recently on social media. one of them is that cocaine found in the white house was belonging to either the president or his son. are you willing to say that is not the case, it don't belong to them. >> i don't have a response to that because we have to be careful about the hatch act. >> the hatch act, and they still don't know what that is. the level of security and surveillance prevalent in the white house begs the question. why have they not located a suspect. is biden stonewalling on our investigation. the bidens never seem to get to the bottom of anything. and growing number of serious corruption allegations and maybe it is because they don't want to get to the bottom of it. despite a sweetheart pleated deal from department of justice, the congressional crowds and to hunter biden, and his family shady dealings are ramping up.

evidence of joe's knowledge of this deal is stacking up despite his repeated denial of facts. here's a quick reminder. >> how many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings. >> have never spoken to my son. i've never discussed with my son or my brother or anybody else and then having to do with business. period and what i will do is same thing that did in our administration, absolute wall between person and private. and the government. >> stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your sons overseas business. >> did not know he was on the board of that company. it never discussed my business or my sons or daughter. never discuss single thing with my sons having to do with ukraine.

refused to acknowledge, and did not even count for it. that is cruel with a level that we have not seen in a modern era to refuse to acknowledge that you have a granddaughter. you have six grandchildren and set of seven. can you imagine if one of the trump sons had been illegally profiting from foreign relationships making tens of millions of dollars, not paying tax on it, had been a drug addict, you had been cocaine found in the white house, and the white house, i saw this analogy, kelly and, is running around, like mcdonald's recognizing that they have hamburger stolen and it cannot beat the hamburger burglar, i think the cocaine probably belongs to the crackhead son of the president because it would require such a unbelievable level of entitlement, as you all now, to take cocaine into the white house you have got to be the kind of person who can drive

reporter, what you want here next about the origin of that cocaine? >> would be great to get a straight answer from them, and will not even say where it was found. and as you pointed out, absolutely not anything goes on in that building that they don't know about. they know exactly where that came from, if there is going to be carrying on with this effort to try to conceal that. i think that it just underscores not only that the biden administration has depressed behind them. but apparently, you guys, and you have seen this in our areas, they are not below this or above desk, the ability to utilize the federal government in order to protect protect and enrich themselves. i believe that part of the administration would rather be talking about hunter biden -- or whoever it is, that this sort of cocaine rather than talking about the biden inflation it,

versus what donald trump did for our black community and giving black colleges permanent federal funding which was unprecedented, and the lowest, absolute lowest unemployment rates. you're looking at that and these candidates versus donald trump, assuming he is our nominee, i firmly believe he will be on the republican side. it is also very difficult to get a third party candidate on the ballot. if they tried to run a no label, and no third party candidate, it will be very difficult and is going to require hundreds and thousands of signatures to get somebody on the ballot. they are frustrated with joe biden, especially based on the video that you showed at the beginning of your segment. >> kellyanne: the new poll shows that the third party candidates do tend to hurt joe biden. you and i are pollsters, and you

have studied this day in and day out. they refused to pledge the legends, both political parties, but in practical terms who really has the advantage right now as good as the independents. >> people do not like labels, but they really do identify it one way the other. it is all about one or 2% people who are truly independent, and what we are seeing is that most people are leaning more republican, but some issues. issues that are most important revolve around the economy where republicans do much better with independents, and also on immigration, crime, corruption, all of those issues favorite republicans. that is where a lot of independents are putting on the line. the one issue or does not favor republicans is abortion and acuras down on the priority l list. >> kellyanne: as our resident foreign policy expert here, and former spokesperson at the

state department there's no question that people are concerned about international issues, and national security, and disgrace and honor that joe biden and kamala harris have brought to our nation and around the globe. how's that going to play with independents and nd 2024 election? >> we can just look at the news cycle in the past few months. at first it started with the authorities uncovering these chinese run police stations, secret police stations in the united states. and then we famously saw the chinese balloon that traversed the united states, and he collected everything they needed before being shot down. now we have news and the administration has not been able to get their story right, but we have news of a cuban spy base in cuba that is funded and paid for by the chinese. we are talking about close to american shores and having a spy facility that is funded and paid for by the chinese communist party.

i think that americans, while they may not pay attention to foreign policy like i do, i think they understand when every day see a weakness on the world stage. you and i know that we have handed the abraham awards which are peace deals. the first piece deals and 26 years and we had a dose to be biden administration. what happened and within three months hamas was attacking israel under seven months of biden's administration. taliban took over kabul, and worst war in european soil when russia invaded ukraine. every theater of this planet and down to his secretary of state and his national security leadership. >> kellyanne: it is very important it remember all of that. with our remaining time i'm going to point out that in 2020 for many americans are saying that they might look for a third party, or might not.

the front runners are ignoring the traditional campaigning. i'm going to give each of you very smart women a moment to give advice to either biden or trump. pam, we will start with you. >> donald trump is doing exactly what he should do. we saw him on the cnn town hall and his polls went up even higher if that is possible after that. i think that joe biden needs to give interviews, and he's not going to do it for all of the reasons like you showed us. and if not, if i was a democrat i would want him to walk away and left in our democrats run for president because he cannot do it. >> kellyanne: any advice for anyone else on the field? >> on the republican side the issue has to be made about the economy making our lives better. the republicans continue to make the case on how bad it is an americans no doubt. seven in ten americans say that

approve of the decision to end affirmative action. here now with reaction as the author of the new book, "trial of the century." two brilliant legal minds. thank you for joining us. professor, let's start with you. you see the reaction to the affirmative action case, student loan case, to free expression case, and now you have supreme court justices attacking the court and each other. chief justice john roberts said that we are accustomed to disagreement, but not disparagement, and what say you? >> he is absolutely right. and all three of these physicians are close cases and i am a liberal, have been a liberal for 60 years. and i happen to agree with all of these supreme court cases. i've been arguing against using race and affirmative action since 1974. i have always approved of free

expression and first amendment over all of the laws. many civil libertarians, people who are left and right support these decisions in the web case, it is a close case, and many libertarians also support the decision that says that in a democracy important decisions about spending countless money should be made by the legislature, not by the executives. these are all close cases that many liberals agree with, and many democrats, and it is extreme ads, both on the court and off the court who are screaming and yelling that this ends a democracy in america. they are weight overstating the issue. we should continue to put support, and a sport respectful way when we disagree with the decision, but not to do delegitimize one of the most important institutions and

american history, united state supreme court. >> kellyanne: talks about how even liberals and democrats agree with the outcomes and particularly in affirmative action case, sounds that many african americans do too. big polling and "the washington post" today or yesterday going through all of the data. in addition to the plurality of black americans saying that they agree with supreme court ending race as an affirmative criteria and college admissions comedy "washington post" and the institute showing pretty much the same thing. i really struck by different polls showing that pew showed that 20% of african americans say that they benefit from these type of programs, and 35% say that actually put them in a disadvantage. and where is the argument? >> you would think that elected representatives, kellyanne will pay attention to that. the sentiments of the american public, but on the left they simply ignore it.

the progressive movement that embraces every far left and orthodox is now dominating the biden agenda, bureaucrats and government, many democrats who have a choke hold on the party have embraced it and irrationally. they do not care that americans at this are great. the welk warriors are ignoring that polling data that you mention that shows their beliefs are not shared. and they are so determined to force their liberal dogma down our throats that any malevolent end justifies the means even if it requires violating cherished constitutional rights as the professor pointed out, or contorting statutory laws. then they act terribly shocked when he supreme court reverses their lawless actions. at that point, they launch into these vicious denunciations, demonize republicans and conservatives, and the high

court justices themselves. if you do not conform then you will be attacked and canceled and punished. you know, in a constitutional republic that is founded on democratic principles, the exclusive remedy is always at the ballot box. it will change only if enough americans get fed up and vote to toss the scoundrels out. >> kellyanne: it is a good lesson with the code equal and separation of power and branches of government. you are a harvard guy, and what is in the effect of their loss of this case along with unc loss and on the court with their future? >> it will improve every aspect of harvard university. the goal has to be as martin luther king said many years ago, when he said he had a dream. i was there when he said that someday his children will be judged not by the color of their skin, but the content of the character, and that is where we

want to be moving at harvard, at the university of north carolina, we want to make sure that people should not -- race should never be on its own a factor. you can have poverty, can have overcoming disability, or data. the color of a person's skin the accident of race should never be a factor. that is the liberal perspective. that is the constitutional perspective, the perspective that justice douglas, that i have been urging for almost 50 years. and the lie that is being told is that this overrules 50 years of roe v. wade. this is not over turn ever everything. they always said that this has to end, decides to come to end, this is just a temporary fix, and we need a color-blind society, society where people

has. what she is doing right now is an insult to this country. she does not speak for anyone, but herself. speak to charlie and back to young people, i find that many of them are afraid to speak up and that they love the country, they want to stand for the national anthem, they want to show their patriotism, and what about you think about the misperceptions among them, and one of these things that the candidates can do to reach out to them to correct the record? >> i think it is obvious. most recently during pride month a lot of kids were expected to wear pride colors to school, and a lot of them wore red, white, and blue because they want to show their patriotism. kids need to use their platform to encourage their peers to show that it is okay to love your country, it is okay to want to stand 20 flag and to sing the national anthem, and that when they see people like this, you have the spotlight like jill scott and natosha cloud, and the wnba to stand up against them

because the more that you tried to file that might fall in line with them because that is what you think your peers want to see and what adults find more acceptable. i tell kids to stand up for yourselves and for all of the parents out there, just further reinforcing that it is important to have respect for your country, freddy fly, and for your elders. >> kellyanne: leo, quickly with the 30 seconds you see it that the democrats and several senators among white college educated folks, artie losing ground against african americans, particularly hispanic americans. >> because of trump. i left the democratic party two years ago. i'm happy to be a republican. black america, and brown america are leaving the democratic party because it does not provide a future for them. the republican party provides that. thank you so much. and thank you for joining us. more ahead on the special edition of "hannity." coming up next. ♪ ♪
