second whistleblower related to irs criminal investigation into hunter biden. that whistleblower wants to remain anonymous. he is referred to as mr. x. mr. x says it was clear that u.s. attorney david weiss was not making it is decision. merrick garland denied preventing weiss from charging hunter biden. both whistleblowers who spent years investigating hunter told congress they made several attempts to bring charges against hunter biden and were blocked. so explosive, not just fox news asking tough questions. >> was the president involved, yes or no? >> steven, i answered the question. it is not up to you how i answer the question. >> was the president there or not? >> i refer you to my colleagues

avoid jail time unlike other americans that are subjected to real law. >> joey: the gun crime, idea this is not big deal because majority of cases are not prosecuted, majority of cases do not involve a man's son dealing with latest gun policy. idea you shouldn't be more stringently judged because you are the president's son, does not sit right with me. only one family gets to put their name on the seal and become president of the united states. if they can't sets the example, who can. if you can't do the minimum, don't lie on a form to purchase a gun, if you can't follow the simplest part of gun law, how can you expect someone else to vote for more gun laws. on top of that, he wasn't at it because his brother died.

action against his former employer, he says he was ridiculed for being white. he taught there from 2018 to 2022. he claims university staff pressured him to give minority students a break when it came to grading and he alleges he was asked to attend anti-racist discussions. he would not say english language is racist and therefore writing teachers are themselves racist white supremacists and he says he was forced to attend meetings over and over again. >> the associate director told me there was a problem with the white race.
