participate in as far as curriculum and books and montgomery county recently has come out with blanket policy saying parents do not have that choice anymore. >> carley: their way or the highway and there are controversial books that touch on sexuality and gender and all subjects that some parents may feel uncomfortable with. bethany, you attended the rally yesterday. what are parents saying? how do you feel about this and how did the rally go? >> so what was really incredible was i was in the minority as far as ethnicity there. it was largely black and brown, a lot of christians. there was a number of muslim families there on a fast day. they had been fasting all day long in washington, d.c. heat in the pouring rain. the skies opened up in the middle of the rally.

there are two cases and i think it is pretty clear the united states supreme court will say it is unconstitutional under 14th amendment and violates civil rights laws. this has been a hot topic for many decades, the supreme court will step up and say mouthing the words diversity does not allow you to discriminate on the basis of race, what has been going on in college admissions. that is a huge decision we will see from the supreme court. >> carley: in the woke world, could you see the decision go beyond colleges and universitieses, where the woke left is trying to infuse equity. >> keep in mind, united states supreme court only handles 70

the d.n.a., the defense attorney has to say something. my understanding, this case is quite strong. his d.n.a. was found on a knife sheath underneath the victim and the defense said he had no connection to the house, begging the question, why is his done on the knife sheath in the bed. they will try to question the manner it was collected. from doing d.n.a. cases, it fails, when the jury sees d.n.a. and the car there beforehand and cell phone records putting him at the scene, this makes this a strong circumstantial case. as far as death penalty, not surprising they are seeking it and did file a note irs showing aggravating factors, if you can show one of them, you can seek
