with their presence in syria and we got them back into the middle east and he's doing the same thing with china. always the united states with concessions and then john kerry is the wizard who cements the deal to our disadvantage and to the benefit of our adversaries, and i think he is the most naive secretary of state's that we ever had and now is contending that role with the climate. >> laura: you get the sense that when john kerry talks about that we have got to get used to this transition and is going to be capital deployed and the new era of green policies, you get a sense that a lot of these people are just setting up the next set up. you get the sense that this is going to be a quick off-ramp to the next job for a lot of these individuals. china has the power then when i make the connection of china. cynical for me to say, but it certainly looks like it. >> there ideology is more transactional, and it is not

republican senate and california. what is going on and it seems like in our race is moved by the democrats. >> it is completely racist and it is wrong and unconstitutional. when they are doing is that they keep using these words and terminology like system impacted people, or mass incarceration which ignores the reality. i'm a former prosecutor and i never looked at somebody's race when filing the case, i look at the facts of the case. and you are judged based on your individual conduct, not as a group, or as a larger entity. >> laura: the assembly man who actually introduced this gem of a bell is also on the california reparations task force. this is what he said a few weeks ago. >> really bringing back the facts of segregation. they have an opportunity to reverse it and do it in the right way. make sure that we can get as much done after recommendation
