>> hello, this is "outnumbered," i'm kayleigh mcenany. here is my co-host emily compagno. also joining us fox business gerri willis, fox news lisa boothe and co-host of "the bottom line," sean duffy. we begin with dire new poll numbers for president biden as he attempts to sell the country on a second term. in overwhelming majority of americans say they are fed up with biden's america.
9:01 am
new poll numbers reveal this, 74% of americans think the country is on the wrong track. that is pretty extraordinary. same nbc news poll say americans are concerned about biden a age and health and it is a concern for his campaign. 80-year-old biden is getting image advice from top hollywood producer jeffrey karngs tsenberg. the movie mogul is counseling president biden to own his age and turn into an assive according to people familiar with the conversations. biden should lean into longevity as sign of wisdom and experience, while offer ing offr about it, same way harrison ford has. hitting the big screen as

9:03 am
stick woven around our president, an idea framing surrounding the commander-in-chief, i want a leader. that is what you expect from an unknown or candidate that has something dark in his or her past, this is how we'll get the american people to overcome it. why do that with someone who served for 50 years and sat in the oval office for almost four. why not rely on record and leadership relationship with every other global asset? because he hasn't won, he diagonally demolished everything and squandering our tax dollars everyday. bring in who they want from holy wood, all i want is a president. >> kayleigh: 74 say it is not on

the right track. the white house changed party control then. >> sean: harrison ford, when on the screen, you get multiple takes, joe biden doesn't get multiple retakes, you can't reedit, it is live. joe biden is putting on shades and trying to look cool, that doesn't work for him. he is not an actor, he is president. we look at this in politics and wrong track is devastating for the policy and americans. whether border or crime or teaching sex in school or men competing against women in sports, we are not going in the right direction. this is too fast and too many things have changed, we want to go back to normalcy.
9:05 am
>> kayleigh: great point, this is not a movie, they are trying to create a movie. according to politico play book, they will compare biden to fdr and using biden-omics, will that work? >> gerri: i do not think so. american people are struggle withing inflation. when you talk about an election, are you better off than you were four years ago or three years ago? when it comes to wages, you were not. there is weakness developing in the jobs market, the star of this economy, recession third quarter or fourth quarter of next year, we'll see that. can we talk about the federal debt? this is over the head of all americans. it is at all-time high. if you calculate it, on the

basis of individual american taxpayers something like 250,000 dollars per american, a lot to be concerned about. >> kayleigh: a lot to be concerned about, lisa. people can say biden is old, he is old, and they don't trust his mental acuity. republicans need to be at their best, a third-party candidate could wreck the scene for biden or whoever it is. >> lisa: he has -- interfere on his behalf, that is big working for you. i agree with the hollywood producer, authenticity only works if you are still with us, president biden is not, falling

before i begin, let me say a few words about the events in russia. excuse me, an allergy. the situation began and developed and i directed national security team to monitor closely and report to me hour by hour and wanted them to be prepared for number of scenarios and make sure we're all on the same page. critical we are coordinated in response and what to anticipate. they agreed we had to give putin no excuse, let me emphasize, gave putin no excuse to blame on the west ornato. we made clear we are not involved, we had nothing to do with it, this was a struggle within russian system. i spoke to president zelenskyy
9:15 am
of ukraine. i will keep in touch to make sure we continue to remain on the same page. i told him that no matter what happened in russia, let me say it again, no matter what happened, we continue to support ukraine defense and sovereignty and integrity. he and i agreed to follow-up and stay in constant contact. i'm in constant contact with our allies, will speak to head of state after this meeting today and make sure we're on the same page. didn't get a chance to speak to one head of state yesterday. we will assess the events and implication on russia and ukraine. too early to reach conclusion about where this is going. outcome remains to be seen. no matter what comes next, i will make sure allies and partners are closely aligned in

9:17 am
is too good fo be true and that seems to be the case. it ended just hours after it began. >> emily: if something is too good to be true, it is or there are questions with it. as president just said, more remains to be seen. this raised questions for many of us, especially with our capitol being invested in ukraine. first question, step back. in 16 months, putin went from being huge invader of ukraine intending to take it in days to essentially being resisted at all fronts, failing on many levels and now deploying his military to fend off internal insurrection. this agreement came together and raises questions. is putin weaker than previously thought? could he collapse? antony blinken made appearances
9:18 am
over the weekend, declined toeck speculate about his future. he said he did not speak with foreign leaders on that front. secretary of state said he is championing, meaning there is huge weakness surrounding putin. what did they agree to, to your point about is this too good to be true? what does this mean for wagner in ukraine. finally, my notes are frozen, does this mean for ukraine's counter offensive? deploy human capital with participation and inclusion of many global entities and raises questions, we are appreciative and grateful, we'll see what this means for putin, wagner, ukraine and russia. >> lisa: it is hard to read into it, if we don't know we are being told the truth.
9:19 am
what makes sense about it? wagner group gets close to moscow and prigozhin decides, we don't want russian blood to be spilled. you operated in 30 countries, it just doesn't make sense. people like rebekah said this doesn't make sense. people who are pro-intervention in ukraine are cheering this on. you don't like putin, i get it, you want a war lord mercenary to have access to snuk lar weapons in russia? our viewpoint has become distorted, there is no room for honesty. i don't think we are being told the truth, it is hard to draw conclusion from what is probably
9:20 am
a lie. >> kayleigh: you don't want prigozhin in nuclear control. that is obvious. congressman said can anyone remember a coup attempt that was resolved in 24 hours, something strange going on here. >> sean: to the point already made, remember when nord stream 2 was blown up and we said we had nothing to do to it. there was reporting we had something to do with it. joe biden called for regime change in russia. russia had nothing to do with the wagner group rebellion. i don't think if i trust anything coming out of the white house any longer. they keep lying to me, it makes me not believe them any longer. >> kayleigh: we hope it speaks
9:21 am
to fridgility of putin. markov, former putin advisor told the telegram yes other things fail for fundamental reason. to the point of russian troops being asked to do inhumane things, we hope it is real, but something like prigozhin, this inhumane guy being next to nukes. >> to wall street and the economy, it might not matter. your 401(k) could be impacted, the economy runs on this stuff. it could impact oil prices, stocks are down. more at stake than the latest rumor is. >> kayleigh: biden on the phone with allies and zelenskyy, welcome because after afghanistan he did not pick up

9:30 am
concerned about what americans have to pay and we have a big, fat double standard. president biden says everyone should pay their taxes and guess what, his soon is not paying his taxes. burisma income has been reported as a loan and he did not report interest or loan payments. 2017 and 2018, failed to pay $218,000 in taxes he owes and seems like the president should stand up and say, son, it is time to pony up. >> kayleigh: it seems hunter keeps getting away with it with his father's blessing. you had hunter at the big state dinner with modi, there is

calculation that the american people do not care and joe biden is impervious to anything. 55% think the fbi and doj are not looking into it and 63% say hunter engaged in influence pedalling and his dad did, too. maybe the american people decide we don't care about this, that is a risky bet. hunter, front and center, look at my son hunter. and percentages would be higher if the media was not suppressing this or crafting the narrative as biden's struggling son. the state of new jersey is suing three public school districts after they informed parents of a child's decision to change genders. that is next. need to lower your monthly expenses and get cash?
