skinner joins me now. so, you heard the secretary of state. where do you see this heading in russia and is there a broader picture that is being painted? >> a couple of points. and thanks for having a. there is so much going on in this crisis it is hard to know where to begin. i will start by saying of course vladimir putin looks weak as a result of this showed the picture frames of prigozhin being something like a rock s star. on the streets of russia. that is still the case for it has quite a following not just within russia but around the world because the wagner group is in the african continent in the middle east it's in latin america it is been doing bidding for russia for a long time. the risky gambit putin took in all of this is that when you somewhat outsource your military
