with the british sense of humor. loves sports, animals and kids and looks like matthew mcconaughey. you know what she will get for $5000? danny devito. tunic you have to pay more than $5000 for abridges sense of humor. this doesn't come cheap. >> so i have heard. great to see you. >> that is it tonight. i will be back tomorrow unless there is a huge protest to stop me. i will handed over to the great sean hannity. it is baseball. it is not cricket. baseball, not cricket. >> and we agree you would never wear a crop top? >> all right, touché. i will give it to my mate from across the pond. great to see you. welcome to hannity. once again your president joe has thoroughly embarrassed the entire country on the world stage on his latest european adventure. earlier today he had to be led around and told where to stand by fellow world leaders numerous times while repeatedly
6:01 pm
looking lost and dazed and confused during the ongoing nato summit that has taken place in lithuania. unfortunately the start of his trip was not much better either. yesterday he appeared to awkwardly use king charles for balance, hanging onto him and walk with a noticeable stiffness we will call it. later he seemed to forget where he was, distracted in conversation with a british soldier before having to be led away by king charles. move this way, mr. president. whatever. i can't do it. since becoming president joe's time in office has been nothing but one embarrassment after another. the economy is in shambles. world affairs could not be any worse than there. now joe also skipped out on tonight's dinner with other nato leaders sending secretary of state tony blinken in his place. that should give you all the confidence. according to officials he has a big speech tomorrow and a four day.
6:02 pm
week which is frankly too much for your week, frail, cognitive mess of a president to handle. but in joe's defense he is coming off a very long and stressful weekend. there is a lot of stress pulling that beach chair along the beaches of delaware. and of course fighting with his beach chair at different moments. he had a very hard time moving that beach chair and getting it in the right position bending over and everything. it was hard. seizing the opportunity to capitalize on bite and's weakness virginia governor glenn youngkin is now launching an effort. we have talked about it at length on this program. urging republicans and conservatives in the commonwealth of virginia in this case and every state he thinks needs to follow suit. republicans must embrace early voting, mail-in voting and match the efforts of democrats in states where they have legal ballot harvesting. that is an imperative
6:03 pm
otherwise republicans will start out election day down hundreds of thousands of votes. that is not sustainable for winning. while joe is embarrassing us abroad, they still have no answers on the white house cocaine mystery. it is now day nine. earlier today press secretary karine jean-pierre was pressed on the issue and as per usual she had no answers. take a look. >> the investigation into the cocaine at the white house. >> i don't have any updates as you know. secret service is under their purview and investigating the situation. i just don't have anything updated. i would defer you to the secret service on that particular question. >> day nine in the search for the bite and white house cocaine culprit. we need answers now. it is now getting suspicious that we don't have them. the secret service is set to brief congress on the scandal supposedly this week. what is taking so long? not many people have
6:04 pm
free access around the white house. i have been there. i know. some law enforcement officials are now suggesting the person responsible may never be found. that is a stretch beyond any comprehension i would have. how would that be possible? how could a highly illegal drug that could have been tainted with fentanyl make its way all the way into the biden white house with zero suspects? having been to the white house multiple times i can assure you that you don't walk around as you feel free to walk around. there are secret service agents surrounding the building, inside every hall of the building. never mind the ones hiding on the roof and the ones in the basement. we are supposed to believe that nobody knows anything? they can't figure out who was in what room at what time? they can't piece it together? does the administration may be know something they are not telling us? are they putting the secret service in a position that is compromised? they certainly have struggled to keep their stories straight.
6:05 pm
remember the first said they couldn't tell us where exactly they found it. then karine jean-pierre angrily was lecturing reporters that the bidens were not in the white house on that friday before the weekend win they found it. calling to question highly irresponsible. you might remember. >> let me say once and for all whether or not the cocaine belong belonged to the biden family. a couple of things there. we have answered this question, litigated this question for the last two days exhaustively. you know, there has been some irresponsible reporting about the family. and so i have got to call that out here. i have been very clear. i was clear two days ago when talking about this over and over again as i was being asked the question. as you know and the media outlets reported this, the biden family was not here. they were not here.
6:06 pm
they were at camp david. they were not here friday. they were not here saturday. they were not here sunday. they were not here on monday. they came back tuesday. to ask that question is incredibly irresponsible i will just leave it there. >> turns out karine jean-pierre was responsible because what you heard was alive. according to the pool report the bidens in fact were at the white house on friday. they did not depart for camp david until 6:34 exactly that friday evening. has the administration taken it seriously? certainly know if it was the trump's this would be all you would hear about on every network and every newspaper day in, day out until they finally got an answer. according to the national security adviser jake sullivan the white house has a rigorous drug testing policy. really? how rigorous? take a look. >> we have rigorous drug testing policies at the white house. we have rigorous drug
6:07 pm
use policies at the white house. we take those extremely seriously. we will let the investigation unfold. if it involves someone from the white house, the appropriate consequences will ensue. >> apparently not that seriously assuming that is even true. that every member of the white house staff need to be drug tested. what if the cocaine was, as i said, laced with fentanyl which is pouring into our southern border in record amounts under bidens open border policies. not enforcing the laws of the land. picking and chooses which laws he chooses to enforce. you cannot have a potentially lethal drug around the president of this country. make no mistake, we need answers. we need to know who brought it in there. we need to know who is responsible. i'm thinking hunter might be a possible suspect is a reasonable thought. this should alarm every single american in the white house needs to start taking it seriously. here is senator marco
6:08 pm
rubio with us. nine days in. i am sorry, that to me is in and it itself suspicious. >> it gives new meaning to the name white house. i say that. at any given time if you asked the security people at the white house who was in the white house at 12:35:00 p.m. i'm using that time on friday afternoon. they can tell you every single person that goes in there is logged in and logged out. they know where the president and the family is at all times. the idea that someone would walk into the white house with cocaine powder, drop it off somewhere and not know or narrow it down to the 25 people on the planet who were in that area or had access to the area during that fine period of time is ridiculous and absurd and not true. that's the first problem. imagine right now if you are a communist party of china leader sitting in beijing. you read and watch the press and see all these things. here's what you have seen over the weekend.
6:09 pm
cocaine found at the white house. then the president had this fight with a beach chair and he looked like he could barely move. then he goes to london and embarrasses himself. then the report tonight. you add to that all the other things that have happened. some of your viewers will like what i have to say. on the human side you feel bad for the guy. it's not his fault that he's 80. but you also have to acknowledge that our friends and allies around the world see all of this and they have shaken confidence about the person in charge. bieniemy see it like china. they will be emboldens by it. this is very serious but it is part of a much broader collection of things. the last point i would make his imagine if this was four or five years ago and the reports art work cocaine was found in the trump white house. that is all we would hear about. that is all i would be asked about in the hallways of the capitol on a regular basis. here we have moved on. cocaine in the white
6:10 pm
house. >> let me ask you about the president at the nato summit. i know there is a lot of talk in europe about ukraine and nato, et cetera. i want to ask about china in particular. i look at their record. no consequences for covid. the spy balloon, confronting the navy in international waters. confronting jets in international airways. no consequences for military threats in the continental u.s. with hypersonic missiles. never ending threats against taiwan. meanwhile no consequences for intellectual property that, currency manipulation, attempts to replace the world dollar as u.s. currency. no consequences from fair trade practices. now we have a new axis of evil. china, russia, iran. we have chinese nationals buying up thousands and thousands of acres of u.s. farmland, ranchland and land near military installations. i would imagine i couldn't go to china and
6:11 pm
by their farm land or land near military installations. can you tell me why that this is the biden foreign policy to let china run roughshod over us and create really dangerous alliances? >> the biden foreign policy, to be fair there are people in the republican party that believe in this. it is constructed on the basis of belief that somehow china and the united states will. this all out. nobody wants a war. what we can't forget and can't ignore is the fundamental fact that china intends to be the world policy most powerful country. that's the trajectory they are on, they believe. they are confident of that. that is what they are moving towards. they would like to avoid conflict or controversy in the short term because that might impede the rise. they are confident in the rise. america is a hollowed out decadent and collapsing power. all they need to do is continue to grow and allow us to self-destruct. there is just way too
6:12 pm
many people still in american government who are products of 20 and 30 years of policy failure. the same policy failure that is on million of american jobs in factories. completely leave this country and go to china. we have single-handedly built or helped the chinese build their middle class at the hours. their working class at the expense of hours. >> i know you are in the foreign affairs committee and are involved in foreign affairs. there has been a lot of articles about ufos. i know this question is a little out there. any truth to any of this? >> we don't know. all i have said is we have people with very high clearances today and in the past that did important work for the government or continue to do important work for the government who have come forward with claims about the u.s. having in the past recovered exotic materials and reversed engineered those materials to make advances in our own defenses and technologies. that's the claim they make. i don't know if those
6:13 pm
claims are true or not. one or two things are happening here. either they are telling the truth and that is something that would be the biggest story in human history. or we have people in important positions of government who are crazy and who are out there making up stories and who are still in positions of importance. either is a big problem. we have to figure out which one of the two it is. the second one in particular would be troubling. all we know is claims people have made and are credible people that do important work for the country. bylaw we are required when they come forward as whistleblowers to take claims seriously and to investigate. we just don't know. that's the answer. >> marco rubio, thanks. our two tiered justice system is alive and well under biden's doj. republicans are fighting back. texas senator ted cruz is calling for a special counsel to investigate the attorney general merrick garland for what he says is obstruction of justice and perjury. senator cruz joins us
6:14 pm
now with more. we have the house investigation into weather the doj has been weaponize to. i don't believe we have equal justice or equal application of our laws at this point in history. tell us what has alarm do and why would you ever think that merrick garland would appoint a special counsel to investigate himself? >> you are absolutely right that there is a two tiered system of justice. this department of justice, this fbi is the most politicized department of justice and fbi we have ever seen. you mention the house. the house is doing a terrific job. i had lunch with james comer. he and jim jordan together are doing a fantastic job of holding the biden administration to account. the house is the only body of congress doing its job because senate democrats don't want to know the truth. they are not interested. here is where we are on the facts. we now have two credible whistleblowers, both irs
6:15 pm
career employees, who have come forward at enormous risk to their own careers and own livelihoods. they have reported on corruption within the department of justice specifically that merrick garland and his political appointees repeatedly interfered in the investigation of hunter biden and especially what they did is they protected the white house. they protected the big guy. they said no questions about the big guy. you are not allowed to investigate the big guy. not only that they allege that the department of justice tipped off hunter biden's lawyers before they executed a search warrant and before they tried to question hunter biden repeatedly. they allege the senior officials at the department of justice instructed this investigation. now we don't know if these whistleblowers are telling the truth. but if they are, if they are telling the truth, their testimony is flatly contradictory with what merrick garland has said under
6:16 pm
oath. i question merrick garland in front of the senate judiciary committee and he told the judiciary committee under oath that the u.s. attorney investigating hunter biden had complete authority to investigate and there were zero political interference. his statement is directly contrary to what the whistleblowers said. the house needs to have a hearing and they need to have both whistleblowers under oath. they need to have david weiss the u.s. attorney under oath and merrick garland the attorney general under oath. somebody is lying. if garland is lying he committed lying under oath to congress which is a felony and he committed obstruction of justice which is a felony. he obviously cannot investigate himself. merrick garland should be recused from the entire matter and the department of justice should appoint a special counsel to determine whether or not the attorney general of the united states has committed any felonies. >> anyone has the honor and integrity to do it. i'd like to get to the bottom of the 1023 form.
6:17 pm
my understanding is that tomorrow john solomon investigative reporter and editor-in-chief at just the news.com will be on this show. he has a document. in that document it will show the recommendation to in fact indict hunter biden on tax charges, felony charges, dealing with the years that have now passed the statute of limitations. if that ends up being true, would that mean that mr. weiss did not do his job? >> it would. with the irs whistleblowers also alleged is that mr. weiss tried to get the u.s. attorney in the central district of california and the u.s. attorney in the district of columbia to bring charges against hunter biden for the most serious tax offenses. the cases had to be brought in d.c. and california because that is where the crimes occurred. with the irs whistleblowers allege is the u.s. attorneys refused to bring the case. to be clear, one of those u.s. attorneys was
6:18 pm
a political donor to joe biden. another u.s. attorney was a political donor to kamala harris. their allegations again are directly contrary to what merrick garland has said under oath. this is something i have talked about at great length on my podcast verdict with ted cruz. you look at these whistleblowers. both of them are career irs employees. gary shapley was a senior supervisory agent with a lot of experience. he has no reason that is evident on the record to live. he doesn't appear to be a republican. the other whistleblower is self-described as a gay democrat with a man for a husband. there is no reason to think he has an ax to grind with joe biden yet he has the courage to call this out. we need a special counsel because the attorney general is not above the law and neither is joe biden. >> i hope you keep your foot on the gas. i agree completely. thank you so much. the biden

goli, taste your goals. - and now i know anything is possible. is out things in the state of california are even nuttier than we thought. the san francisco chronicle has just published a major investigation of the illegal drug trade in the city. get this. according to the report honduran drug dealers are making so much money in the city of san
6:24 pm
francisco that they are using the proceeds to build elaborate mansions back home. often decorated with the logos of bay area teams. 100 are in woman telling the paper that it's even become popular for locals to get a neck tattoo of the golden gate bridge. so why san francisco? because it is allegedly the easiest place to sell drugs and the chronicle reports it's a city that has a whopping 6% conviction rate for drug charges. plus of course it's a sanctuary city. as one drug dealer told the paper, quote, in san francisco it is like in honduras. you go to jail and come out. now the flood of drugs into the country would not be possible without joe biden's wide open southern border and california sanctuary state status. and san francisco sanctuary city status. instead of doing anything about any of this, team biden announced new plans who try to reduce the number
6:25 pm
of deaths from fentanyl and the street drug now that is sweeping the country destroying lives. it is known as trinka. only about 15% is the reduction goal. mostly through further research and not enforcement. eric carter spoke to residents in san francisco about the drugs that have taken over the streets. take a look. >> when you hear president biden saying look, i will try to get a handle on the new drug on the street. but we are looking at it only being reduced by 15% by 2025. do you feel like this is just theater? they are really not doing what they need to do. >> they are putting on a show for us. they are putting on a show to prolong the effect. it is out of hand. they know it. >> people don't care about their jobs. they lose interest in families and life. it is all fentanyl. there are people that would sell their entire life or that [ bleep ] .
6:26 pm
it is crazy. >> we need to change. if we need to be prosperous, we need to change. can we undo what has occurred? yes. it will take time. >> president biden and the administration is saying that we will try to tackle the problem with fentanyl and silo zain what they called the street drug crack, the one that makes people look like zombies. we will only do it and reduce it by 15% i-20 25. do you think that's enough? >> not really. but something is better than nothing. >> i have been here almost 13 years and i have seen nothing but degradation going on since the day i got here. >> vox investigative reporter sara carter joins us now with more. it is really that bad and there are certain areas. 1 mile from nancy pelosi's hose in one direction and 1 mile from her office in another direction people defecating and urinating urinating in the street.
6:27 pm
needles in the street. we have shown those videos and on exclusive reports in the past. it is getting worse, not better? >> it is getting worse, sean. i have to tell you some areas, some residents we spoke to are grateful that at least in recent months the mayor and others, especially with more law enforcement around union square, has seen the area clean up particularly around union square where they have more tourists and more people are visiting. but just outside of union square, sean, i couldn't even walk down some of the sidewalks. people were shooting up drugs. they were smoking crack. they were using fentanyl as we looked around the streets i have got to tell you it was gut wrenching. it was like watching a war zone. there were some drug dealers on the streets openly selling drugs near police officers. people were not being arrested. you could see why the situation is so out of control.
6:28 pm
just down the street from my hotel right there in union square, the gucci store, there was an armed robbery yesterday. while we were out filming, there was an armed robbery at the gucci store. the police are still investigating that. you can imagine how horrifying that was for the customers inside. think about this, sean. there is a 40% increase in deaths and overdose deaths in san francisco just between january and march. that increase alone is shocking. san francisco in all reality is a microcosm of what is happening across the country because of the lax border laws we see in honduras. they are building mansions. they are doing it in guatemala and other areas of central america where drug dealers have a hold on our country because nobody is getting prosecuted. even worse than that, intelligence officials i
6:29 pm
am talking to say adversaries like china and others are taking advantage of this situation creating an effective proxy war in the united states against our own people. the tragedy is it's not just urban cities like san francisco that are feeling the effects of this. it is happening not just here but in rural communities and small towns all across america. frankly, sadly enough in many communities that our viewers are watching us from right now. if it doesn't get fixed, it will get far worse. i don't want to know what that will be like. >> a lot more dead americans as if we don't have enough dying as it is. sara carter, thank you for that report. former senior advisor stephen miller is back with us. if you leave the borders wide open and china is selling most of the fentanyl and distributing it so it comes across the southern border, this is nothing but a predictable result, stephen miller? >> not only is it a
6:30 pm
predictable result, it was predicted during the presidential transition. border agents warned this administration what would happen if they removed the trump policies. this has all been thoroughly documented. the chief of border patrol for the first six months of the biden administration wrote a letter to congress documenting how joe biden and his deputies were painstakingly warned that if you remove the trump policies, the gates of hell will open up on the southern border. the democratic party wants maximum illegal immigration into this country. all of the americans who are dying as a result of that and dying from the drugs are simply the casualties that this administration is willing to pay in order to have their open borders agenda. >> we have the drug issue because joe picks and chooses what laws he wants to enforce and apparently has gotten away with it and continues to get away with it. by the end of this year, with joe biden as president in three years
6:31 pm
having allowed 7.5 and 8 million illegal immigrants into this country. we don't vet them. we don't know if they have radical backgrounds or associations. in the middle of the pandemic there was no health check. that means they financially become a burden on the american people because we are paying for food, water, housing, education, healthcare, those that get in the criminal justice system, we are paying for that as well. one recently released criminal just went out and a young girl, steven. >> yes. that is going to have been and continue to happen as long as this administration guts ice and ice enforcement. deportations are down 70% even as illegal immigration is at the highest level recorded in american history. you have more illegal immigrants than ever before and the lowest deportations on record since ice was created.
6:32 pm
ice officers are being ordered to release it even dangerous criminals. i know this because i speak to my former contacts who are still inside of dhs. taxpayers are picking up the tab for prison, food and certainly for healthcare. illegal aliens do not have health care. it is paid for by americans in the form of higher taxes and premiums. >> stephen miller the story was from the washington times. convicted illegal immigrant sex offender released by the biden administration goes on to rape a teenage girl. i hold them directly responsible. stephen miller, good to see you. thank you. apparently the left has a problem with physical fitness. that is weird. we will explain. joey jones reacts. won't forget live audience shows tomorrow and thursday night in new york city. tickets are free. go to hannity.com right now and sign up. we would love to see you tomorrow. we will throw footballs and have a rowdy crowd and a lot of fun.

i have been doing mixed martial arts workouts for a number of years. it is important to stay fit and healthy. millions of other americans agree. yesterday they tweeted out an article from last year saying, quote, the far right's obsession with fitness is going digital. they even said that hitler himself fixated on physical fitness as part of his dream to build an army of young nazis and accuse the modern right to do the same thing around the world. the ridiculous comments drew backlash from the likes of joe rogan and elon musk. the left is apparently not a fan of any presidential candidate
6:38 pm
daring to show off their physical fitness. they don't want to see rfk doing push-ups or lifting weights or backflips or vivek ramaswamy playing tennis or miami mayor suarez running a 5k. i guess they are perfectly happily with the weekend frail and cognitive mess that joe biden is struggling to even move a beach chair. here with reaction is author of the new book on broken bonds of battle, joey jones. fox & friends weekend cohabitants cohost. msd nc- thinks you are a nazi if you work out. and being healthy is far right. holy you know what joe rogan said. didn't jane fonda years ago have a very at the time popular fitness video? i can think of anyone more far left in her. pete? >> you are right. here is the thing. remember when chris
6:39 pm
cuomo made all those workout videos he was pumping in the office? before he got fired. we all made fun of him and made light of it. then i thought, he is onto something. i have guest hosted your show on numerous occasions and viewers don't know this. but while i am hosting your show, i get my pump on at the same time. it is very efficient. viewers cannot see it when i do it. there is how i get my workout in at the same time. apparently i am a far right fascist for doing so. i will keep going in this whole segment because i do your whole show that way. i get a little tired. >> how many pounds is that weight you are lifting? >> it says 35 but it's actually 85. it is the opposite of cuomo. i am trying to be humble. >> my record was 2100 dumbbells two times. that was my record. then i went to machine.
6:40 pm
i would end up gripping every muscle in my chest out if i kept going. spotted or not spotted. the question that i have and we lost joey's connection for a second. health and fitness is in many ways you can argue good citizenry. the odds are if you work out and stay healthy and keep yourself fit, you are going to be less of a burden, especially in your younger years on the healthcare system. as long as you are not taking with it. don't take testosterone or hgh. i have friends that take it but i don't recommend it myself. anyone that i know that is fit, it reduces dramatically. the odds that they are going to have some unhealthy disease like coronary disease. >> if you want less government intervention and want less government spending or less dependency you want
6:41 pm
people to be fit. that is what we should have said under covid. the logic of the left is you have seen this with the critical race theory stuff. showing up on time is white supremacy or white thinking or working hard being fit as if working out is. joey would say the same thing. i had more black and hispanic soldiers in my unit who were well more fit than i was. that is an absolute joke. fitness is good for everybody. here is what they don't want. they don't want rfk, suarez, vivek ramaswamy showing up joe biden who loves to challenge people to push up contests. we would love to see one of those push up contests with any candidate. turns out being fit is a good thing. the left just wants to make it look like you are a racist or nazi if you work out. that's incredible. >> anyway, i think i can
6:42 pm
do more push-ups than rfk jr. but i certainly don't look as good. he did say he is on antiaging protocols, which are very common. no criticism of it at all. it is staying fit. it is good for everybody. just common sense. good to see you. you can get joey's new best-selling book on hannity.com, amazon.com, bookstores around the country. if you are in florida you can meet joey at his book signing this week. straight ahead tonight democrats continue going further and further left causing some to leave their party. you will meet a georgia state lawmaker who is making a switch to become a republican. why? she will tell us. go to hannity.com. we have audience shows tomorrow and thursday. tickets are free. go to hannity.com. later in the show we have a big announcement. you don't want to miss
6:43 pm
it. thanks for being with us.

hi, i'm michael, i've lost 70 pounds on golo. i spent thousands on other diets that didn't work. on golo, i spent a couple hundred bucks and got back down to my high school weight. you're not gonna believe this thing is possible but it is.

georgia state representative announced today she is joining the republican party after receiving harsh backlash from democratic colleagues over her support of a school choice bill. she tweeted this was not a political choice for her, but a moral one and she will never apologize for being a black woman with a mind of her own. this comes as the democratic party continues to go further and further left. one chicago suburb has become the first to start paying reparations to black residents. activists are calling this a test run and pushing other cities to follow suit. in the state of california they have it under consideration at this very moment. here to discuss is georgia state
6:48 pm
representative misha mainer. fox news. i spent four great years in georgia. i love the state. >> thank you. i am glad to be here. >> one of the things that has frustrated me as a conservative over the years first of all every two or four years. every day republicans are accused of being homophobic, et cetera. those are not people that i know or like or want to be friends with. that frustrates me. however, if republicans in mass want to get the minority vote in this country, african-americans, hispanic americans, the two biggest issues have got to be school choice which is what you are standing up for here and law and order and safety and security in every town and every city. that is not happening in minority neighborhoods

all across the country and they have been run by democrats for decades. i'd like to know your thoughts. >> i absolutely agree with you, sean. the two things i have actually run on in my district in atlanta is education and public safety. doesn't matter what part of my district that people are in. people are asking for choices. right now there are schools that children our meeting proficiency. that is not acceptable. the democrats are getting is to keep them there until we fix it. we will get it better soon. it's been like that for 50 years. that is not acceptable. i didn't vote for it. the other thing, to your point, public safety. the democrats wanted to defund the police. i was on twitter with one of my former colleagues the other day and she said i never voted not to defund the police. some constituents

school choice, sean, is a nonpartisan issue. it is an issue that can galvanize this entire country because it is being denied by the democrats. why? the democrats do not want to educate children of color. they want to keep the unions up. if you have school choice you will destroy the teachers union. i will do anything i can. i am a schoolteacher first and a lawyer second. this issue is important because again it breaks the poverty cycle. it is being denied to people of color and this representative broke ranks with the left-wing progressive wackos to join the logic of getting school choice for everyone. i applaud her. >> i mean this sincerely, thank you for your political courage and the fact that you put students and children above politics. i wish there were more people like you. we wish you the best. thank you. coming up, the host of the hit show the few
