3:10 am
>> steve: there is also an item in politico today that says there's another problem for joe biden. that is when he was elected a couple years ago in 2020, young people, people under 30 were really important. but, one of the top pollsters in the country, a guy who runs the kennedy center up in boston, he says that these days more people under 30 are considering themselves not democrats but independents. and feel like politics, not a good way to get anything done in the world. so if joe canned get the young people to vote for him he is in big trouble. >> ainsley: for republicans, is it better if joe biden runs or if they pick another candidate? >> brian: very interesting question, ainsley. fascinating. >> steve: people would say ask again later because we don't know -- >> brian: all depends on who the nominee on the right is some people think and i think it's erroneous that joe biden can beat donald trump nine out of ten days he runs against him.

i think it's a landscape. what's changed? we have seen joe biden three years. it's not this laboratory wondering i wonder whether a it would be like to have stability with experience. we see the lack of leadership. we see the lack of press conference. we seat the quick temper subservient past. china, the unrest in the middle east. we seat heisman we are getting from our normal allies in the middle east. and we see what is happening in eastern europe. >> ainsley: i have heard from republicans it's complete doomsday. you talk to the older generation they are so worried about our country they say if a democrat wins again our country is gone. >> brian: yeah, i agree. the country is not going to be the same with four more years with him. >> steve: one more thing with donald trump different this time than last time. donald trump would certainly galvanize the political left. i mean, you know, everybody's hair would be on fire if he were the nominee when it comes to democrats. and so he could actually motivate a lot of democrats to come out and a lot of independents as well. but, of course, it is still

3:13 am
he is considering running. and you might say well larry hogan is not going to win. joe manchin is not going to win what if will r.f.k. says i will take my 20% and i will run on my own. and little lie bittle whittle away hints call up 1-800-ross perot. they think they would have beat bill clinton because he leaned right. >> steve: 17%. >> brian: i think you are right. more money will flow in if donald trump becomes the nominee for the left. but the whole question is on independents and undecides, will they say i like america better with a stronger border? i like america with a stronger leader. i like the unease in which our enemies felt when donald trump was there. i like the trade deals that address manufacturing. i like the fact that he didn't alienate union workers while not kowtowing to them. so a lot of the things if donald trump can get rid of the drama and outline the positive and not look back at 2020 the key
