them. talk about a higher honor. really? that was used to ruin carter page's life and get into the trump campaign and the trump white house. take a look. >> several of the relevant applications issued in the crossfire investigation emitted references to what was clearly relevant and highly exculpatory information that would have been a disclosed to the pfizer courts. multiple fbi personnel assigned or assisted in renewal applications for that same warrant acknowledge that they did not believe that the target, mr. page, was a threat to national security much less a knowing agent of foreign power which was what the law requires. it appears that the fbi leadership dismissed those concerns. >> turns out carter page was innocent and work for a three letter agency and ended up being a patriot that often went to

dangerous places and shared that intel with our own government. despite the abuse the bias the corruption the misconduct there it has been very few real consequences. they got away with lies and with lying to a fish court. virtually no reform and accountability, not even an apology from the media or a correction. not an i'm sorry or here is your full at surprise back. it is way past time for a reckoning at your fbi. they have been politicized and weaponize. christopher wray needs to go. the fbi hyper- partisan far left washington field office must be dismantled. the entire bureau which used to be the premier law enforcement agency in the world has got to be rehabilitated top to bottom. we will no longer have equal justice or application in our laws under this country. that means our constitution is meaningless. that means the fbi under both comey and christopher wray has

been weaponize and politicized just like like the department of justice. since 2015 the bureau through cinder blocks on the scales of not one but two presidential elections. they pushed the russia hoax. they pre-bonked the true hunter biden laptop story that they had since december 2019 and now they are obstructing chairman calmer's investigation into biden's alleged bribery scheme. they want to offer no assistance. oddly enough they still don't even seem interested in the content of hunter's laptop. hunter's very nervous looking attorney. not the good one abbe lowell who is a serious lawyer who did a good job on behalf of the biden family. but the other lawyer said federal investigators never even brought up the contents in their five-year investigation into hunter of hunter's laptop. they had those laptops for four

years. >> do you have any idea of hunter biden's laptop had anything to do with this investigation? was it used? >> i don't. >> have you asked about it? >> i cannot recall being asked about it to be honest. >> republican city the laptop has tons of proof that hunter biden participated in corruption and there is financial proof that president biden and hunter biden were connected and the gains that were made overseas by hunter biden. have you ever seen any proof of that? >> i have not seen anybody make an actual persuasive case. you asked whether or not the laptop was part of the investigation. it has been out there. we don't have any proof of it that there was any kind of violation. >> excuse me. think about it. hunter's laptop has material evidence. prostitution, drug use, gun crimes, tax crimes, financial

information about all of hunter's foreign lobbying. did he register under the fair act? i doubt it. and sketchy foreign business deals. how much money was a macon from china, russia, because extent and a dozen other countries? what about the profit sharing with the big guy or giving half of his income to pops meaning joe biden your president. and zero interest. the fbi has been in possession of that laptop since december 2019. according to john solomon who will join us later they verified the authenticity of that laptop in the spring of 2020. but federal investigators never asked about it are brought it up with hunter or his attorney. talk about a weaponize to fbi and doj projecting the biden syndicate. it's not a serious investigation and was never a serious investigation. this is an effort to convince you that they have the appearance of fairness all while protecting joe biden and his depraved family and clearly at

gotten any of them approved. and then of course there was no reason at all to even open operation crossfire hurricane. and then we had- >> never corroborated anything ever in the dossier. hoping the investigation without probable cause. i think the most compelling thing that happened was in the summer of 2016 our government gets intelligence that says this all was a made up story from the clinton campaign. she approved to take the pressure off of her e-mail scandal. that is so credible that john brennan briefed president biden and director comey and then he puts it into a memo called a referral memorandum. that memo was given to comey and peter strzok. they failed to take it to the fisa court. they failed to show it to the lawyers putting together that fisa application and worse yet they don't give it to the agents working the crossfire hurricane case. when mr. durham does his case he

is talking with one of those agents in the reported supervisory agent number one. he tells that agent here is the referral memo. did you see this? he didn't see it and he lets them read it. when the guy gets done reading it he gets emotional and gets up and leaves the room with his lawyer and comes back into sit down. he said i should have had this information. this could have changed everything. but jim comey and peter strzok kept it from him. a good agent trying to do his job. he was ticked off he didn't have it. this just underscores why we have to, this congress, fundamentally change the fisa process. it is up for reauthorization by december 31st. republicans in the house are committed to not letting that thing get reauthorized in it's current form and making dramatic changes do it. >> why didn't john durham get this out before the election in 2020? that is question number one. question number two, jim jordan i would guarantee you that if i or anybody in this wonderful audience that we have tonight

lied before a fisa judge and gave them information they knew wasn't corroborated, the fbi offered christopher steele over a million dollars to corroborate any part of that dossier before they filed the first strand five application. they couldn't corroborate nothing but they used it anyway. it says at the top of the fisa application, verified. that means they purposely willfully lied to fisa court judges not once but four times. three of the fisa warren signed by james comey himself. >> to spy on american citizens who were associated with the presidential campaign. that is what they did. that's why it's so egregious. john durham did a good job. he did a good a job as he could have done. he tried to interview certain people. >> why didn't he get comey in there? >> i think he tried. you've got to be careful when you go to the grand jury. certain rules you have to follow. he tried to go to the source of all this.

this guy in italy who tried to find him. i wish she would have. that is where this whole thing started. you are right. 60% of the american people think there is a double standard at the fbi. they think that because there is. that is what has to change. it starts with the appropriation process with house republicans and making sure fisa does not get reauthorized in it's current form. >> three years too late and too little and too few indictments. it's important what you revealed today. thank you for doing that. let me ask you. we have the attorney for somebody on tonight that got 46 months in jail for not putting the truth on his gun application. what do you make of the sweetheart deal and what did you make of the revelation by hunter's own attorney that they never asked about the hunter biden laptop that we know has crimes on it? isn't that true?

>> first of all, it's a double standard. anyone else in america whose last name isn't biden or clinton would have gone to jail or they would have gone to jail three or four years ago for what hunter biden did. the fbi, the doj, the irs, none of those government agencies have looked into anything with the bidens. my sources tell me that they were told to stay in all of these agencies. they hope to run out the statute of limitations. and they hope that the democrats would retain control of the house of representatives and the senate so this would just go away. they knew they had the media that would get their backs. and they never thought that there would be a scenario where there would be a republican committee like the house oversight committee which jim jordan is on that would be uncovering all of the fraud that i believe the fbi, the irs and many of the doj knew that the bidens were doing all along. >> i think americans want to

know tonight that the sweetheart deal that bidens doj gave his son hunter that will not have any jail time. americans want to know are you going to follow every single dime and find out how much money this family did in business with all these foreign countries and entities, how much money they made in profit and whether or nacho benefited from it and whether or not actions were taken as suggested in the 1023 form, actions taken by then vice president joe biden in exchange for family money? >> yes, sir. what happened yesterday with the plea deal, that will not affect our investigation one bit. this was in december when we announce the investigation and is today in june an investigation of joe biden. we are following the money. we have already followed many bank accounts, many bank transfers, bank wires that happen from china to the biden family through the shell companies that were laundered down to the biden family members. the same thing happened in

romania. we are starting to get bank records from ukraine and russia. there are three or four other countries. you mention some earlier that were desperately working to get those bank records to find the shell accounts. we are going to expose the bidens for the schemes that they committed. and we are going to also bring people in very soon that will be under deposition that are going to tell the story of what role joe biden played in this. joe biden was involved. he was a central figure in the hole biden family influence peddling schemes. unfortunately for joe biden, the republican majority in the house will continue to expose the truth and present the facts to the american people and to the media even though most media outlets are not reporting it. we will continue to expose the truth. i think there will be a time very soon when this family will finally be held accountable. >> you have already identified nine biden family members that

have gotten paid. you have identified numerous shell corporations that didn't have any real business purpose except to funnel money. do you believe that 1023 form is correct, that joe biden took actions in exchange for money for millions of dollars for him and hunter? where is that money? where did the money go? >> i do believe it is very likely that happen. what we saw in romania was consistent with the oligarch from ukraine alleged. we saw soon after joe biden left romania with foreign aid that the family less than two weeks later started getting wires from romanian foreign nationals. it wasn't just one payment of a million dollars. it was several payments wired through shell companies. remember in the 1023 form that the fbi claimed didn't exist three weeks ago, it said that the oligarch was joking and was proud of the fact that no one would ever find this money because of the way that they laundered the money through

hunter biden's laptop after corroborating the laptop with the irs showing that he was talking with his own colleagues acknowledging he had not paid taxes on $400,000 of income from ukraine and burisma. we were told there is nothing there. hunter biden had e-mails. i've made them public. they showed that he knew he had owed taxes, back taxes on the burisma money. the irs agents were kept from that information and they were kept from the other bombshell. you had congressman comb her on. he revealed the fbi whistleblower and the informant that allege the $10 million bribe. the irs agents were looking at those very transactions did not know that the fbi had a confidential human source providing that information since 2017. the irs was blinded by the fbi and justice department from serious evidence that could have made the case against hunter biden much more serious. >> john solomon, great work.

first place. >> the fact that hunter's lawyer actually said they never once asked me about the laptop in this five-year investigation. the fact that john solomon just reported we have two irs whistleblowers that say they purposefully delayed the hunter biden case so the statute of limitations on other tax years that he did not pay taxes on could past and they can't be prosecuted and get another sweetheart deal. >> forget about not being prosecuted. how is he not going to jail given the fact that the irs ends up in any case when you pay taxes. they send you to jail anyway. look at wesley snipes. look at all of them that go to jail when they don't play taxes. by the way, i am not convinced in any way, shape, or form that this allegation that he made a million dollars and owed $100,000 or whatever in taxes or if he owed a million in taxes. it's not clear. you have got money laundering. you have got money from russia,

because expand, you pakistan, ukraine. you have tapes about $5 million to each of them. where is the money? we have the llc. we are not allowed to know any of that so they can get away with it. >> we have the attorney for kodak black. he got sentenced to 46 months in prison. wesley snipes three misdemeanors on taxes, three years in prison. mike the situation sorrento pled guilty to evading taxes. eight months in prison. trump's cfo at rikers island for taking money for a scholarship for a grandkid or a company car or company apartment. that is every company in new york that i know of. >> the other thing is that as a former u.s. attorney i know every defendant. this essentially makes the world more dangerous and makes people incentivize not to pay taxes. >> i am telling you i would pay my taxes. i have two accounting firms and

same crime, the exact same thing that hunter biden is not even pleading to. he is getting a diversion program which you almost never see a diversion program in federal court. i mean, it is less than 1% of people that plead that give a diversion program. i've only seen it once in 26 years and it was on a case that was so horrible that it should have been dismissed. that's how bad the case was. in order to save face they gave a diversion program. it has never ever happened on a gun charge and i would challenge the individual who gave him that offer to see how many times they have offered diversion programs on gun charges. >> did you ever see wesley snipes with woody harrelson and white men can't jump? it was a great movie. he got three misdemeanors on taxes and three years in prison. mike sorrento, the situation, pled guilty to evading taxes and got eight months in prison. the cfo of the trump organization paid for a free

scholarship for his grandkid, company car, company apartment, which is very common. he didn't pay taxes on it. put him at rikers island. he is like 80 years old or 75 years old. that's a worthwhile punishment. he's a real threat to society. this happens all the time. >> 100%. if you score this out which is how you do it in the federal system he would score in the neighborhood of two years on this case. each one of those misdemeanors is 12 months of peace that he could possibly get. the gun charge he would get about 24 to 27 months. somewhere in that neighborhood. it would run concurrent. not like wesley snipes witch ran consecutive. the judge gave him 12 months on each misdemeanor and gave him three years total. even though he made payments towards his taxes as well. i understand that hunter paid off this debt as well. that doesn't affect that it was a crime at the time. i have just never seen it happen. i will tell you something else.

with kodak, not only did he get 46 months, after he got the sentence commuted the fbi agent that investigated and arrested him for that charge continues to stop him to try to harass him. he reported him to homeland security for carrying more than $10,000 in cash. >> that's nobody's business. let me ask you. was it his money? >> yes, his money. >> why would they care? i thought we had freedom in america, counselor? >> we lost the counselor. i will have to be his attorney. in reality, think about this. 46 months for the exact same crime. wesley snipes, think about his case. he gets three years for three misdemeanor tax charges. does that sound like equal justice under the law? or does that sound like our justice system is gone way off course and it's unequal justice
