be prosecuted. somehow some one lowered it so we ended up with two misdemeanors and no jail time for hubdz. but there's other allegations that came out in this interview that really left you dumbfounded. he talked about how they had 12 witnesses they wanted to confront and to try get statements from and they were tipped offered and of the 12 they on the got one to speak to them. he said they had probable cause there was potentially incriminating material. with this info peddling scheme in a storage a unit. they never were allowed to search that storage uni-it is and also accused the fbi or the doj of tipping off the bidens. these are incredibly serious allegations and the question is what are we going to do about it? the democrats have opposed every

effort to vaimt they opposed this information coming out but this is too serious to walk away from and we are going to. >> you know, professor, as i'm looking at the interview, it was very bland in the sense of he just presented the evidence that was a part of the case. he didn't seem like he was trying to showboat or he was partisan. seems like an irs agent. so i guess my question is, should the judge now with this revelation coming out throw out this deal? >> i wouldn't expect that, lawrence. you're asking a lot after federal judge to tell the department of justice i think you should prosecute this guy for more stuff. then you get into very uncomfortable line crossing.

where the burden now rests is with congress. they have every night and every power to pursue these questions. there's oversights questions here. there's potentially criminal issues, even impeachable issues so their power is at their apex and they need to get something more than what they got from garland when garland spoke to the public he was irate that people would suggest that there was this effort to hinder the investigation. but all he gave the public was reciteing the motto of the department of justice. well, we want something more than just reading what's over the front door of your building. these are very specific allegations. and what they involve is the worst expectations of some of us and merrick garland's description of what this investigation would be is now contradicted by these whistleblowers, somebody lying, and we need to find out who.
