6:01 pm
you. and to all of you at home, we have a great rowdy crowd. hannity, our live audience, the only normal people in new york city. tonight many on the left are lashing out at the biden administration. in fact, one host is outraged that white house staffers are not doing enough to make joe look younger and more competent, and prevent him from falling down so often. he just needs a little help getting on and off the stage and calling on reporters and remember talking points, and remembering actually where he is and who he's talking to and every other day-to-day activity and not fall down. by the way, we may be one fall away from the democratic party pushing him right the heck out of the way. anyway, we've got that tape straight ahead. also, we have more from john kerry. he had a big temper tantrum.
6:02 pm
he's now very angry that his deeply hypocritical private jet use is now being called into question but first breaking tonight, after only 11 days, secret service has now officially ended their probe into the cocaine scandal at the biden white house. according to their 11-day investigation, 11 long days, well, we'll just never know who left bag of cocaine behind in a secure heavily monitored area of the west wing of the white house. it will forever apparently be a mystery. apparently no fingerprints are on the bag. no dna evidence. no surveillance footage. no eyewitness accounts. no suspects at all whatsoever although they do have a surveillance camera coverage of everybody walking into the west wing. how about we look at all of those people and interview every one of them first before we end an investigation? now, we're talking about the most heavily monitored and secure building on the planet
6:03 pm
earth, and new tonight we're learning that this was not the first time illegal drugs were found in the biden white house. it was the third time. the secret service just told members of congress that this was the third time, that an illegal substance was discovered in joe biden's white house, in the west wing. so my question is, why are we learning about these other two instances right now? at this point? and the two other occasions involved marijuana, no one was ever charged. we were never told. why was that hidden from the public? is the secret service like the doj and fbi, are they now part of covering for someone at the biden white house? are they now willing to throw away their reputation in order to protect joe biden and his administration for what would be a massive scandal? let me ask this question. what if that white proud dauri substance that people shove up
6:04 pm
their nose happened to be anthrax or what if it was cocaine that was laced with fentanyl which is not uncommon? would the secret service is just brushed it off after a pathetic 11-day investigation? by the way what if this were the trump white house, do you really think federal investigators would drop the case after only 11 days? anyone here believe that? [in all, no] >> sean: they investigated the russian hoax for three years that case never should have been opened according to durham. they had no evidence at all whatsoever, and everything in the steel dossier was false. keep in mind this probe has been unusual from the very start. a lot of confusion, and this raises questions. you know, seeping out of the press. first we're told that the cocaine was discovered in the library at the white house residence. then the west wing lobby. then it was near the situation room. now we're told it was actually located in a locker near the
6:05 pm
west wing executive entrance. where you have a camera viewing everybody going in. all the while many speculated if the cocaine belonged to one of the president's adult children. both of whom have struggled with drugs. now, of course, until recently hunter biden was notorious crack head. he's sleeping there with a crack pipe in his mouth. great way to fall asleep. anyway, obviously not. with a penchant for losing important things, you know he lost his lapton, firearms, cell phones, and for so many, hunter seemed like a plausible suspect but you weren't allowed to say that out loud especially since multiple white house fishes refuse to unequivocally rule out members of the biden family. you might remember, take a look. >> when asked if this was a family member, for baits to say i site the hatch act, which has to do with elections, bizarre. biden asked questions, doesn't answer. i would have gone to trump and said they are saying this is your family member, he would
6:06 pm
have said absolutely not. i would have gone to the podium and said i have zero reason to believe this is anyone in the president's family. why she didn't do that i do not know. >> sean: even more suspicious pierre lied about the biden whereabouts on the friday before the weekend that the cocaine was discovered. despite her denials both joe and hunter, they were at the white house until 6:30 on friday afternoon. she said they weren't there on friday. and, of course, tonight this is about much more than a small bag of cocaine. it's about security at the white house. and a very real perception that your federal government, based on a mountain of evidence, that a democrat in d.c. can pretty much do anything they want including hard drugs inside the white house, or in some cases hire prostitutes like hunter, skip out on paying taxes, commit felony drug crimes, not file with the laws of the country, with few if any consequences. we saw that with hunter. a slap on the wrist but if
6:07 pm
you're a republican or god forbid trump is your last name, buckle up and prepare to have your world up ended sideways and each way in between. local, state, and federal officials all in search of any possible crime. that is the current state of your so-called justice system in america, and with democrats in charge, it will only get worse. anyway, we have a lot of ground to cover tonight. thank you for being with us. joining us now with more, house oversight committee chairman james comber is with us. sir, how are you? >> i'm well. [applause] >> sean: i would imagine it falls under the purview of the house government reform and oversight committee to look into, okay, how did the cocaine get there? what about the two previous instances of drugs in the white house? and i ask you, congressman, what if it was anthrax? what if it was fentanyl? there have been police officers, law enforcement that have just touched bags and contraband with
6:08 pm
fentanyl in it, and dusted some of that dust and they need narcan five minutes later. how dangerous? >> it's very dangerous and disturbing. one of two things has happened. number one, the secret service is lying for us and covering for someone or, number two, they are incompetent. because this is supposed to be the most secure dwelling in america. and for the secret service to admit to the world not only can they not figure out who dropped off a white powdery substance in one of three locations in the white house, remember that story has changed three times, where the cocaine was actually found but also, there had been two other entities where illegal drugs were found on the premise in the white house. this isn't acceptable. we spend a lot of money, a lot of tax dollars to make sure that we have the best secret service that money can buy. but yet they can't determine who
6:09 pm
brings illegal substances into the white house? i think that's very disturbing. >> sean: congressman, i'm equally as disturbed that they gave up after 10 days of investigating and announced on day 11. we're done. we're not going to find the person responsible. that to me is the height of irresponsibility. i would like answers from the secret service why they gave up so quickly. >> that's a great question. they spent 11 days to try to figure out who left an illegal substance in the white house but they have been spending over five years investigating the bidens for all their money laundering, all their racketeering, all their tax evasion, and according to the u.s. attorney weiss they are still investigating for bribery and potential wrongdoing. the secret service hasn't received a black eye like the department of justice and the fbi but unfortunately today this is another name on the list of agencies that have run amok. again, either they are not being
6:10 pm
truthful with the house oversight committee or they incompetent by not being able to determine who let the substance in. it's hard for me to believe that our technology at the fbi could not identify some dna on this bag of cocaine. >> sean: if they had not been politicized we might have confidence in them telling us the truth. you've made a lot of progress in your investigation into the biden family, and the foreign business dealings with the biden family. you have a very important hearing next wednesday. why is that hearing going to be different? i understand that we might be hearing a lot of new information. >> we've been looking at new bank records. obviously it's very encouraging to read the transcript that the ways-and-means committee had with the two whistleblowers. they actually knew a lot about many of these shell companies and they were on the right track
6:11 pm
until they were told to stand down. the american people are going to get to watch live both whistleblowers including whistleblower x who has never revealed his identity. he'll do that the day of our hearing and everyone can see, hopefully fox will being covering that, sean, and we have specific substantive questions about many of these wires, about many of these shell companies, about potential money laundering, about potential racketeering, and i believe that these two witnesses are going to be able to anchor those questions. so many times, sean, you have these congressional hearings, and, you know, they are all hat and no paddle. you don't learn anything new and they aren't substantive. this should be a very substantive, informative hearing for the american people and this will be the first time the american people actually hear credible witnesses say under oath exactly what crimes have been committed by the biden family. >> sean: do you have standing to go before the judge?
6:12 pm
they have this plea deal, no jail time for hunter, do you have standing to go to this judge and request that this deal not be agreed to by the judge because of new information and new evidence that's been forthcoming? >> we have to go through the department of justice unfortunately, for things like granting immunity. no. long story short. >> sean: let me ask you this. when we got these what's app mes messages, i'm sitting here with my father. we would like to understand why the commitment has not been fulfilled. tell the director we would like to resolve it now before it gets out of hands, and if i get a call or text from anyone involved i'll make certain that between the man sitting next to me, his father joe, and every person he knows, and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that
6:13 pm
you will regret not following my direction. i'm sitting here, waiting for the call with my father. okay. joe biden, he's implicated his father again. he's been implicated many times. my question to you is simple. that to me sounds like a shakedown, mr. chairman. that to me sounds like joe biden, full involvement, and less than a week after that exchange, didn't the biden family get $5 million transferred to them from that energy company in china? >> yes. and remember, that energy company is the same energy company that was paying -- and the department of justice indicted gal luft on being a foreign agent yet hunter biden received about 20 times as much money and went free. we're having the committee hearing with the irs whistleblowers where we'll be able to ask they substantive tax

questions. we'll also be having depositions and transcribed interviews where we can ask people exactly what joe biden knew and when he knew it. so i think next week has the potential to be a very productive week with respect to our investigation, and i think it's going to be -- there will be a lot of questions that joe bide listen have to answer. i don't know how much longer the mainstream media can turn a blind eye to this because the evidence is overwhelming. many crimes were committed, and obviously, joe biden had to be front and center in this. >> sean: chairman, thank you as always. appreciate your time. again, with reaction, fox news contributor kellyanne conway and kudlow, host larry kudlow. good to see you both. kellyanne -- [applause] >> sean: you almost spent the entire term in the white house, in that building, with donald trump, after a 10-day investigation on the 11th day we get an announcement that we're not going to find out who
6:15 pm
brought drugs into the white house. do you believe they did a fair, thorough and complete investigation because i do not. >> the secret service puts its life on the line for people every day, republican or democrat. they should be applauded for that but i don't buy this for a second, sean. the entire white house xleshgs east wing, west wing, entire perimeter, is on camera 24-7365. period. and we all knew that. it's very vexing to me that this individual apparently, reportedly, put the cocaine into one of the phone lockers as you enter the west executive building, which larry and i did daily, in the west wing, because, if somebody said, gosh, i shouldn't take this beyond because now it's a secure location, i'm going to leave it out here or i think i'll trade it for my phone for later but either way i find it very suspicious. it took three years to look for russian collusion and couldn't find it.
6:16 pm
on the other thing, it's just the white house ethos way of operating and thinking they can get away with it and i think even worse than the president and his people ignoring this crisis about this cocaine is the way he's ignored our drug crisis across the country. we have an overdose at historic highs again because hunter bodiesen's father is never going to tackle the drug crisis seriously. the border czar, they gave her a russian title to tackle a mexican problem. he does nothing about cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, open knots, meth, you name it. last point. you remember when a bunch of us caught co-individuals around the time of the amy comey barrett announcement in the rose garden. they spent weeks with diagrams, who was talking to him, they haven't spent any appreciable amount of time on the issue of

[applause] >> sean: seattle's homeless population is now enjoying a summer of fun in the sun. a large encampment in highland park has been growing for months and recently they had a blow-up swimming pool installed for the homeless people. there you can see a woman hanging out by the pool openly smoking god knows what. a letter was sent on wednesday stating that a plan to tackle the situation is in the works but curious neighbors don't buy it. they have been complaining about the dangers of this agreeing encampment for months. but the city has done nothing. not even after a man was found murdered in the encampment back in may. here now with reaction, the host -- by the way, there is no such thing as a fear full tommy laron. fearless tommy laron. great to have you with us. [applause] >> gets to be here, sean.

>> sean: i'm trying to understand why we have this growing homeless problem in every big city, and they don't do anything about it. they are ruining the quality of life for everybody else and now we're offering swimming pools on top of everything? >> well, first of all, sean, i think the liberals would prefer you call homeless people louis freeh -- freelance human beings. they unhoused so that was your first mistake but as someone who lived on the west coast for too long in los angeles, california, same thing is happening in l.a., portland, san francisco, and san diego. the homeless community and these homeless populations are ballooning because these democratic leaders don't want to do anything to solve the crisis because, you know as well as i do, sean, when you solve a crisis, when you have a solution, the money dries up, and they don't want that money to dry up. they are throwing billions of dollars, taxpayer dollars at the

homeless problem, and it's not getting any better so they ask for more money to throw at the homeless problem but then they allow these people to blow up pools to have giant encampments, to have a free-for-all extravaganza every day. you know as well as i do there are many of these individuals that are drug addicted, mentally ill and unstable and we peel for these people but there is a growing portion of this homeless community especially on the west coast that have adopted a culture of homelessness, and they quite frankly don't mind it because it means that they can use drugs. it means that they can break the law, and they can live sometimes on oceanfront property with no consequences so that's the lifestyle they are choosing and the democrat leaders are enabling it. it's a sad situation. >> sean: i'm trying to understand and you can look at a city like san francisco and people are shooting up in the street, people defecating in the street, people urinating in the street, and we're talking about one mile away from the gated mansion community of nancy pelosi. one mile, and we sent our

cameras there multiple times. one mile in the other direction is her office. my question is, she lives in a neighborhood of millionaires, liberals are always generous with our money. why doesn't she go to all of her rich neighbors and say i'm putting up a million. can you put up a couple hundred thousands. build a facility where people with shower, get a warm meal and maybe a little drug counseling but if they are shooting up in the streets or defecating in the streets you take them off the street. >> right. they don't want to solve the problem because these people are able to be behind their gates. they don't have to confront it first hand but it's all of these other people in seattle, portland, and all over california that have to confront it on day-to-day basis. if they call the police the police can do nothing. they have been demoralized and undermined to the largest extent so everybody has to deal with it and nobody wants to talk about it when you're in these liberal enclaves but they all know it's a problem. it's about time to start looking at your leaders and say why are

my tax dollars to prop up this, that, and nothing is change something you shouldn't have your children being exposed to people shooting up drugs in the street. by the way if we enforced the laws on the books, some of these people would be behind bars and some of them deserve to be there. >> sean: why don't we put heavy users away? considering if you're on crack, heroin, meth, any of these hard drugs or if you're in the biden white house for that matter, why don't we put people away? why do we allow that to continue and ruin the quality of life of everyone else? 20 seconds. >> yes, they don't want do criminalize addiction. i understand that i'm not somebody that believes we can just lock everyone away but here's the dirty secret about places like california. a lot of these homeless individuals would be registered sex offenders in other states but in california they fly under the radar and they do what they want. >> sean: tommy laron, great to have you as always. thank you for being with us. before we go a programming note.
