the cofounder and ceo of no labels were a piece in response to this the los angeles times saying them and republicans are meeting to subvert the third-party option for the do not care voters want for the two party sadly to quash our effort then to compete against it for they do not seem to realize that by trying to suppress our movement they are showing the country exactly why we are needed. >> i concur with mario on this. it's not bad to have multiple candidates. if you are in the pure political analysis donald trump has enormous support enormous opposition. i think we make fun of biden running the campaign in his basement he knew the opposition was enough to propel him in 2020 if that opposition is fractured with the multiple candidates certainly that's a bigger impact. >> and it keeps coming up is joe manchin he spent a headache on some big issues. i asked him a couple weeks ago he will not take it off the table would rule out the potential. it won't taste him he won't

seize not absolutely not doing it. >> the people i've talked to with response the potential third party they say who is the candidate? that would determine potential who it would cut into more. if you look at usa today poll that came out last week there's a lot of american saying they could potentially support a third-party candidate and in unspecified third party candidate. nearly a quarter of americans. that would significantly make a difference in the election potential depending upon who it was. so for another headache they have to navigate is a talk about change in the dnc calendar for this boats pushback state laws all kinds of conflicts rules committee met this week seems like they gave an extension they make some concrete decisions about this but xes notes this could be tricky. democrats in iowa and new hampshire could defied biden and move ahead with their contest. if he's not going to be on the ballot this is what happens with that sets up a scenario robert f kennedy jr. another longshot democrat could win those states

and embarrass the president but we know the beginning of this primary caucus rush perception feeds reality. you lose and feel my sort of questions. >> i think the democrats as well as the republicans know this is an incredibly important electi election. while there is always the jockeying of who gets to be first i think people will take seriously this is a serious contest party should vote for the person you want to be president and who you can be a good president. i think the desire to have south carolina or estate that's more reflective in terms of particular racial makeup of the area nine states as a whole is something that's good to keep in mind. as we are going to the primary process think about the overall will of the people in support for that thriving multiracial democracy. shannon: how do you think this plays out the folks in new hampshire like we are not moving. the folks in iowa are like we are not moving.

some of them have state laws and play they cannot sail yes so we agreed dnc were to move everything. >> is an irony this much of the democrats they were going to show and i will south carolina because the racial makeup, iowa propel the first african-american president of extrusive victory in iowa for barack obama the problems the presidency. it isn't insult to the folks and i the democrat party is chosen to do. that's their business i let them handle it. >> the fact of the matter is joe biden set this order he did not want iowa, new hampshire to go earlier. quick south carolina saved his campaign regrets essentially are facing here is a choice for the democratic party as to whether or not they're going to use strip new hampshire of its delegates are allowed joe biden to appear on the ballot if they want to avoid a worst-case here like you are describing. they've kicked it down the road into september 1 not formally made a decision yet whether they want to love the things happen. they're just kicking the
