it told you things like ma masks and endless covid shots were good. they told you the virus came from a wet market and few thought -- oh, that was not sound right, you were labeled as a conspiracy theorist online. when an election was at stake, they said you were spreading russian disinformation if you even utter the words, hunter's laptop. they were getting away from all of it until yesterday. the america received the greatest birthday gift they could have asked for. its free speech back. the federal judge called the most massive attack against free speech in the united states history. the judge dary accused the biden administration acting when they colluded with social media companies like facebook and

twitter to censer your voice. these were attacks against conservative, free speech. simple things of parody accounts of hunter biden's daughter and joe biden's granddaughter who he refuses to acknowledge or of course, dr. fauci who were being shutdown by the white house. fauci was e-mailing facebook himself to tell them what the science really was and what to sensor. now, that's being put to a stop. it is not just the white house, it is the cdc, fauci's nih, homeland security, the fbi and more. this government has been working not for you but against you. despite all of the evidence, the white house says they did everything by the book. >> so, i have a response of the judge basically saying this is the most massive attack on free

misinformation. not just engagement. there is about 12 people who were producing 65% of antivaccine misinformation on social media platforms. all of them remained active on facebook despite some bans on platforms. facebook needs to move quickly to remove harmful violated posts. >> they just did what the white house asked them to do. it is almost like they are hooked on censorships today. if you tune to cnn today, you probably watch them slowly implode. >> this is an ideology that clearly comes through this. the rule is the office of judicial, this is one of the most aggressive far-reaching rule. with where is the line? this is a judge managing the day-to-day

and what was worse was the social media didn't just played along, they concluded. >> it is like the media likes being told what to do. believe it or not, they want more of it. they say the government actually has not censored enough. >> it is not as though the fbi has been going in and saying hey, take down this post. that's what they're alleging. there is not a lot of evidence to support that. basically, we had a situation where politicians are making any contact between social media companies and the fbi or law enforcement seeing problematic in some way. if you look at the reality, they're not good monitoring social media. >> there are plenty of evidence and that's what they did.

laws to support them. we are not going to stop fighting for texts. >> yeah, you mention the 155 page injunction that was released by numerous examples and behind the scenes e-mails from the white house to social media giants. what i thought was so interesting is that this was not just about a press department at the white house trying to spin some kind of narratives. this was happening throughout the federal government. can you talk about how you found this happening in an expansive way throughout the federal government. >> yes, that's right. like i said, we only begun to scratch the surface, we have an e-mail chain between 2021 from rob flaherty with big tech corporations where he's targeting any kind of skepticism about masks, vaccines in

response to covid. he specifically targeted a tucker carlson video and demanding them to be taken down and social media kind of pushing it back. hold on a minute, this goes on beyond our terms of user's agreement. what the white house says we don't care and we want it down. he emphasizes the top level of the white house. it is grown. look, covid was a trojan horse that got the enemy behind the walls but there is censorship enterprise expanded so quickly. the court is identified that the likely nurse center, in the department of homeland security, just a funnel all the censorship through one simple bureaucratic agency. we know it is expanded. certainly, we saw an unrepenitent attitude and it is certainly demonstrated in their notice of appeal. >> let's talk about the big picture here. many are saying this is as

conservative complaint that does not have any merit. you pointed out this is about the first amendment. that's exactly what it is about. the federal government is essentially going around the constitution and violating american rights by using big tech to sensor information that they are not supposed to sensor. that was proven by this very long injunction that we receive. can you talk about why it is so important that this judge ruled in the way that he did. and you guys are suing to reinstate people's first amendment rights on the internet. >> first amendment is about proserving an unhibted people's ideas. this country always rejected censorship. that's what this fight is all about. that's what the freedom of speech is all about. i think it is not only illegal but counterproductive. any time the government starts censoring speech, people become what is and is not true and questioning the legitimacy of the government.

show up and some who lives in the safe village will approach them. >> they say the new tent village will prohibit residentses from bringing in weapons, alcohol and drugs. that's the real problem here. the root of the homeless crisis is not a house issue, it is a drug and mental health issue. you can't fix it by throwing someone into a tent and you can't solve homeless problem by throwing money at it either. that's what california is doing. after pledging for more than $200 million to fix the homeless crisis, gavin newsom is asking for another $600 million. i am sure it will be money well spent. >> well, human trafficking is something that we all hear a lot about when it comes to the border. it is something we don't know

about as much as we should. because that's a massive business operating in the shadows. those estimates of global human trafficking industry could be as high as $150 billion. oftentimes people are trafficked in plain sights, more than one and four trafficking victims are kids. it is happening all over america in towns big or small. a new movie that came out yesterday aims to shed a light on that and it is selling out in theaters. it is called "sound of freedom," based on former dhs special agent who specializes in rescuing child sex victims and left his organization to find his own organization that helps to locate missing kids.

>> next up a new video opening up a debate about tipping. a woman tipped her pizza delivery man 25%, a $5 tip for a $20 pie. the door dash driver was very unhappy. >> thank you. >> i just want to say it's a nice house for a $5 tip. >> you are welcome. >> that driver was later fired by door dash. >> it is not great. you cannot as a door dash delivery person be verbally assaulting or saying mean thanks to the person you are delivering food for and expect to keep your job. also, 25% tip is pretty good. i have never had a $20 door dash ever in my life because i live in new york and everything is far more expensive. but i always tip 25% or above. he didn't have to take the order if you didn't want to.
