you mentioned the solutions, what are they? >> they have to come in and clean up the encampment. they claim in order to do that, they have to have known housing first. the problem has been going on and housing should have been resolved long ago. >> todd: i can't imagine, this is somewhat of a retirement community. i cannot imagine thinking i've done it, made hard works, i will relax and having to face this on a day in and day out basis. describe what it is like having to worry about the site you see and gunshots. >> yeah, right now, it is a daily occurrence. we've had homeless encampments across the street for years, but nothing like this. they are destroying the land, using a bobcat, building structures on the property.
