marjorie taylor greene. maybe i can be the peacemaker because they will inherit the earth. we will see. we will hear from house ways and means committee chairman jason smith. earlier today his committee released a bombshell testimony from not one but two irs whistleblowers. based on the serious allegations, get this, pay close attention. it appears the department of justice is even more corrupt. this is a corrupt organization. they went to great lengths to protect joe and hunter biden from ever, ever facing criminal charges despite what is a mountain of evidence. according to these whistleblowers the irs recommended felony tax charges against hunter after they uncovered, get this, $8.3 million they took in that was mysteriously excluded from hunter biden's tax returns. that income came from foreign entities in ukraine, romania and china.
6:02 pm
that is only three countries but what about russia and kazakhstan and mexico and a dozen other countries? in fact, hunter reportedly received around $6 million from china and it appears that his father was in on it and one encrypted text message, listen to this, between hunter biden and a chinese business partner dated july 30, 2017. hunter was very angry that a, quote, commitment from china was not fulfilled threatening big consequences from, quote, the big guy himself, his dad who was sitting next to him. that he wasn't made hole, quote. i am sitting here with my father and would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled, hunter continued, quote, i will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person that he knows and my ability to hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. i am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.
6:03 pm
pops who takes half his income. the big guy, joe. with my father. didn't joe promised the american people over and over and over again i never once spoke to my son about his foreign business dealings. not one time. it appears joe was a critical part of that business. instead of investigating the suspicious activities, the doj went to great lengths we now know to protect joe biden and his son. these whistleblowers testimonies were mind blowing. biden appointed u.s. attorneys blocked felony tax charges against hunter in washington, d.c. and in the california state of gavin newsom. merrick garland refused to request to appoint a special counsel. he also delayed hunter's case until the multimillion dollar crimes were passed the statute of limitations. the doj also stalled an investigation into possible crimes outlined in hunter biden
6:04 pm
laptop from especially ones that impacted his father, the big guy. according to whistleblower testimony hunter's infamous laptop was, quote, verified by the fbi in november 2019. that is earlier than we thought. investigators thereafter were barred from seeing it. assistant u.s. attorney leslie wolf also discouraged investigators from pursuing questions related to joe biden. wolf also delayed investigators from interviewing one of hunter's business partners because, quote, she did not want them to ask about joe biden, the big guy. federal officials also allegedly barred investigators from searching a guest house where hunter biden was living in september 2020. despite more than enough probable cause that would have warranted such a search warrant. they had no problem raiding mar-a-lago, but a bite and guest house where hunter was living was totally out of bounds. the bidens were allegedly tipped
6:05 pm
off by the feds prior to other possible searches and interviews. now if these allegations are true, this is public corruption on a massive scale. these are two credible irs whistleblowers. not one, two. this is on top of and separate from the 1023 allegation. joe biden is all smiles. hunter biden is feeling great. take a look. >> how is hunter doing? >> the doj has been weaponize. they have made a mockery of our justice system and our constitutional order. a biden commits a crime, the democrats and doj buried the evidence. it is repulsive, disgusting, but of course the doj says they have done nothing wrong. quote, as both attorney general and u.s. attorney david weiss has said u.s. attorney weiss has full authority over the matter including responsibility for deciding where, when and whether
6:06 pm
to file charges as he deems appropriate. yet somehow weiss never filed felony tax charges against hunter or any of the other possible crimes detailed in hunter's laptop. after a long five year investigation into hunter biden, the feds come up with two misdemeanor tax charges for missing an irs deadline on just over $200,000 in taxes. on $3 million in income over two years and a gun charge that was deferred. that means hunter biden will not spend a day in jail. that means the big guy does not have a care in the world as long as merrick garland is the ag and christopher wray is running the fbi. that means that joe biden's department of justice is part of the executive branch is a disgrace. our two-tiered system of justice has never been this egregious, but the american people thankfully are not blind to the
6:07 pm
reality. a majority of america can see right through this and believe that biden is corrupt. 62% believe that the charges against donald trump by joe biden's justice department are politically motivated and you, the american people, as per usual are correct. joining is now with reaction, house ways and means committee chairman jason smith from missouri. great to see you. >> rate to be with you, sean. i want to talk at length about exactly what these irs whistleblowers told you because we have this 1023 whistleblower that the fbi obviously deemed credible because they had paid him hundreds of thousands of dollars for passed intelligence. my question is let's go over what these two whistleblowers were telling you and your committee. >> absolutely. we set up a whistleblower hotline in my first week as chairman. we had a lot of whistleblowers come forward.
6:08 pm
they started out basically what you will find in the 14 hours worth of testimony is that the federal government has a two-tiered justice system. they don't treat all taxpayers the same. unfortunately americans are not just treated the same way that wealthy and politically connected, especially if your nass last name is biden. we saw that with countless examples that they used how the department of justice intervened in the prosecution of hunter biden. they delayed, divulged and denied numerous examples of where these investigators tried to go into further prosecution of hunter biden. >> by delaying, did that allow the statute of limitations to pass so that other taxes would have come up from 2014 and onward? he would have been charged with those and likely they would have been felonies? is that a fair statement?
6:09 pm
>> that is right. the whistleblowers actually showed that in the tax years of 2014 and 2015 hunter biden on a conservative estimate would have owed $300,000 in unpaid taxes for his foreign resources that he received. because they delayed the statute of limitations has expired for any criminal penalties for 2014 and 2015 tax years. >> let me go to this chinese business partner and let me go to this what's app which is an encrypted app that people use to prevent any type of spying or it erases itself. at it disappears. is that a proper characterization? >> that is exactly right. it's a messaging app. what was brought to our attention by the irs whistleblowers is that in fact there was a documented message
6:10 pm
on hunter biden's what's app account that went to a chinese business partner. like what you said, sean. it was pretty much demanding for that business partner to contact him in regards to a future payment. he highlighted that he is sitting right next to his father waiting for his response. that absolutely contradicts what president biden has said on numerous occasions, that he knows nothing about his son hunter biden's business dealings. >> why did we not hear about this before? i want to read this again. i am sitting here with my father and would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. i will make certain that between the man sitting next to me, talking about joe biden, and every person he knows and my ability to hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. i am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.
6:11 pm
congressman, is there anything more incriminating of joe biden than that encrypted message that he has with the chinese business partner? >> it definitely says a lot right there. that is very disturbing. that is why it is so important that the american people get this information. it is so important that the house ways and means committee voted today to allow this information to be public. because of statutory authorities under something that they call 6103, we were the only ones able to have the information from the irs whistleblowers. in order for that information to be made public we had to vote to make it public. that's why we did it. so that the public can see this information and here it and the facts can continue to lead to further progress. >> the three countries that are referred to china, romania and one other country, ukraine. it was $17 million. of that $17 million you have
6:12 pm
been able to trace back over $8 million to hunter biden that he received himself? >> right. $8.3 million. when you look at the different payments and gifts, hunter biden received a portion valued at over $140,000. he received a dime and. >> he got the porsche from the guy and because extend. to get a car from that guy too? >> i don't know. i don't recall who it is from. i just remembered the announcement. >> i would like a car, az zero six corvette with the package. i am on a list to get one. but my name has not been called yet. >> if you change your last name to abide in you might that car. >> touche, congressman. you know what? i will stick with the name i have. even though in some circles it may be not well. let me go to the length and depths that the doj went to to protect the entire family and
6:13 pm
the family syndicate or the family enterprise here. because everything that these whistleblowers are telling us just lends itself to an argument that the doj knew that they had cause and reasonable suspicion and that they purposely did nothing and that they gave the bidens special treatment. does that consistent with what your interpretation of these two whistleblowers are? >> the whistleblowers, both of them, pointed out some very alarming activities at the department of justice. they pointed out how the department of justice had been delaying the tactics in the investigation, which ultimately led to the statute of limitations expiring in 2014, 2015. they also provided information showing that department of justice prosecutors in fact led to hunter biden's attorneys know of search warrants being issued.
6:14 pm
for example, they had a search warrant where they were going to go after a storage unit he had in northern virginia and they had contacted hunter biden's attorneys before hand. that is absolutely unreasonable and something that typically doesn't happen. we also have a lot of evidence from the whistleblowers that shows there is in fact not independent as attorney general garland had said in numerous testimony before the united states senate. >> congressman, incredible work. a lot of courage and bravery. one last thing. these whistleblowers, i thought democrats loved whistleblowers, even hearsay whistleblowers. apparently there has been retribution to that? >> there absently has been retribution according to the whistleblowers. that is something we will take aggressive measures in looking in. both of these whistleblowers after they came out have been removed from that investigation that they have been part of since 2018.
6:15 pm
>> chairman, great job. i hope the american people are paying attention. if we don't have equal justice, we don't have equal application of our laws. if we have a two-tier justice system we might as well take that document known as our constitution and shred it because it is meaningless. great job. thank you. appreciate you being with us. joining us now with more is author of get trump, alan dershowitz. a long with the author of another best seller, fox news legal analyst gregg jarrett. there is a lot to sink your teeth into here. i will let you take whatever side you want. it is time for this fbi director and this organization to be altered. they need a cleaning up from top to bottom. bottom to top. the same thing with the doj. it has been weaponize, politicized and this is not equal justice or application. >> clearly i am in the wrong profession. i drive '874 volkswagen.

6:17 pm
u.s. attorneys. it's not just that. we learned today the irs wanted to raid joe biden's home in delaware. they had probable cause for a search warrant that in terminating documents were there. hunter biden was living there and an assistant u.s. attorney shut it down. they wanted to raid hunter biden's storage unit. the same assistant attorney shut it down. she said the optics of this are not good. look, this is rank corruption. >> wear the optics at mar-a-lago okay? >> that is perfectly okay because it is donald trump. the trouble with this is americans realize what is going on. you saw it in one poll. i have got a different poll. 63% of americans believe that hunter biden committed crimes and a majority of the same people say that joe biden was complicit in intimately involved in those american people are

6:20 pm
biden sat next to his son and heard him make that demand for money. we don't know whether it's true. "a", i don't know. i haven't heard the tape. "b", i don't know if hunter biden was telling the truth when he said he was sitting next to his father. there was probable cause. there has to be investigation. thank god for our system of checks and balances that we have a congress that is not controlled by the party in power and can do the kind of investigation and biden cannot plead the fifth amendment before his lawyer said he is no longer subject to any criminal prosecution. so please go forward with this. >> we have two new irs whistleblowers and you have the whistleblower on the 1023 form that said that joe is claiming, by the way this is a whistleblower deemed credible by the fbi as evidenced by the hundreds of thousands of dollars they paid this informant for passed information.
6:21 pm
that is a direct charge of bribery of a president. the direct actions were taken as vice president by joe biden in exchange for family money. i want them to get to the bottom of that. >> let's find out if that is true. that is hearsay at the moment. lets have direct evidence and listen to the tapes. i am here to tell you as a legal expert on impeachment that if that turns out to be true that it is an impeachable offense what the congressman boebert today issued and tried to get. >> if you want to debate her i will keep you for the next segment. i want to be clear, here. you believe as we do that there is now enough credible evidence showing that this fbi and this doj is favoring joe biden and the biden family? >> yes, i do. at the durham report confirms that. i think that goes for a special commission to be appointed to look into the fbi and to see
