the statute from the ground up, which is essentially what he did to wipe out the loans. the judge wrote this, the statute read gives secretary broad authority to remove national emergency effect on ability to repay student loan. that 6-3 split did not see this the same way. this affects billions in student loans. the president and other democrats suggested, i don't think he had authority to do this and supreme court agreed. lori smiths, free speech case says the law would force her to do work that did conflict with her religious beliefs. she said, i'm an artist, i've had lgbtq+ clients, that is not the deal. i don't want to do jobs for --

student loan forgiveness, it wasn't your money to begin with, mr. president. he said in stolen valor fashion tried to use the hero act to create funds that went toward students that would have had people on the hook for them working hard 9-5, two jobs, four jobs so people can enjoy their lofty degrees, it does not have a place in this country or in separation of powers. talk about the cake situation, the left is crowing lgbtq+ rights have been stamped out, there is campaign to underscore or undermine ability. it has nothing to do with that, this is a vast win and victory for free speech and everyone should appreciate the fact the supreme courtesies it that way. creative expression falls under
