4:01 pm
plus his mattress is gone. >> fourth of july weekend someone woke up and realized i lost my coke. where is the coke? the guys showing up to the white house in hazmats might have an answer for you. >> we have a yellow bar stating cocaine hydrochloride found in the library. >> jesse: on day one we were told the white house cocaine was in the library. sounded like a game of clue. but then that story changed three more times. this was found in a cubby off of the lobby area of that pathway in. now the investigation has progress sod they are saying the west executive entrance, which as you noted, is closer to the situation room. >> the situation room is not in use and has not been in use for months because it is currently under construction. >> the only people going in and coming out of the sit room in this period have been workers who are getting it ready to go. >> jesse: first it was the library. then it was in the little cubby locker in the west wing. and then it was by the situation room.
4:02 pm
then it was well the situation room is under construction so it was probably some white construction worker. the story keeps changing. the blame keeps shifting. so, where was the coke? this should be the easiest part of the investigation. but nobody knows. maybe that's the point though. >> investigation into the cocaine at the white house, the secret service indicated they are closer. >> i don't have any updates as you know. as you just mentioned secret service it's under their purview they are certainly investigating the situation. i don't have anything to update. i would refer you to the secret service on that particular question. >> jesse: if we're never going to find out where the coke was. how are we supposed to find out who brought it? biden can lock in on al-qaeda's number two in a jeep in syria and throw a missile through his windshield. but we have no idea where the cocaine came from in the most secure building in the world? so there's only three types of people we are looking at. the coke either came from somebody the secret service protects like a family member, a
4:03 pm
white house staffer, or a construction worker. and the white house is trying to blame a construction worker. first of all, why would a construction worker bring coke to the white house in the first place? you do the coke after work. why we leave it there? and how did he get it in when did you go to the white house, as a construction worker, you go through metal detectors, you empty everything out of your pockets. they make you empty everything. and then you get wanded down. and then they have dogs sniffing all over. and the same thing goes for white house staff. you are telling me a white house staff member brought white powder into the white house? white powder? nobody is that dumb. hey, let's bring some white powder near the president. no. and, again, you do coke after work. or you leave it at home or you leave it in your car. no white house staffer is doing congress at work. that leaves with us the people who don't have to go through secret service checkpoints.
4:04 pm
"primetime's" person of interest, you got joe biden, kamala harris, a family member like hunter, ashley biden, or dougie not so fresh. these are the people who don't have to go through security screenings to get into the white house. no pat downs, no metal detect torres. they get driven in through the side entrance. so who is it? nbc seems to be fingering kamala harris. >> it is also next to west executive drive. that's where, for example, the vice president's vehicle is parked. >> jesse: hmmm. are they making kamala the fall guy -- fall person for this? they're going to blame the woman of color? this is like biden's crime bill from the 1990s all over again. could have been dougie not so fresh. same special entrance as kamala does that then make jill biden the person of interest, dr. feel good? nah, couldn't be.
4:05 pm
maybe we are overthinking it. common sense tells us the person who left the coke might be the person with the coke problem and at least two biden family members have had coke problems. just look at ashley biden on the fourth of july. this is joe biden's daughter. she was the one with the diary. well, she has had a history of cocaine addiction. she spent time in rehab, halfway house. and here she is that weekend. very physically affectionate. extremely gregarious, animated. probably just excited for the fireworks. she is a patriot. now, the secret service source suggests to "primetime" that ashley biden or a friend of ashley's could have something to do with the coke. and right next to her is her older brother hunter who looked pretty happy up there on the white house balcony, really happy. he was a little sweaty but, you know, it was hot. that doesn't mean anything. and if you look closely, jill biden didn't look very happy with hunter, i mean, nobody is
4:06 pm
happy with hunter at this point. now, remember, hunter is supposed to keep his nose clean for this plea deal. if this is his coke, the plea deal is off. we just hope hunter stays sober and stays away from the parmesan cheese. >> i spent more time on my hands and knees picking through rugs smoking anything that even remotely resembled crack cocaine. probably smoked more parmesan cheese than anyone. [laughter] anyone that you know. >> jesse: hunter would make the most sense here and doesn't the secret service have hunter's fingerprints? because they fingerprinted in d.n.a. test of the bag. i mean, don't they have his fingerprints from his cocaine arrests in stone harbor new jersey after high school graduation? you know the one joe biden had expunged? and hunter was in finance, right? because when you are in finance, they make you give fingerprints to work in the business. and we know somebody has

hunter's nay from the paternity test he was forced to take. remember, this is joe biden's house. it's the people's house, but joe biden is living in it. and if coke was found at my house, your house, we would take the charge. but biden thinks the whole thing is funny. >> shouting questions] >> jesse: but biden wasn't always all smiles about crack cocaine. >> if you have a piece of crack cocaine, no bigger than this quarter that i'm holding in my hand, if you are caught with that, you go to jail for five years. you get no probation, you get nothing other than five years in jail. the judge doesn't have a choice. >> jesse: the secret service was supposed to brief congress on
4:08 pm
their investigation tomorrow. but now they are pushing it back to thursday. why? well, the director of the secret service, kimberly cheadle, she is the one responsible for the cocaine investigation. there she is right there. now, "primetime's" secret service sources say she is not a serious director. she is a, quote, big zero. if there is a cover-up, she is it in on it. remember, the secret service falls under the treasury yellens boss. yellen, the one who hid the 150 suspicious biden wire transfers for two years. is cheadle going to hide the truth about the coke? because this wouldn't be the first time the secret service covered up for the bidens. they covered up hunter's illegal gun. even raided the gun shop to get hunter's illegal form. so, how are we supposed to trust this secret service into getting us answers? "primetime" we are not waiting around. we want to seat tapes. so, today we filed a freedom of

information act request for the secret service for the surveillance footage. we want to see the footage of the library, the cubby locker and outside the situation room. we want to know who was there and when they were there. and "primetime" is also asking for the white house visitor logs. if someone is doing cocaine in the white house, america deserves to see it. and we're not going to rest until we have answers. let's turn it over to kayleigh mcenany, former white house press secretary and co-host of "outnumbered." you understand the layout, situation room, the cubby, library. what does this all tell you? >> so, there have been three changes, jesse. you are exactly right to hone in on why is this story changing? it is very peculiar to me because as a white house press secretary i would have marched into the basement level secret service office and said give me the answer. i'm not walking to the podium without an answer but karine jean-pierre has had zero answers. so you have the residence that
