news. >> there's an old saying in washington that the cover up is worst than the crime. in this case both parts of it is disturbing. allegations of prostitution and pedophilia and allegations that those crimes were somehow covered up or not looked into. so the state department this morning is having to respond to those claims and those investigations of misconduct by state department officials including by an ambassador and security agents attached to then secretary of state hillary clinton. and the allegations are that these investigations were white washed, quashed all together, and that those orders came from high up. >> jesse: nbc must reported that hillary clinton covered up pedophilia and prostitution at the state department. number one. did you even know that? number two, do you think they would ever report something like that today? now, the media used to love reporting about cover-ups but now they are the ones doing the cover-up. one whistleblower came out and it led to trump's impeachment.

he's not trump. 12 with the exclamation point. this is the way they see the joe biden presidency. his election in 2020 and his re-election in 2024. he's not trump and that's enough. funny thing though, the voters will have their say, not the donors, not the anchors, not the media. the voters november what they see. and what they see is a president they didn't realize was in such decline. in the abc news poll last month, jesse, clearly six in 10 americans, 7 in 10 independents said joe biden lacks both the mental and physical acuity to do the job. he is every minute of 80. everything that vexes and perplexes voters right now about joe biden is not going to change. it will only get worse. the other thing is that you touched on this, we never truly examined that which we deeply disbane. and what i mean boo that is the media haven't spent a minute learning why 74 million americans voted for donald trump in 2020. they ridiculed him. they castigate them. openly make fun of them on twitter all day. they have nothing elms to do on cable tv shows.

coronavirus fell to his death from the wuhan institute of virology that may of 2021. did he slip? daily mail says no. he was tossed. this is the same guy who filed the first patent for a covid vaccine in february 2020. america was still a month away from shutting down. but this guy already had a patent. he is either the fastest scientist in history or he had been working on it for at least a couple months. that's a very inconvenient timeline for the xi comms and as we don't know dead men don't talk. so the good doctor had to go. the chinese aren't the only ones trying to shut down discussion of covid vaccines. frenemy of the show r.f.k. jr. was on the joe rogan podcast and the discussion turned to vaccines. so much of what we were told to believe during the pandemic from masks to distancing, even vaxes turned out to be wrong. so at this point we should always question the science. you would think the scientific community is all for that but

three hour open debate no holds barred. rogan promised to give 100,000 to the charity of his choice. instead of accepting, he goes on msnbc and complains about r.f.k. jr. >> science, woe don't typically do debates what we do is write scientific papers. we present our findings in front of a critical audience of our peers to solicit their input and suggestions but one doesn't typically debate science. problem number two is do bait with r.f.k. jr. i have discussed this issue with him many times by phone and by email the problem is he just keeps on moving the goal post. you are always playing this game of whack-a-mole. knock something down and pops up. moving the goal post. turns out it's very unproductive and also pretty exhausts as well. >> jesse: he looks so exhausted. this church is too coward to have his ideas challenged. rules unfair.

attention. getting force fed the agenda in class. take this high school math class in hunting beach, california, these kids should be gearing up for algebra. instead math is teaching gender theory. a student ivory took a video of what her teacher made the math class sit through. watch this. [why are you showing this to kids? >> i will warn you guys now if you are going to be inappropriate. i will have supervision down and give all of you a saturday school for next year. so knock it off. >> jesse: ivory was brave enough to film the lesbian kissing picture. took away her phone and reportedly threatened her. and now i've i have lawyered up and filing a police report. fox reached out to ivory school for comment have not heard back so far. ivory and her lawyer sean steele join me now.

when the teacher put on the lesbian kissing video for pride. what kind of matthews were you supposed to be learning. >> we were supposed to be studying for our final which was next week. that was our final week. we were supposed to be getting on stud a studying and preparing us. we had five minutes left of class and she decided to play this video. >> what did she say before she put the video of the lesbians kissing on. >> she didn't say nothing. i just went and figured out a way to get my phone so i could get it on tape so i could get everyone's reaction. >> jesse: it sounded like the students in the class were a little upset by this. what was the reaction there? >> the children in the class were upset because most of them didn't think this was something that they needed to see. this is not something we need to be seeing or learning in class. it does not have to do with anything. they didn't do anything for memorial day. didn't say anything about the military. but they did say something about lgbtq. >> jesse: we don't care if lesbians kiss but it has nothing

to do with math and it shouldn't be shown to high school students in the middle of the day. >> children. >> jesse: exactly. so, counselor steele, what kind of action are we going to be taking with this teacher? >> there's a lot going on here. it wasn't just one teacher. every single class, didn't matter what they were teaching they threw that in so it comes from the brains pal and school district. several students showed up because of ivory video that got 10 million views on twitter. the key is that there is going to be a lot of pressure against the school district there will be elections next year but today ivory and her mother filed a police report because she was assaulted and battered by the teacher. the teacher came over, grabbed the phone. there was a tussle and then took the laptop and took it away from her. you can't touch and man handle a student. that's exactly what she did. she will have to be accountable for that finally the parents are organizing and i just hope every kid in america has their video with them whether or not the teachers like it.
