11:02 pm
a short time later, joeyeneraler and hunter, they all jetted off to camp david together. how nice that a beautifuld weekend retreat. laughing, smiling the entire waretreat y. this after a newly released text provided more evidence that pops allegedly may have been a very integralevidence paf his son's sketchy overseas seas busbusiness deals and the 0 family syndicate. in july 2017, hunter beratedchin a chinese national. whestionaly? a for not fulfilling a commitment. quote, i am sittin quotg here. my father would like to understand why fulfi the commitment has not been fulfilled. then hunter continuing thatte, i will make certain that between that man sitting next, me and every person he knows and my ability to hold a grudge that you will not regret thatow you will regret. rather than following my direction, i am sitting here waitinmy g for the call with my father. well, that either sounds like a shakedow father.r soundsn or t

imitation of a mob boss. i am vito corleone, and if anything should happen, my song hunter. >> okay. using the big guy and albig gul the big guys friends as leverage. ooh, little scary. now, of course thite hous, white house, they deny biden's involvement in any and all of hunter's deals. b and hunter's lawyers, they want to knot and waw that he was rea, really high on crack when he sent that text. >> but joe seems to think it's one big joke. take a look. joke. i started off without you andedf i saw that a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that were shared. >> ogsh, just so we're clear, nti as documented in a 20, 20 1023 form, joe biden. he was accused by a trusted, well-paid fbi source of takingfo foreigrcn bribes from a ukrainin foreign national in exchange for a policy ukran when he was e president. remember, that was the real quid pro quo to fire
11:04 pm
the ukrainian prosecutor using. a billion of your taxpayer dollars as leverage. you rememberu the guy investigating the zero experience? in hunter was fired in 6 hourse paido hunter can continue to get paid. y emba no experience at all. what a great country. what a great lifnk e. the vp. thw, there was even a big payoffer, we're now told.e did it happen? did they have an even biggerwer that we had not known about? we need answers. a few months earlier in lately 2019, the fbi had apparently verified hunter's laptop frommeg with messages that outlinedy an 10% for the big guymplain and complaints from hunter that pops. tshere popyou had to take it wae half of his income and that he was forced pay for pops, homes n repairs and living expensed s and to 2019 a wave of hardrd evidence, including photos that met with more than a dozen of hunter's foreign business partners. d >> the very thing he said he never did. well, then there's thaevert july 2017 shakedown. one hunter implicated his own father h in a scheme to charge

a chinese foreign national for access t o the guy. then to top it all off, bombshell new allegations fromws not one, but two irstlt th whistleblowers. i thought democratoughs, the mee love whistleblowers. not any more, apparently, who claim that joe and hunteho r were protected by merrick garland and hunter and joe biden's doj. and according to those allegations, biden appointed u.s. attorneys. they blocked felony tax charges against hunter for years prior to the two that they got him on only misdemeanoy r counts, nw jail time. one whistleblower, gary shapley, identifieblowerd witnes who observed this obstruction. and meanwhile, hunter's laptopsi from was buried. and investigators, they weren't even allowed to access it. wow. it seems like they were digging hard for ce justice here.g and according to these same whistleblowers, any investigatioton into the big gu that was stopped, that was stymied. but apparentlyap one at the whit house or the doj or the state dei feels any the fbat need to respond in any serious

way to what a real allegations.d and last week, merrick garland w even suggestedee that any criticism of the doj is an attack on democracy. y an and on friday, karine jean-pierre did her very bestd on to dodge every single question. >> take a look. a reasonable question to has the united states involved as this messag e seemse se to suggest in some sort ofem coercive conversation forth business dealings by a son, if he wasn'and i t and maybe you sd tell us. >> so here's a thing, and i appreciate the question. i believe colleague at que colle the white house counsel has wh already.ved?uestionag yes or no, was the president involved in the i just>> s and stephetephstn? stephen, i just answered the question. i just said i just it' this isnt it's not up to you how i answer the question. i just answered the questionque you stated that the president stands t by his comment fromon the 2020 campaign that he never once discussed his son's oversease sons business dealings with his son and used to at the podium. and you reaffirmed tha that. >> do you stand by your.
11:07 pm
what i will say is nothing has changed. >> nothing has changed. and i will leave it there. she answerd s the question by nf answering the question. biden, meanwhile, he que contins to flat out lie right through his teeth or denturee flats. >> take a look. now, that's just blatant b.s. it makes you wonder what else a biden is lying about. sadly, it doesn't matter because merrick has his back. the democrats and the doj will never, everback. investige joe or hunter. >> they will only protect himla. like they protected hillary. what did i say at the beginning of this monologue? aiyour government is corrupt. the department of justicertme is corruptnt and. weaponized, as is the fbi hierarchy. the toaponizedp democrats workit the fbi and their washington field office are only interested in persecuting any and all thingsy. trump.ump. that's it. we saw thiwes in the 2016

election. >> no reasonable prosecutor, whatever. hillary clinton. while donald trump faced umce because oftch her hoax resulting from her f dirty russian dossier that she paid for and neveror mind the 33,000 deleted emails with bleach pi delt and of cour, devices destroyed with hammers. wehammer saw it again in 2020. fbi pre bunking hunter's laptop from 2023. looks like we're going to see it all ove r again.s, b the movie repeats itself. bribery, corruption allegationrs against the big guy. joe biden himself swept undewe r rug. and as for the democracy dies in darkness, crowd that is the b media mob that is supposed to speak truth. trutthat a suph to power, the oo lied about russia collusion for three long years that aree ai on the air right now, lying tonigh t. well, they could care less. the country is in serious trouble. it will onlye. it get worse if your big guy wins reelectionh th here at the very latest, fox news white house correspondent jackie heinrich.
11:09 pm
s i give you a lot of credit. jackie asked a legitimate question. we have photographic evidence and other evidence and even implications o on hunter's lapt that, in fact, joe biden knew a lot about hunter and his foreign business dealings and met with a lot of his business partners, did he not? >> well, sean house, speaker kevin mccarthy and other congressional republicans have pointen mcd to that whistleblowr testimony, including that text you mentioned purportedlincludit hunter to a chinese business associate as evidence. e dence ththe president, lied we repeatedly claimed he's never spoken with hilaimeds son abouts overseas business dealings. so i asked the president today, did you lias busine? and he firmly told me no. and hunter's attorney has his uf client's drug use for causing questions about all this. he tells fox, quotorstions e, any verifiable words or actions of my client in the midst of he are solely his own and have no connection to anyone in his family. but the president's denial again today is importanty , bide as these critics have pointed to, photos showing biden

with hunter and his business partners mr an, emails referrin to meetings and dinners and a leaked voicemail fro mm 2018,ero where joe biden tells hunter he thinks he's clear after reviewine nterg a new york times article that detailed a connection between hunter and a chines artice tycoon. the president is dismissing all that and is reticent , as theon. president has been, to talk about his son. he's certainly keeping himis kea close company. after inviting him to the state dinner with the indiante d primc minister just days after he accepted a plea deal with federal prosecutora pls, spenttt the weekend at camp david with the president. he sean. >> jackie, maybe next time hit him with the picture and we'll actually give hil givem actual n and times of meetings of him. hunter and hunter's foreiggsn business partner. let's see if we can advance that story. great job toda cay. >> thank you. now, of course, this is so mucho bigger than joe bideu.n as outlined in his brand new article. this is a multiyear government plot to protect biden and sully trump. here with more an. he's the editor in chief of just the news.com investigative reporter
11:11 pm
. went solomon. you went into chapter verse in i detailnt. you and i have been on the same page on a lot of these issues. put it all together.e durham the durham report, the 1023 report, the irhes whistleblower, everything we know aboutknow pfizer, 2016 destroyed emails.a it looks lik2016e it just never ends, john. >> yeah, listen, there's not any doubt now there was a whole of government effortort mult, m agencies, the fbi, the justice department, the u.s. attorney's office. attorns ths, the irs anc intelligence community to protectt jo joe biden's viability to be president in 2020. and it manifests itself in so s many ways. and the flip side of it is to sully donald trump. the chancesulls reelection. and let's just take some real irrefutable things that are now sitting out in the open because of the great work of jim jordan and james colmer and chuck grassley jn and ron johnson and people like that who've worked for four years to get this in fron fr year gett of american people. when the fbi got a tip from the associated press that paul manafort had a locker with evidence in it, they were able to get a search warrant d with and raid it within a fet
11:12 pm
days when the irs agents and the fb thei agents learned d hunter biden had his new business records moved to a storage locker. they met the standard for a probable cause to meet a search warrantn met, and thee turned down when the fbi wanted to interview anyone they wanted in russia, collusion, no matter their level of credibility. crtheyt. le but when the irs agents went to try to interview several people, they were told , you can't ask questions about joe biden and no, you can't interview those peopletervie, including joe biden's grandchildren, hunter biden'enee why? they want to ask him, did som you charge some ofr person your personal expenses on hunter biden's credit card in the debt? become a taxd an deductibleduct improper expense for hunter biden's company? and they were toldible it's notn your career interest to to interview joe biden's grandchildren. that's the example that we see day in and day out charges. they charges career people upr and down the ladder, recommendepid a much more sweeping indictment. and the u.s. attorneys came in washington,o in l.a., two political appointees, something that
11:13 pm
merrick garland swore didn't happen. and i'm going to give you one last one. i know everyone's focused it' on the text message, and it is an important piece of evidencepiece of. there's another piece of evidence. and when the president today mad made his comments,e he's essentially calling one of his friends a liar becauseof hia rob walker, a very close bidenmi family friend, told the fb friee a302 report, i've seen the actual language in it. it's alsn e n it it'o mentionede whistleblowers. and in that meeting, he said, joe biden. absolutely joe biden . he met with the chinese business partners and hunter biden in 2017, right around time of that text message. so even joe biden's friends arec callin frieng it out and joe bit can't tell the truth. and with all thahet evidence, still the fbi and the irs can't annng more serious charges tha a couple of misdemeanors. >> all right. you also some other news tonight you wantedmisdemea had house judiciary confirms that a report on the dhs censorship and that they outsourced the mayorkas as dhs outsourced censorship. yeah, starting in the trump administration and continuing into the biden
11:14 pm
administration, tion homeland security department extended its authority to start surveilling americans opinions on social media and then outsourcing this job of actually getting them censored with big tech to third party groups. they did so according to the report, extra constitutional meaning it's unconstitutional to have done what they didg to and then when you and i started reporting on this, if this sounds familiar to people we talkeddid. about this on your showarted last year when they when the congress started askinuestig questions about it. according to this report, a cover up went out and they started removings reportr-up wee public view so that the trailtr of how the censorshiaip work could not be easily found, that according to the weaponization coule, chaired by jim jordan, firms, a lot of the stuff that we talked about on this show over the last year related to government censorship and big tech censorship. all right. john solomon, editor in chief, just news.cochiejustm you for tt report. now, this could well be the biggest corruption scandalt in modern american history. but according to the ladies of the view, it's a little more than a heartfelt story. it's about a father's lovea fa r
11:15 pm
his son who's addicted to crack and . >> take a look. the hunter biden story, scanda the scandal that is that. it's also the story ofth al love. sis the and joe biden has never and will never give up on his son, son hunter. and we'll never treat him lesser tha tren. and so he is a father first., take it or leave it. l that's who he is. >> that is part of his heart now. too bad joe doesn't exhibit the same love fo r his four year old granddaughter, you know, the one that he won't even acknowledge. >> meanwhile granddaug, fake nea cnn has exclusively apparently obtained another recording used as evidence in trump's document case. it'sn kind of weird becausey no there are virtually no leaks from biden's documen frotos investigation if there even really is one. it's almost as if we havt ase a. tiered system of justice, isn't it? well, kind of shockingf sh. , anyway, here with reaction, fox news contributor miranda devine. fo contribuand former senior advisr to president trump, stephen miller.
11:16 pm
stephen, i'll start with you. and the leak of the tape, justen like the leak of every othervery detail to the media. seemingly from the special counsel, but only trump's special counse trumpl. we haven't heard a peep out of the so-called special counsel looking at the bidens. we've seen this for seven longon year, sean, where the federal government, when is persecuting one, is going after one and is trying to frame president trum tp. lea they selectively leak in order to manipulate news storiesk , to try to poison the narrative, to try to create a falsehe. >> and they've been doing this over and over and over and over again because the security state is very skilled at psychology iry skill nuclear wa. they're skilled at the art and artistry that's deployed in foreign countries of how to control the narrativs how e in our country. my message to the american people is, don' to thal for it. we have been watching them. try to play us you r after year after year, going all the way
11:17 pm
back to the russia hoarussiax and course you remember the ukraine hoax. >> remember in the election year? rememberection yhe russi the ruy story where trump was letting russia get away with putting bounties on our troops? >> then it comes out later. troo was a fake story. t thatand course, we rememberres what they did to suppress the hunter biden story. >> and now what they ther bideng and have been doing to shield joe biden from accountability for his influence peddling with his son, hunter. all right. pedd miranda devine. i know i tried to lay out here maybe i don't thinkvernme i'm overstating the case that our government is corrupt, that our dontt thatj corrupt, it's w weaponized, that our fbi at the top, especialleay i'm not talking about rank and file. i think a lot of them, you know, are good people trying to do a good job. and unfortunately, they don't have the leadershido ap that they frankly deserve to restore that agency to what it once was. the premier law enforcemens tht agency in the world. >> your reaction? all of us there, you're spotd on. and i think we've seen the corruption of the doj
11:18 pm
and the top echelonsthe to. k the fbi laid out in stark detail on friday iny of the testimony of t the two irse whistleblowers who were very courageous to have come forwara . and i hope that every american has their bachaecauseke they are in for a world of pain as the expensive lawyers of hunter biden come after them in every single way they can. and as they are being retaliated againstth reret right now by the federal government to which they gave thore than a dozen years each ofei their lives, these are courageous and diligent public servants. and what servant they have doney have broken ranks and been had d integrity like nobody has. went it seems in that investigation that went for five years into hunter biden in delaware, and they have told chapterd chap and verse about how they were obstructedte and slow walked every step of the way. and someone is lying becausecaus
11:19 pm
attorney general merrick garland has said flat out that t us attorney david wise did not ask to be made a special counsel. and david wisee special toldix six witnesses, according to gary shapley, the irs leblower whistleblower, that he asked the doj he could be made heecial counsel so he could override the biden appointedorns us attorneys in d.c. i and the central district district of california, who refused to allow them to bring charges against hunter biden in their jurisdictions. huidenso someone is lying. and i believe that the republicans, the house will be holding those people in un testifybe under oath. >> yeah. all right. let me go back to you, deoa you stephen miller, because thisller is now impacting b the 2024 election and in a lot of diffe differenret ways. i mean, so you got the doj protected hillary in 2016.as abl donald trump was able to win, but clearly they were working agains clearlyt and they were et

11:21 pm
clinton and her pay for play scheme, then by shielding joe biden and hunter biden over their influence peddling b schemethro and now by trying to throw donald trump into prisondonald u the middle of the presidential campaign. how muchch mor thi more of this have to witness before we can all arrive at the obvious conclusionth that the department of justice and the security state are working againstt th our democracy and against the american people? if you the treatment thaten donald trump has gottenls one false allegation after another,er one investigation after another, his life turned upside down and, torn apart. >> and you compare that to what we have seen from these irsthes whistleblowers, as miranda said, these courageous whistleblowers and how doj has bent over backwards to shield joe biden. shieldou compare those two things, you can arrive at no other conclusion but that you are right. tha >>righsean, and that the departt of justice is corrupt. all right. tha we appreciate your time. stephen miller, thank you. miranda devine, thank you. when come back. >> well, piers, fake news.k cnn was able to geappet a copy,s

documents. this is supposed to be the big smoking gun that the media has been telling you all about. we've got it in full. let's play it and we'll have a discussion on the other side. >> these are bad sick people. that was your cue. you know that against you. well, it started, right? it's like when bill is talking about, oh, you're going try to do this. they were trying to do that before you even were sworn in. >> that's right. trying to overthrow your life. well, it was merely. let me see that. i'll show you an example. he said that i wanted to attack iran. isn't it amazing? i have a big pile of papers. this thing just came out. >> this was him. and he presented me. this is off the record, but they presented me this. >> this was him. this was the defense department. and him. we looked at him. this was him. this wasn't done by me. this was all sorts of stuff. it's pages long and a minimum.
11:28 pm
let's see here. >> yeah, i guess there isn't that amazing. just totally ruins my case, you know? except it is, like, highly confidential. this is secret information. look, look at this. you attack and hillary would print that out all the time. >> so, you know, she sent it to anthony for perjury. >> by way, isn't that incredible? yeah, i was just saying, because we were talking about he and he said he wanted to attack iran and what? >> and he said, well, this was by the military and given to me . >> i think we can probably do not know what it was to see. yeah, let's try to do it. once you're out of says president, i kind of did. let's say, no, i can't, you know. but this is a problem.
11:29 pm
>> isn't that interesting? know it's so cool. i said, look we here i have a and you probably almost didn't believe me, but now you believe me. i know. it's incredible. >> all right, now they bring some bring some goats and bring . all right here with reaction, outnumbered co-host kayleigh mcenany and fox news contributor ari fleischer. >> couple observations. >> and ari, i'll start with you first. he well, number one, he's right about hillary rodham clinton, top secret, classified documents on our servers outlined extensively by jim comey in july of 2016. but no reasonable prosecutor prosecute. now, while he did say, you know ,this is stuff that he got from the military, that would be highly confidential and secret and says at another point as president, i could have declassified it. now, i couldn't. but now, you know, it would still be a secret that does confirm for me whether or not specifically this this document was declassified or not was,
11:30 pm
that actually a real the real document or was it a story he was telling? and my understanding is, is that that particular document was never found by the special counsel or by, you know, the raid at mar-a-lago. but i might be mistaken on that. >> i don't think i am. well, sean, maybe that will be donald trump's defense. don't know what his defense will be over this document. but as somebody who used to routinely handle classified information, i do have to say. that is not how you are supposed to handle it. if it is secret, top secret, whatever the classification is, document you may not show it to anybody who doesn't have such a clearance. it may not leave a scif. it can't be in a place like mar-a-lago, which was not a scif. so on this, i am not as i'm not sympathetic. i've always said he shouldn't have been indicted over this. i think there was overreach and it went too far. but i also think that the president went too far in taking classified documents. he should have returned them all when the government said they wanted them back.
11:31 pm
>> i don't i don't disagree. however, you know, there is a lot of legal wrangling and interpreted nation as it relates to two issues. number one, what did he declassify? what didn't he declassify? and it really is problematic to me, kelly, that the government doesn't have any set process for declassification. in other words, to declassify a document, a president must do a, b, c, d, and e that doesn't exist. and we've asked many experts about it. but i go back to my original observations was that the real document? was it a declassified document that he was about? that's still highly secret? you know, i. and why didn't they find that document in the in the raid at mar-a-lago that a question in my mind did he really have it or is he just talking about. >> look, all those questions will be yeah, all those questions will be answered in a court of law. >> i do agree with ari. we have to look at and respect classification.
11:32 pm
it's important for national security. it's important for the people who gather and collect that information and sometimes put their lives on the line doing so. oftentimes, i say. that being said, i agree. this case would not have been brought against any other candidate. i have real questions about joe biden just taking classified information, information when he had no declassification authority but taking them during a time as senator when he had no right to take them, when he viewed them in a scif and somehow they exited with him. and president trump is right to point to many of those double standards. and we have to think how this will be litigated on a national stage in a national election. and president trump, one thing he can do here is he can say routinely on the campaign trail, we're talking about me, but we should be talking about you, the american people. we should be talking about the we should be talking about inflation, the horrors of the joe biden presidency. but we're talking about me because the doj has taken action in, a manner that they haven't taken it against other people similarly situated ,in the past, you know, i would tend to agree with you
11:33 pm
. i mean, if they were documents that the government wanted and felt that they had a right to have that, that that should have all been negotiated, i think, and it should have been done expeditiously. i would tend to agree you and but i don't think the raid was necessary. but the you know, the favorite word of the media and democrats now is well well, this is. whataboutism hillary clinton, top secret, classified emails. >> no prosecutor would prosecute, no raid in chappaqua we have joe biden, the eupen biden center. we have it next to. his beautiful corvette. it is at his home in delaware that we got the beach house and then we got the university of delaware papers, none of which are rated and and with no details of what they discovered there either. so i don't think it's whataboutism as much as it is about equal justice and equal application of our laws. and that's not something the left in this seems to care about. >> no, it's a principled stand, actually, sean, because what it

means is that you to have equal rules for all. and that way we know what can be followed and then how to obey the law. but when you see the law is waived for hillary clinton with a very similar situation as what donald trump was in, in fact, i'd say it was worse because she had electronic records which can be hacked from russia, from china, from iran. >> donald trump say, sorry if i break into place to get them. we they we did hear from our intelligence agencies that they believe, in fact, foreign did have access to her. right. that's my point. that's my point. i think what she did was worse in terms of the ability of our enemies to access those documents. someone she wasn't indicted. i don't see how they make the case against president trump. but let me add one other thing, sean. very quickly for your viewers at home. the president does have absolute authority declassify anything on a whim. he can say as long as he's a sitting president, i declassify it and he runs the executive branch. it's declassify. having said that, though, you need processes in place, if
11:35 pm
the president walked into my office and said the document, you're at that top secret document, i'd declassify it. i still to tell a soul about that document until the word top secret was struck and the signature of a declassification officer was on the piece of paper attesting that it is no longer classified. >> i would have treated probably even though the president said that, that okay, but the but there's still isn't that set process. and to me that's a failure of government and the national archives and record administration i think donald that's a huge problem donald trump did president trump did have the unilateral authority to declassify anything he wanted as president, and that will be one of his defenses so long as the documents he held were declassified while, he was president. you need a process to prove that. and that's where this becomes legally more. >> well, you know what gets interesting, too, is the judge in this case has been pretty outspoken firm that she didn't want any leaks in this case. >> and wanted, you know, a lid
11:36 pm
to be kept on all of this. >> apparently that's been violated by somebody. i don't know. why do i assume that a leak to a liberal outlet likely didn't come from some conservative, but maybe somebody close to that special counsel? i'm just a guess. i don't know. what do you think? >> yeah, you know, so on that is a key point. i sit here and i see these things, these details of a case in a court of law by a special counsel come in and they're aired on cnn. we a transcript of the tape. we get a audio recording of the tape. how does that happen? how is that not violative of the process? and at a time when i saw today an nbc poll in the 30 percentile is the approval rating of the doj, the fbi. we need confidence in our in our government and our institutions. >> and clearly this doesn't instill much when this is getting leaked to the likes of cnn. >> i'm sorry, what about as ism is called equal and equal

application of our laws? and considering didn't read any of the four locations joe biden had top secret classified documents and they certainly let hillary off the hook and our enemies had access to a lot of that information. >> and she deleted another 33,000 subpoenaed emails and she got away with that, too and she got away with a dirty dossier that ended up being used for fisa applications, none of which were true. i'm standing by in my original monologue that said we have a corrupt government, we have a weaponized doj and a weaponized fbi, and the people i think, are seeing it more and more. it is becoming more transparent . day. ari, thank you. kelly, thank you. straight ahead, all right, this wagner group pushing back against vladimir putin. what does this mean for his role as leader of russia or was it a head fake? we'll have a debate. dan hoffman, rebecca koffler, both sides of that debate straight ahead.
