arrested for cocaine possession in new jersey, hunter walked out with a clean record. why? because his dad, senator at the time, expunged his record. and, at the same time, bidens would sweeping his son's coke under the rug, biden was throwing average americans in prison for coke possession. same crime. now, "primetime" has reached out to the stone harbor police department, we asked for hunter's mugshot, and they say they couldn't find it in their system but they are going to dig through their attic quote, unquote, for it. now, if they find it, "primetime" will get it and we will air it and ewill keep you posted 2016 he left coke and crack pipe in a hertz rental car. they dried to get him in. he never picked up the phone. out of the blue the charges got dropped. maybe you do that for a first time offender but hunter had coke on his record 44-year-old

let me put some context, the union form division of the secret service, the united states secret service and non-uniformed division has exclusive jurisdiction to protect the white house. that's the interior of the white house. its property and the comings and goings of the white house. now, it's fully plausible and i do agree that when they recovered this white substance that obviously probably was field tested with respect to it already -- they already knew it was cocaine. it's clear that they would send it probably to the fbi laboratory to -- for a confirmation. but, once that confirmation came back, there's only one or two reasons why then the fbi would continue being involved in this investigation. and one, the latter would bother me more. but let's talk about the first one. is that the united states secret service through watching the video determined and developed information or evidence that one of their own may have been assisting someone bringing in
4:11 pm
cocaine on a regular basis to maybe service someone who doesn't have it, then i can understand that the united states secret service would elicit or solicit the fbi's assistance in conducting interviews and the united states secret service potentially would say there may be a conflict of interest. the latter one, given the landscape and certainly after seeing the proceedings today, may be more plausible than not. under the executive order, 12333 which gives the fbi exclusive jurisdiction and investigative powers to investigate our national security domestically, maybe the united states secret service realized or the fbi realized if they come on board, and now make this a national security investigation, that then cloaks this entire scenario in secrecy. that means that you're freedom
4:12 pm
of information request and everybody else's request we will never ever see the light of day of ever knowing really what happened because the fbi will fall back on a breach of national security and then it is cloaked in secrecy and we will never know really truly who was responsible for bringing in the cocaine and who ultimately posture. >> jesse: and that posture would be ridiculous and a cover-up, so, but, before we continue, if you're doing an investigation like this, and you've done investigations like this before, you know how they roll, what would be some of the things you would look into? you would look at surveillance tape. you would look at logs. why is it taking this long to wrap this thing up? >> it's not, jesse. because the people at the top of the ivory tower are scrambling
4:13 pm
now and just as you saw some of the most pathetic responses play out in the hearing today with director wray, they can't because they are incapable of being forthright and forthcoming. they are just posturing and i will tell you that the secret service now is happy to pass this off to the fbi because the united states secret service certainly doesn't want to be put under the microscope but, look, jesse, with all of the video surveillance that is inside the white house, this is about a 30-second investigation with respect to going back, reviewing the videos because you know exactly where the suck stance was recovered from. you work backwards. you identify who left it there or who dropped it there or why it was there it's easily then being able to apprehend and prosecute that individual; however, if the curtain has come down and let's be honest, i think you touched upon it, if it
4:14 pm
belongs to hunter biden, this is not a one and done scenario. this is someone who has a habitual problem and he would have to have someone coming and going into the white house to provide him his cocaine on whether it's daily or biweekly and this would be a reoccurring event. that may be why the fbi is going to shield this investigation on a national security curtain to hide behind the curtain. >> jesse: we have sources telling us that hunter biden is just living at the white house. not just visiting but living. thank you for your expertise. >> always my pleasure, thank you. >> jesse: so biden's anger problem rears its ugly head again at the nato summit. is he snapping again at reporters. right back. ♪
