attention being focused on hunter biden and the federal investigation tied to him. tomorrow is the deadline set by the republican-controlled house judiciary committee for the u.s. attorney in delaware to answer questions of theirs about how the investigation into hunter biden was handled. the questions come after two whistleblowers came forward to claim that the investigation was not handled properly. the ovulate s attorney out in delaware has denied any wrong doing also rejected these whistleblowers came saying he had the ultimate authority in this case but still a lot of back and forth between the justice department and house republicans about what was going on behind the scenes. and later this month, guys, hunter biden's going to be in court to formally accept that plea agreement which means he won't be spending any time in jail for those tax fraud charges. >> steve: that's right. >> steve, griff, kayleigh, back to you. >> steve: you know, mark, the folks don't understand, griff and kayleigh and i understand, for you to be standing on the north lawn of the white house, you had to go through the northwest gate and they've got all sorts of detectors there.

he takes things step by step. he says, look, the government went out there and censored american's speech on covid-19, on vaccine policies, on mask mandates, on election questions, and the hunter biden laptop. the fbi knew that the hunter biden laptop was real, and yet they told the social media platforms to be on the lookout for russian interference. and then the hunter biden laptop story comes out. they never go back and tell the social media companies, oh, this is a real thing. they allow the social media companies to take down the new york post articles and basically debunk the whole myth that the hunter biden laptop was actually real. i mean, think about that. we know -- the one thing that we do know is that that story would have absolutely tilted the election in favor of then president donald trump. >> kayleigh: no doubt. attorney general i just have 15
