i'm going to buy him socks. that's all for tonight. dvr the show. some of you who used to watch wheel go back to watching wheel and always remember, i'm waters and this is my world. >> good evening. i'm lawrence jones. president joe biden is in the middle of a massive corruption scandal. whistleblowers have produce e credible evidence his son was involved in cricket business deals overseas and hunter was trading on his father's named and evidence suggests joe biden was involved how joe biden and democrats reacted to those allegations? do they plan on answering the american public legitimate questions about joe biden's
5:01 pm
involvement? have they clarified to us the biden doj role in investigating these alleged crimes? no they haven't. they have pretended the bombshell revelations don't exist. [indi [indistinct]. >> joe biden doesn't care what you think about his family influence peddling. your concerns don't matter to him in the joes mind the bidens are above the law. that's why he's acting like nothing happen. joe biden invited hunter to thursday night state dinner where hunter socialized with the liberal power brokers. hunter spent the weekend with the president at camp david. so what were e-they don't then? isn't it strange the president invited his son for a get away
5:02 pm
after a whistleblower tied hunter illegal behavior to the president? were they crafting a joint legal defense strategy? we don't know because nobody cares to ask. of course this comes out to hunter biden playing guilty to a gun charge and tax violations. hunter owned a gun while addicted to crack cocaine. if you didn't know that's a federal crime. joe biden used to be for stern punishment for crack diversity and equities. >> if you have a piece of crack cocaine no bigger than this quarter that i'm holding in my hand, one quarter of one dollar, we passed a law through the leadership of senator thurmond and myself and others a law says you're caught with that you go to jail for 5 years. you get no probation. you get nothing other than five
5:03 pm
years in jail! judge doesn't have a choice. >> so biden gets together with the racist thurmond but doesn't apply the same standard to son hunter. they gave him a sweetheart deal which is rich, seeing that joe biden was the chief architect of the crime bill. you know the bill that sent hundreds if not thousands of black men to prison for those crimes. >> it doesn't matter whether or not they're the victims of society. the end resulted is their about to knock my mother on the head with a lead pipe shoot my sister beat up my wife take on my sons. so i don't want to ask, what made them do this. they must be taken off the streets! we should focus on them now, not out of a liberal instinct for love brother and humanity, although i think that's a good instinct but for simple pragmatic reasons. if we don't, they will. or a portion of them, become the
5:04 pm
predators, 15 years from now. and madam president, we have predators on our streets. >> so much passion. when hunter smokes crack doesn't pay taxes and runs around with a firearm he's a sip they i can victim of the republican outrage mob but when black males do it they're predatory monsters. when i travel around the country covering stories that affect america i realize so and people have the same grievance. farmer in iowa and business owner in detroit know the different play by different rules. that's why the rule class want to us hate each other. that's why they try to divide america by race to distract us from the fact the rule of law doesn't apply to any of them. larry elder is a 2024 republican candidate for president and he
5:05 pm
joins us now. larry, where did i get this wrong? lawrence, i'm just stunted by your criticism. i can't believe you continue think there's a two teared system of justice. hillary clinton skated on the espionage act she violated when she had her server in her basement and received classified information and james comey does big presentation but she lacked the intent to break the law intent is not a requirement as to that part of the espionage act you know the dnc and hillary paid for that steele dossier. they put down the payment as legal expenses which is what donald trump put down for stormy daniels. i don't think the doj is investigating the so-called pay for play stuff that joe biden and hunter did where they got ten million dollars.
5:06 pm
i don't think there's investigation regarding that so this is a clear double standard. during the 2022 midterms, one of the weesz republicans underperformed the left kept saying democracy is on the ballot. for the entirety of president trump's term hillary referred to him as illegitimate. some polls show a greater percentage of democrats believe 2016 was stolen. we feel that way about 2020. there's a double standard and the media are running protection. >> you know larry a lot of people don't like when i do this. i think it's important to meet the democrats on the battle field of ideas at election time and we saw often where they go straight to race and identity politics. if that's the playbook i need to meet them where they are. >> absolutely. >> it seems like they don't have
5:07 pm
the same compassion of the people they say during election time they care about. compassion for his son but not the people he locked up. >> you know i used to think al sharpton was the biggest race card hustler. it's joe biden. joe biden goes to howard and says the biggest threat to the homeland is white supremacy. the adl keeps track of how many people are killed by extremists last year 25 in 2020 there were 11,000 black homicide victims killed by other blacks and joe biden has been lying about his civil rights records for decades. >> how do you plan on reaching the black community? how do you plan on bringing that policy? donald trump doubled his support among black males talking about the economic agenda. what is your pitch to the minority voter getting ready to be pitched all this nonsense right here, how do you win them
5:08 pm
over? >> talk about school choice in urban america. there are 13 public high schools in baltimore zero percent of the kids can do math grade level. 53 government schools in chicago zero per cent the kids do math grade level. 85 percent of black 13-year-olds in america can neither do math or read at grade level which means a substantial percentage of black kids in america are ill literate. the other thing is the academic of fatherlessness, 70 percent of black kids enter the world without a father. the stats are clear. if you were raised without a father you're 5 more likely to be poor and commit crime, nine times more likely to drop out school and 20 times more to end up in jail. we need mentors and direct taxes to churches. >> i look forward to seeing your
5:09 pm
plan on fathers that are there that are starting businesses because those are the people voting there. so, i'll be following the campaign. larry thanks for joining us. >> appreciate it. >> joe biden rubs his scandal in our faces and his friends don't do anything to investigate. joe biden is simply doing what any father would do for his son. >> the hunter biden story the scandal it's also the story of a father's love, and joe biden has never and will never give up on his son hunter and will never give up on his son. take it or leave. >> some are laughing off hunter hanging out at the white house at a dinner. >> you think it was appropriate for hunter biden to be at the sale event as the attorney general merck garland was in the same week he accepted a plea deal? >> you know i think as the
5:10 pm
president explains it's his son. >> understand the perception issue of that. >> yes, i do. >> do you wish it were different? >> i do. you always wish there were different perceptions but that's not reality. >> she used to be a prosecutor. i thought she would take this more seriously. who will step up to find out what actually happened with the president hunter and by the doj? josé is former obama official. josé honorable man i believe that you believe in the rule of law. i got cousins some that abide by the rule of law some that didn't. those that didn't got caught and are spending hard time. they didn't get the bill deal that hunter got. do you believe that there could potentially be a two tier system here? >> look, lawrence good to see.
5:11 pm
i think first and foremost we have to be clear. every case is different. the doj in what type of country is a new president elected and lets the attorney general or one of the attorney generals that their first mission is to investigate his son, joe biden's son? and he let him do his thing. he let him run the investigation. so if joe biden was in it he wouldn't be doing it. he's letting the don't do his job. that's the beauty about america is the department of justice. >> josé i've known you a long time. you take guns seriously. >> sure. >> i see you every time there's a mass tragedy talking about reform to the system. he lied on a gun fore up. the democrats make it clear they take it seriously. why is he not in jail? why does he get a deal? >> it's a great question. the record shows if you lie and i'm not normalizing this saying
5:12 pm
it's okay but if you lie on a form geting a gun that you have not consumed drugs when you have you don't go to jail. if you look at the definition -- up to 5 years in jail. it doesn't mean you're going to go to jail. again, he lied and has taken responsibility. we've seen it he's getting two misdemeanors. two of them. this is serious and he recognizes this. that's not for you and i to decide. >> i guess i just want to be very clear, for all the brothers black and brown that are behind bars that lied on a gun form, right? they should be released, right? if they haven't committed a violent crime or anything like that, they should be released. under biden's doj. >> you gotta look at case on an individual matter. every case matters. every case is important.
5:13 pm
maybe we need to reform the system. >> does only the individual matter if your dad is president of the united states or well connected politician? >> that's not what happened here, lawrence. >> i guess i got to understand this because every single year i hear during election time that you're fighting for us. you're fighting for the people, but everybody doesn't have a president as a dad that is facing a drug offense. >> that's not what's happening here. >> so what's the standard? >> look. they've been investigating the son of the president of the united states for the last half 5 years. you know that. they haven't been able to find anything substantial. >> they did find something. >> that's the truth. >> they gave him a plea deal. he admitted to lying on the form and he also admitted to being a crack head. >> he's going to be on probation and he's going to go on probation. he didn't go on probation.
5:14 pm
the son of the president of the united states. it's a serious matter. look. i agree with you. for the republicans, to start creating the narrative there's a different standard for different people, that's not true. >> the message is very clear that all the young brothers and sisters that don't have their dads in their household it's that i'm sorry your dad wasn't president. that seems to be the standard josé but thanks for coming on the program. >> thank you. i appreciate it. >> republicans are calling for impeachment procedures against merck garland over the so-called hunter biden investigation. senator ron johnson joins with us that plus 80-year-old joe biden is turning to hollywood to reboot his campaign but better watch out because there's a shirtless rfk, jr. and he says he's getting in shape for the debate. don't go anywhere. .
5:15 pm
5:16 pm
5:17 pm

5:19 pm
>> so, the department of justice has a lot of questions to answer over the handling of new family biden family corruption allegations, attorney general merck garr land has prosecuted conservatives for exercising
5:20 pm
first amendment rights while his doj stone walls investigations into joe biden and son hunter. we were told garland was moderate. now we know he's the most political attorney general in american history. and to think. garland was one time nominated for the supreme court. can you man him on the court? the corruption at the doj is so bad the speaker of the house, kevin mccarthy suggests that house republicans may be forced to impeach garland. >> yesterday i laid out very clearly, by july 6 because of the allegation from the irs, because of the whistleblowers and the doj that garland what he is saying and what david weiss is saying privately are two different things and if it comes true what the irs whistleblower is saying we are going to start impeachment procedures on the attorney general. >> ron johnson is from
5:21 pm
wisconsin. he joins us now. senator, what powers do you guys have right now? it's clear at this point that average americans don't get this. we know the deputy attorney general would have to approve a deal. deputy reports to attorney general. what are you guys going to do about snits. >> well lawrence unfortunately in the senate republicans are in the minority. senator grassley and i in our investigation pretty well laid out the foundation of the tanglements of the corrupt biden family but right now our democrat colleagues have no interest in the corruption within the fbi corruption in the department of justice so it's really in the house. it will be up to them whether they hold impeachment hearings. i would love to see impeachment hearings on secretary mayorkas and secretary blinken and i
5:22 pm
think they need to investigate garland on a host of issues including the most recent. somebody's lying here. here u.s. attorney weiss is lying or garland is lying. we should get to the bottom of this. >> you know, senator we saw during impeachment hearing the dems had hollywood producers coming and produced all this stuff with not a shred of evidence but they made it into something. you guys have a treasure trove. not just a laptop. now we have whistleblowers. why aren't you guys making a case to the american people though? that's where it lies. the democrats will start moving once the republicans make the case of the american people of wow, this is corrupt. >> lawrence, again, chuck grassley and i laid out as much evidence as i think anybody
5:23 pm
would need not to elect joe biden put the mainstream media covered it up. i've been on shows like yours last three years making the case but the mainstream media the compliant complicity it corrupt media don't cover i. the house is looking into doing their investigation. fortunately we have twhib letters, because the administration are not carrying over document. i subpoenaed christopher wray under president trump. president trump wanted the information made public. i never got squat. >> senator, what's the next -- >> that's how corrupt and deep the state is. >> i got you brother but senator where does the investigation go next then? if they're stonewalling you, what other powers do you have? >> well again, you get whistleblowers, you find things like this what's app text that inincriminates president biden. then you have to go with the evidence. was president biden there? you know, apparently the irs investigators requested gps coordinates of the phones to prove that.
5:24 pm
yet that was obstructed. they weren't allowed to get those gps coordinates so again we are just finding out from twhib letters and lawrence we need more whistleblowers more people in these agencies that have integrity that want to restore the truth, but people do things wrong when they break laws and they try and hide it. it's not easy to do investigations and especially with the deep state covering it all up. >> if we didn't know who their guy was before, we know now because they're defending him every tournament senator thanks so much for joining the program. >> have a good night. >> so, joe biden is turning to hollywood to help him get reelected. movie mogul jeffrey is reportedly advising the president to quote own his age, hollywood tycoon has pointed to mick jagger and harrison ford as role models for the president. while biden struggles to prove to americans he's fit to serve
5:25 pm
his main democratic rival doesn't appear to have any problems in that department. rfk, jr. going over and over short list at a muscle beach and says he's getting into shape to debate the president. watch. >> okay. let's go. [grunting] >> it's fallon time. >> he's in shape. >> i wouldn't mess with this man. >> no, but look at the other skill sets. biden can outnap this guy any day of the week and if you're going to get technical this is nothing compared to the workout's on hunters laptop. >> we have to put a disclaimer. >> i've seen so many packages i feel like i'm on a women's swim team.
5:26 pm
bizarre. what a time to be alive. this is what he's trying to do. i respect the hustle. he needs to get more social media clout to try to force this debate because now the only shape he needs to be in for debate night is have a dinner reservation book because they're not going to debate him. he's trying to get biden's attention but i love the hollywood mogul who says biden has to lean into his age. biden shouldn't be leaning into inning. he might fall. we have clarity. he says biden should be mick jagger. now we know why he's trying to save the queen. he thinks ease british. >> it's not an ace thing for joe biden. this comes from him living so long. we played all these clips of the old joe biden the inner jet injoe biden but there are plenty of 80-year-old. >> or 90-year-old's. i interviewed william shatner. he's sharper than both of us.
5:27 pm
he's as sharp as low. sharp as can be so it's not ages. it's about the specific condition he's in but more more importantly the specific country the country is. if they said be harrison ford. ford movie would be raiders of the lost president. we shouldn't be pretending this is okay. >> there is something because this is what we've seen with this administration master producing, he falls, you dust him off. do you think that's the next move? he can't stay in the basement this time. people want to see him. >> i know. >> do they plan on releasing clips showing that he's competent? >> yes, i think we are going to get a heavily produced campaign run through influencers, like indiana jones temple of zoom. the things we consider to be a
5:28 pm
turnoff. he seems to be a mess. that makes him more popular in the party because it's allowing more people power behind the scenes than with a younger president so that's the hook, he lets more people be president. >> they get power we get screwed at home. >> we gut r get screwed. we get more push up videos. you want me to get in shape, beach body. >> i'm trying to lose 7 pounds. >> we look like a boy band called wrong direction. >> jimmy the best. >> you bet. >> military coop threatening vladimir putin's grip on power but now nobody sure what happened and what is going to happen next. we will connect the dots on what could happen with ukraine and american support. that's next.

i don't want to put any of our operators at risk. can you explain to our odds yens what went down overseas? look. you have basically an independent militia mercenary group that was more powerful and effective than the russian army. that was causing friction internally. they were effective, they've been effective in africa and the middle east and most effective force in ukraine by far. the russian army was looking to than the on this group because they don't suffer competitors very well and it appears that putin is trying to play both sides to his advantage. right, and that's what strong men document they appear strong and they appear to be pulling the strongest. what i think pulled the rug out from putin is that he didn't have the forces to stop this

militia group that the wagner group as they turned the snake turned to bite the hand. wagner shot down 7 russian aircraft as they were marching on moscow and remind everyone 85 percent of the russian military is now completely committed to ukraine, the other 15 percent spread all over to the pacific. there's real cracks in putin's dictatorship. why does this matter to us? why does this matter to the everyday american? number 1, russian nukes. i'm going to see biden's staff yet again backing back his irresponsible statements about regime change. we need stability in russia on those nukes, but we also, this is a good thing in the sense that russia is weaker. it's weaker in ukraine and this mercenary special forces group can't go control minds for
