody that doesn't have kids doesn't have legitimate reasons not to have kids. i have a lot of people that says in response to that, digital shows, there's reasons you don't have kids including financial reasons and climate. i don't believe there's people sitting around going should we start a family? i don't know, with the climate, i don't believe anybody make as conscious decision to decline to have kids because climate.
4:12 am
rachel: they're young and impressionable. pete: i think there are. how long does it take to realize the most important thing in your life are your kids and investing in them for the future. it takes a bit. rachel: it it takes awhile. pete: there's a lot of reason to rationalize the reason for doing that. if your pronouns are the most important thing and prolonging your younger years is something and rationalize it by saying i'm so good because i'm not killing the climate in the process. rachel: they did that -- remember when they said there was a -- too many people in the 70s and population explosion and turned out not to be true. people said i'm doing something good. we live in a culture that says humans, it just minimizes babies. minimizes families and the value of that. they want to tear all these things down and many are scared. you're telling them the world will end and they believe you.
4:13 am
you may mock aoc but may believe her. will: you're not having kids because they're afraid they won't see it but the apocalypse. look at me, i'm great and don't have kids. i did my part. i don't believe they think the word world is coming to an end and that's why they don't have kids. they buy houses on the shore and this is not where you park your bus. rachel: those are the e looters. i agree -- elites. obama has two homes on the shore and clearly doesn't believe any of this crap. but the kids do. they believe the world's going to end really soon if we don't stop it and they show them films like that stupid one that al gore did that everyone ---pete: incon convenient truth. rachel: and -- inconvenient truth. rachel: yeah, and kids came out terrified and al gore is held up as smart and snows something so
