ashley strohmeyer live in new york. moscow is on high alert and increasing security around the city. this was after issuing an arrest warrant for the leader of the wagner mercenary group. russian officials say the group's leader is calling for an armed rebellion against its military leadership. the private militia has been helping russia with its war efforts in ukraine in a series of angry videos. the group's leader blamed russia's military for tricking russians into war. he's also blaming the military for killing thousands of his soldiers at field camps

in ukraine, and we're learning wagner forces have reportedly entered the far west russian city of rostock been done without resistance. those forces apparently rolled into the city, with tanks and a large amount of troops taking over the military and police headquarters as well as the city hall there. russia's military is responding by ramping up security in and around moscow. those measures are said to include roadblocks and checkpoints, and we haven't heard from russian president vladimir putin on the developments tonight but one of his top generals is telling wagner forces to stop and obey the will of president putin. we're also hearing from the white house. we're told president biden is and has been briefed on the matter. that he is closely monitoring it again . if you were just now tuning in, we are following breaking news out of moscow. that is where russian forces are on high alert after the leader of the private wagner mercenary group called for a coup against russia's top military leaders. stay with fox news channel for more on this developing story.

i'm actually strohmeyer going to send you bw that my colleague has dealt with this. he he addressed this git the white house counsel. yes or no? was the president involved? i just asked steven, stephen. stephen, i just answered the question. i justi just sai said, i just tt it's not up to you how i answer the question. answered thed the questiony by telling you. my colleagues at the white house counsel has dealt with thiavdealt s ans and i wour you to them. >> wow. thatver.rters brought it today . that's rare. now, that was a clear evasion from ap. e wh she refers you to the white house counsel. look over there. coun the white housewhite ho counsel say? they called hunter bidenuncil sd a liar. and sam said in part, as we've said many timenys before, the president was not in business with hiits son. but hunter laid it out plain i as day, and his newly revealed whatsapp message, he toldr the chinese executive two times that he was sittin2 g his fatheb before he issued this threat. quot thirde, between the man sid next to me and every person he knows, you will regreton h notmy following my direction. in a new statement, hunter

biden's lawyer claimed any verifiable word or actionsed of my client in the midst of a horrible addiction are solely his ow n and have no connection i to anyone in his family. but today, new corroborating evidence of hunter biden's whatsapp message came to light. hunter's message asserting that his father was sitting right by him, was sent on july 30th, 2017. the free beacon they found a picture on hunter biden's laptop showing him behind the wheecture onl, his dad's co. on the very same day that message was sent dad's. july 30th, 2017, the free beacon reports has metadatahoto embedded in that photo that you're looking at shows thatwerk they were taken in close proximity to joe biden's wilmington, delaware, home. but rather than asking questions abou hn askingt this y big, the media, they're making excuses. it's basedmaking on a whatsapp.t we don't know the verification of that. we don't kno know whether hunter was exaggerating when he talked

"new york post" and steve bannon to cook up supposed dirt on joe biden looksp n bide like a classic russian playbook. >> disinformation campaign. it's always russia. here they are trying the same trick again, but it won't work. here's the whistleblower's attorney totally demolishing the liberal media. hyenas coverg the up. >> this whatsapp message did not come from the laptop or anyy nefarious source. gary shapley testified s that they did a search warrant. they got a hold of hunter biden'a hier'ss icloud account w did a search warrant to apple, to thear apple cloud, where they accessed hunter biden's whatsapp messagesed s, imessages and other information. and so this is credibl, thise. agents wanted to follow up on this and the prosecutors told them not to. hunte oh, well, maybe hunter biden was puffing or something like that. so the agent said, well, let'sgp get the gps location of the two of the father and the son, and let's see if they're actually ime roon the ss

look, i think just that there's suchh a volume of information confirming and corroborating what we have known at the new york post for almost three years. and anybody you know, tony bobulinski, for instance, all the information that he's given to the fbi and has said publicly that's also been here validated. and, you know, i guess really just seeing it all in one place, it's demolishedd of the lies that you just played of all those peopleas who pretended it was russian disinformation, including joe bidenformatin. joe biden knew himself that it was his son' s laptop. he knew himself when he told the american people that hehi knew nothing about his son. hunter's overseas business dealg dealings. he knew that he had met more than a dozen of hunter's he overseas business partners, including now we hear at

the four seasons hotel. hunter t he went with hunter to meet executives from that chinese company, cfc, iny december of 2015 in washington, d.c.. i've was also corroborated that with gal luft, who's a missing witnesst missis, who worked wite chinese people and knew about hunter a biden's association with them. you know, joe bide in, he had the white house put out that statement today sayingng e, oh, you know, none of this is truene and joe biden's never been inn businessbusi with his son. well, why then did joe bidenve meet twice with tony bobulinski to vet him to be ceo of that joint venture between the biden familyiden and cfc? why did hunter biden ask hisrgew office building in georgetown, the house of sweden n, to cut a new case for his father, joe biden and stepmotherer? jill biden? why for nameplates

on the door for his company and see see, there's so muchh evidence it's voluminous and it's now inescapable. i really do think that the reckoning nigh.t in >> yes. the evidence all points inr one pretty clear direction but leave it to the media to ignore it. there's some breaking news that we got out just a moment ago, and it's the dni, the office of the director of national intelligence, put out the covid origin the cs report. we had been waiting on wishy washy, inconclusive, denyingcame what most of us have surmised for a long time that this came fromcute a lab. your thoughts on it, miranda? d well, it's extraordinary considering that just a couple of days ago we had reporting, including in the wall street journal, that about the sort of patient zerot s thosesearch three researchers from the wuhan lab who looked to bee the first people in november 2019 to fall ill with this strango fae coronavirus. and that would point again, e to

inon. but maria, the why did 55% t they don't want him to run wan. but how did 53% of democrats say we don't want him to run? . i think that i think that pollbi i think first of all, i think the polling is completely broken. and i'm not saying that because i don't like this one poll. i think it's very hardit i to actually determine what republicat isn voters thinr we saw that with democratic voters think. we saw that inat saw the midtere elections. polls were wildly off. i think the democratss s want two things. first, they want to win next year and they believ yeae that donald trump will probably be the nominee. and joone whe biden is the onlyc who's ever beaten donald trump. they also want to continuee to to build a bench for the next generation of leaders. that is something that democrats care about . but i'm not going to deny that. but i think the democrats feel very good about their chances with joe biden. there is no primary on the democratic side. i promis e you. kennedy is not actually going to get 20% in any primary. and, you know, elections are tough. these are these ar e. iden they feel good about joe biden at the top of the ticket inone. he's gotten done, especially
10:14 pm
compared to the alternative. the alternative yet. we only have a little bit of time here. but you know, there are a lot data points showing that joe biden's struggling. and my theor showing ideny is this, you know, he's at 60% and his race against the dems, when you look awhen yt former president trump, he was at nearly 90% in his primary. he did have some primary opponents. he was much more popular. biden' bs got a base problem. i think there's a lot going on with the dissatisfaction of many americans. the latest poll that i sawn 51 showing biden at 51% disapproval rating. first of all, it starts with everyday thing, kelly. like moms like you and i go into the grocery store ougett and getting frustrated every time we check out because of the price of groceries price and going to the gas station, looking at the price of ofs g havingto to fill up our cars. and there's so many parents around this country that are making tradeoff about filling up the gas tank or filling up a grocery cart . and also, i think the hunter biden scandals, the biden family scandale n familys, . they're certainly, i think in the minds of voters absolutely w more targets. marie harf, thank you both very much.

if your business qualifies for up to $26,000 per employee. well, one sports league has refused to go along with the left's war on women's sports usa. powerlifting is the first national governing body to block biological males competing as women. you'd think there'd be more. that was in february that a minnesota judge ruled that the league violated the minnesota human rights act by barring a biological male from competition. usa powerlifting is appealing the rule and is willing to take their case all the way to the supreme court. dr. larry maley is the president of usa powerlifting in april. >> hutchinson is, a canadian powerlifter. welcome to you both. you know, dr. maley, is there a difference is a common sense question, but i will pose it to because i know you have the data between a biological woman and a biological male in the realm of powerlifting. yes, there is. kayleigh. we are what might be described
10:21 pm
as a pure strength sport and technique is minimal. there are no appliances basically it's all the person. and so what we look at is how a person does on one of three lifts and we asked that very same question that you did. is there really a difference? because if there is no difference, this may not make a difference in terms of competition. but we looked at 17,000 power lifters and we found that the depending on how you analyze it between men and women is that women are 43 to 65% less strong than men. >> so it's a profound difference. you know, april, you've competed against a biological male. what was that like? >> yeah. so i was supposed to actually compete against the biological male in the nationals a couple of months ago. i actually sat out as a way to protest. there was a protest at the event, but this
10:22 pm
same biological male just announced the other that he will be applying for worlds this year and he will be going into my category. he turns 40, so i lift between 40 and 50 years old and so he will be after my records and lifting in the masters in a couple of months. april that's got to be frustrating. i mean, how does that feel you put in so much hard work. >> it's frustrating it's you know, i'm filled with many emotions, anger being one of them. i mean, i think all the women are very angry where it's disheartened there's times where, you know, for a long time i couldn't sleep at night. it's affecting my training. it's my mental health has declined big time since i found out about all of this. >> you know, dr. maley you're one of the only ones out there filing litigation like this. >> i understand this has been ongoing for four years. why aren't more sports bodies following in your footsteps? well, i think that we're different from some of them in that we're not an olympic

sport. and so at the end of the day, we don't have to follow the dictates of the ioc. but that being said, we're an organization that started more than 40 years ago and the foundation is in fair play having to do with performance enhancing drugs, fairer categories for people. and this is just consistent with that for us. we believe that after looking at the data, it is unfair for transgender participants to be in a women's division and it can't be overcome. well, thank you for fighting for fairness and for women. dr. april. thank you. thank you. aaron he opened up about a potential performance enhancing drug, although it might not be what you think. the star quarterback is trying to combat the stigma around athletes use of psychedelics. rodgers showed up at the psychedelics science conference to share how some of these drugs contributed to his success on the football field. >> take a look.
10:24 pm
>> the response from other people in the sports industry has been pretty incredible to see basketball players and baseball players and surfers and entertainers. my own teammates and colleagues across the league reach out and either share their story about their own medicine journey or ask to be a part of an upcoming one was pretty, pretty special. you know, it's going to be hard to cancel me because, you know, the previous year, 26 touchdowns, four interceptions. >> we had a good season. ayahuasca, 48 touchdowns, five interceptions, mvp. >> what are you going to say? you know, he's talented, but i'm not sure it was the psychedelics there. dr. siegel he joins me now. >> dr. siegel, i would never think that you would take a psychedelic to outperform in a sporting event. >> what's going on? it's called ayahuasca and actually it's been used for as a healing drug down.

it's a plant, and they serve it as a tea down in brazil and south america. central america for centuries. but it's illegal in the united states. certain church groups actually use the first amendment to allow use of it, even though it's a restricted plant or drug. but know what's ironic with aaron rodgers? i kind of feel like maybe he was suffering depression or post-traumatic stress from all of the problems he had with green bay packers and the vaccines and the masks. and now he's self treating himself with this. but here's the problem physicians who are studying this say this, kelly. >> they say it's not yet ready for primetime. we're still big. so we think we think it may have an effect on depression. we think it may be useful post-traumatic stress. we think it may even treat alcoholism. the head of psychiatry at nyu is studying this, said this to me, just the other. but we're not ready for people to auto medicate with this. and even if we think it helped aaron rodgers or he thinks it did, it may harm someone else. i mean, it causes nausea,

covid. he announced his candidacy for president and we were supposed to bring you exclusive interview with mr. exotic frmsel forf from jail. unfortunately, he was sentom to solitary confine moment. so we found the next best guests. mike robeson is jowe founde exo press secretary. he joins me now with his monkey, winstowiy n, i wanted to talk to joe exotic. what happened? mike well, all we can really say for sure is joe has been silenced by the department ofhe justice. we know this for sure because he's been speaking out about the corrup t and that's been happening in the justice system. i believ sole that today's events are putting joe in solitary is a direct result ofit . his willingness to speak out and really call out the truth. we kno s call w that the departf justice obviously kind of is a e o tiered system, right and joe has been really amazinga at pointing that out showingowih that and it's part of his own story. >> so there is no violencet of. >> they just tossed him inhi solitary, correct?
10:54 pm
yeah. joe ism . l >> joe is one of those like he's just an inmate that livesiv on great behaviober. he's such a good individual. you know, he's made such waves with building relationships with other people. so we knoweps we that this juste so much to do with the realityf ofjo joe does have a filter. we all know this. it's why we love joe. it's why we fell in loveacter of with the character of joe in tiger king. bun tiget this is joe, you know, the guy saying, i see you there with winston. us i was white house press secretary, as you know. i dealt with a lot of wild creatureals. if joe exotic becomes president. exoticre, you deal with monkeysp you clearly deal with tigers. i mean, does winston come to the podium with you? oh, yeah. oh, yeah. odion. listen, this guy, this guy right here, he goes everywhere with me. he's my little sidekick. but i figured you know, it's funny when you guys reach out today to talk about this this joe story and joe's platform for 2024, i thought it's obviously very appropriate to bring the animals along because it is who joe is it
10:55 pm
makes a statement, i assume carole baskin as a running mate is a no go. it's absolutely a no go because, yeah, i mean, i could repeatyea. joe's phrasig on that, but the reality is, r is that carole and joe, i mean,m that's the same relationship joe has with the department of justice. you knowe s with the, they put him in thee under a wrongful conviction. you know, folks can go check that out at joe exotic 2024 for evidence and check that out.e >> you know, to see that folkstf who created purge or committedos which put joe where hel is today. but the trutpuh is that was spearheaded by one person and the department of justicnd e the game along with that one person. >> final question for you. >> whyuestioe had a lot of repus on. we wanted a democrat on running for president. tell me, mr. exotic's platform,r you know his is about really returning america to the people righnit? r bu joe is your average guy now. he's a character, but he's your average gu beli he really believes in the american people.
10:56 pm
he believes in the freedoms and the rights ht ofrime american people, the second amendment rights, the freedom to buildo builere your life, bn your business and live how youeh believe is right. and so joe is here fighting for ame not just peopl for t to make america great again, but to return america to youerin as the american people. >> one other question. any chanceple one hunter bidens joe soulmate any time soon? >> well, we can only hope, buts that's juscet proof that we have a two tiered justice system. joe should be out here and we know that hunter maybe should be exactly where joe is right now. >> well, i joke. i enjoyed watching tiger king. i'll say thaenjosit during covi. mike robeson, go take care of winston. thank you very much. absolutelyuch.. hos >> kaylee, thank you. thanks. mike kennedy is the host of the kennedy saves the world podcast. she joins us with her reaction. and joe beat joe. yea yeah, i really think that joe biden is probably the most vulnerable president we've seen . seeking a second term. i think anyone beat him at this

point. and, you know, if joe exotic does in fact successfully run. he will be pushing a lot ofer fr boundaries, especially for things like prisoners rightssone you know, there are a lot of wh people who are incarcerated who feel underrepresenteharesenh and he might be very attractive to that community. >> he might be. and look, now, colorado, they say he's not on the ballot. he says he is on the balloti th apparently it's a legal challenge that's ongoing. but i think the broader poininkt here to be serious here is rfk jr. f 20%, a self-help guru. marianne williamson at, 8%. i mean, that's like a third of the party and then a lot of undecided. soundecided. i mean, he does hae a problem. joe biden he does. and there are a lot of other people who are waiting and oth e if those numbers just eke up a little bit higher for those two candidates that you talked about. vione of those people is gavin newsom. you know, and he is looking at this polling vers y very closele because he knows that if he has an honest debate with joe biden, if joe biden can't come on fox news and debate and sit down for an edited interview.
10:58 pm
but gavin newsom did. but do you really think so? i saw some just some theories on that. it was interesting to see the reporters ask so many ferocious questiony soots on the hunter biden issue. apparently cnn's now reporting on it. and there were b these, you kno, conspiratorial folks saying maybe they're all trying to puslkh out. >> do you think that could be a realistic possibility? it's incrediblpoy intellectualla dishonest because where was that skepticism in that reportins g in 2020 when so many of these facts were known and hidden, the american publici that if they were in possession of them, would very likely have to change their votes? yeah, that's right. you know. kennedy and thend one othe one r question i had is, you know, when you look at these casdidates, it just seem anyone can run for president these days, like these names keep popping up and look will hurd is a former congressman, but he declares his candidacy on the republican side. rick s rick scott now may jump in. it's like growing and growinge and growing. do people just run these daysru to try to gain relevancy? not saying that about hurd or rick scott, let's say, because r they are sitting congressional
