white house staffer, or a construction worker. and the white house is trying to blame a construction worker. first of all, why would a construction worker bring coke to the white house in the first place? you do the coke after work. why we leave it there? and how did he get it in when did you go to the white house, as a construction worker, you go through metal detectors, you empty everything out of your pockets. they make you empty everything. and then you get wanded down. and then they have dogs sniffing all over. and the same thing goes for white house staff. you are telling me a white house staff member brought white powder into the white house? white powder? nobody is that dumb. hey, let's bring some white powder near the president. no. and, again, you do coke after work. or you leave it at home or you leave it in your car. no white house staffer is doing congress at work. that leaves with us the people who don't have to go through secret service checkpoints.

is inclusive. so abigail took matters into her own hands. abigail and her friends posted signs in the locker room saying women's rights and biological women only. so she went to her swim coach, who allegedly kicked her off the team and said she was promoting, quote, hate speech. fox news reached out to the springfield y. they deny it took place. let's talk to that brave 16-year-old girl abigail wheeler and get her side of the story. so, abigail, you saw a naked guy changing right in front 6 you at the y. in the locker room? >> yes, i did. >> was he saying he was a woman. >> yes, he was claiming to be a woman and changing in the woman's locker room at the ymca facility. >> jesse: was he ashamed at all that he was doing this in front of you?

after all, they are hurting too from high taxes, inflation, covid. a couple windmills will not even lower the electric costs. murphy says it's more important to give money to this danish company. but why? it just so happens that nearly 20% of the company is owned by goldman sachs. so why should we care that if it's owned by goldman? governor murphy used to be a bigwig at goldman. it looks like he is trying to funnel taxpayer funds to his old banking pals while whales are dying and the fishermen get hosed. which by the way the biden administration is blaming the fishermen, not the wind projects, for the dead whales. they are restricting fishing access and saying the fishing boats and all the boats can't go so fast on the water. deep-sea fishing captain dylan hubbard joins me now. what kind of restrictions is biden throwing at you guys?

>> so, this current petition is proposing a 10 nautical mile per our speed limit over a wide swath of our eastern gulf of mexico, an area in which 50 million angler trips are occurring and a lot of people access the fishery, our economy, the hole southeast region is driven by recreational boating. it's a $214 billion industry and this has a huge impact proposed and basically closing an area from 100 to 400 meters deport 1300 feet per it would essentially not allowed transit at night there it would require visual observers and it would require a lot of arduous regulations for really no purpose whatsoever. the petition is just absolutely asinine that it's even being considered. it is crazy that it has gotten this far, jesse. >> captain, instead of a two our fishing trip, with these biden regulations it will become a

seven our fishing trip? >> yeah, it would definitely slow down transit and make fishing further even more difficult. on top of that it would affect safety at sea. when you are out there fishing and a storm comes up you want to get out of the way. our small recreational vessels would not affect these whales. the only vessel strike by a recreational vote in the history of time happened in northeast florida to a baby whale and it sunk a 54-foot vessel. we don't need regulations to tell us to avoid hitting a whale. it is silly. we will avoid hitting a whale anyway because we don't want to cause injuries to our vessel or passengers. so don't shut down an industry and shutdown access to our vibrant fisheries for this absolutely ridiculous rule win in fact we don't even know if the whales can recover. the population size is only at 51 individuals and know what itself says it has to be 100 individuals for the population to recover.
