with explorations you have a lot of knowledge do you have any idea what could have possibly happened? >> just from the news report at one hour 45 minutes they lost the call him signal so that means a power loss of it was just communication they could have blown the ballast and come back to the surface. they are made to float. that means if something goes wrong they drop in return to the surface. the faxed they cannot release the ballast makes me think power failure and if that is the case it drifted down and landed at the bottom of the ocean and they have been down there in the dark and at the bottom for a couple of days now. carly: the navy is deploying a salvage system to lift an object like this to the

surface we are hoping for some positive news. >> there is no manual way to release the ballast? >> i am not familiar with the specifications on the titan. normally they have some type of a backup. i don't know what that system has particularly. one other thing they can do i know they have the ship on-site was a big water speed 12 there was one with a cable laying one and what they could do is send that down and wednesday locate that have it attached the cable as a tether to pull it up i would try to manipulate the rov with the principle of flotation and then you have a secondary system with a tether to pull it up.

as not giving jail time for a crime like that and that underscores the double standard we all see play out before our eyes. democrat said it is done perk all of the hunter stuff is done and republicans a not so fast. we still have the bribery investigation not just hunter but the entire biden family. so now lawmakers are reviewing additional documents alleged bribery scandal are being reviewed. >> we saw a lot of reductions in the documents perk i would estimate 55 or 60 percent were redacted. one thing that was not, it was the dates and both were 2017. it was a complete waste of my time. another example the sbi is stonewalling and doing everything they can to obstruct the house oversight credible investigation of the bribery.

todd: you like to give concrete actions you want to see done. so what next step do you want to see republicans take to the obvious stonewalling by the fbi? even giving documents that 50 percent redacted. >> stop threatening these people like christopher wray with contempt of congress. start charging these people. i am not saying contempt of congress is anything that will change what is happening that they need to show they are serious they came there and basically lied and act like they did not know there were other 1023 they should also be charged with contempt of congress. it's not a huge charge but it could be 12 months in jail with a 100,000-dollar fine and what they are doing is criminal. carly: david said the investigation is still ongoing. what does he mean?

more teenagers are thinking i cannot do anything right i do not enjoy life. my life is not useful mother of a 13 -year-old and a clinical psychologist joins me i get that teens will always be moody but this goes well beyond that and it is sad. what are some things your patience and your 13 -year-old are telling you? >> numbers are startling. it matches what we see and what we hear talking to other parents and friends of my own daughter. it is troubling. things are not okay talking about the mental health crisis is very real. todd: from a medical perspective point is screen time or social media have that effect on that 13 through 19 -year-old developing mind? >> great question. the some of our human experience is reflected in our

brains. they are uniquely primed to respond to human experience this is why we protect children. malnutrition, lack of sleep and abuse perk all of these have lasting impacts. from what we have seen social media is not necessarily associated with good things happening in brain development. were to be responsive to social feedback and it may have a developing effect how things will go in the future. because there is a lot we don't know and not a lot of evidence there is anything good going on as we expose these developing brains to persistent use. todd: how much worse does the pandemic and the lockdown make this? because they were forced away from friends and people and onto their phones. >> this is a great point.

a lot of parents can reflect back and point to the fact the covid restrictions and the lockdown pushed many children to have a device in their hand sooner and longer periods of time. with their only outlet of social connection, we even took away sports. we replaced these positive social outlets with screen time does not necessarily do many good things. one teenager told me they had a guidance counselor telling them about the harms of screen time and they recognize it is ridiculous. todd: so i can parents do besides removing all screen time making the kids seem isolated to exacerbate the problem. it seems like there is no good solution. >> there is a lot of actions people can take i've even seen

actually uncovering $2 million of his tax paid or the irs tax pay money was actually provided by potentially foreign sources as a result of his book tour and other things like this. so, there's a certain level of corruption that james comer and the oversight committee has actually released with regards to treasury files with the spider web of llcs. it's not just hunter biden on that. that's the entire biden crime family when you talk about james the president's brother. when you talk about the president himself. these are the types of things that the american people want accountability on. not a two tiered justice system where if your last name is biden or obama or bush or clinton, you are released on it but, if you are trump, you are actually, you know, incriminated, guilty until proven innocent. so we want to get back to the rule of law and actually holding people to the same standards. >> todd: along those lines, you are a fellow colleague luna anna
