tv   The Ingraham Angle  FOX News  July 18, 2023 1:00am-2:00am PDT

1:00 am
>> ginger and kathy don't have to wait for a table at a restaurant if you have the ke he toy, you just walk ino people's houses, interrupt their . >> yesrestaurant., actually thet have. yeah, i hope that's actually i'm the opposite. i comesed make in throwing. fellas, trust meo on. all right. thank you, kennedy. go. better get theeporter:mingraham >> hi, everybody, this is the "the ingraham angle" from washington. for those new to the angle at 7 p.m. eastern, thank you for watching. everyone who watched at 10 p.m., you will like us better earlier. these are my rules, okay. we're going to keep learning, keep laughing and keep winning together. it's a great privilege to be here every night. now where things stand is the
1:01 am
focus of tonight's angle. it seems to me that the democrats know they are in one big old hole. first, having joe biden as their nominee is very risky and at the same time, not having them as their nominee may be riskier. how did this happen? during the 2020 campaign. everybody in the press knew biden was failing, they propped him up in a biden-style production. they and the dnc knew then what they know now, they could market them as an older and more stable far left democrats and reassure the seniors and minorities and independents. but now what? he's gotten worse and america knows it. now the party and country is stuck with somebody who literally everyone knows is a figure-head president.
1:02 am
joe is not calling the shot on any major question, other than whether he will have jello or pudding for dessert and be honest, dr. jill probably make those decisions for him and dealing with weekend at bidens returns. trying to bring him back to political life, media is blaming everyone, but themselves for the bind they are in. >> he is 80 and you need to make a pathway. you can't have video images of the president tripping or going the wrong way. >> sometimes they try to pretend he is actually serving as president, even when they know he is not. well, yeah, hes a very rigorous schedule, we know that. it would be easier for democrats to get rid of biden, but they
1:03 am
are stuck with him because all their potential plan b's nonstarters. biden is a figurehead, but biden without a brain is more terrifying than kamala with half of one. >> culture, it is reflection of our moment in our time. right? and present culture is the way we express how we're feeling about the moment and we should always find time to express about the moment that is a reflection of joy because it comes in the morning. >> speaking of joy, it won't be found in the gavin newsom option, either. california used to be the golden state, it is now go somewhere else state and 40% of californians are considering moving and one-third blame liberal policies. the governor is not worried that
1:04 am
people are voting with their feet. >> first time in history of the state you lost population, you didn't acknowledge more going to florida. this decline, i love this state, don't count us out. >> no, that spin is not going to fly and neither will the regime attempt to spin the biden economy. >> we're very happy to see breathing room for american households. >> growth is moderating and inflation is subsiding, so i think we are in a good path on the united states. >> now even twitter how to correct biden latest economic brag. not true. real wage adjusted for inflation were at $11.15. now real wages are at $11.05.
1:05 am
bottom line, republicans have a huge edge in 2024 if they wish to exploit it. it is not about drag queen story hours or trans radicalism in schools, as important as those issues are and they are important, it is about securing the border, but mostly about the economy. that is biden's biggest achilles heel. >> what the white house can do, one, hope things continue to get slightly better and basically explain, explain and explain. essentially educate. >> we need to educate. people can't look at their own bank statement, richard? okay. a panel to augment his comp team, that is good. what about republicans? kiest surprising a lot of people
1:06 am
who doubted him as a speaker. >> i will not put an omnibus on the floor, we should do our work and i'm thankful you are here seeing this is the people's house, it is open for the public. members are back to have to work in congress, they can't state home. >> if nancy pelosi had her way, the capitol would still be surrounded by wire closed to the public and on our way to packing the court. house republicans are doing their job trying to scrub of paid travel for abortions, how does that make us a better fighting force? as far as presidential race is concerned, no one seems close on the republican side. no one seems close to catching donald trump. he's dominating, dominating in the polls and in fundraising.
1:07 am
people ask me all the time, laura, could that change? maybe. over the weekend, mike pence any tim scott got a look at what is thought about the drain in ukraine. let's put it this way. the elect oshate and raytheon don't have the same interest when the border is open to the south and whose trend lines would you rather have with hispanic voters? republicans or democrats? hispanics support for democrats slid from 72% in 2018 to 60% in 2022. obviously desantis showed massive appeal in his state with hispanic voters, even in traditionally dominating areas like miami-dade.
1:08 am
bottom line with my creeky voice, if you live in an area governed by republicans, you have reason to be optimistic. businesses are growing and schools are likely not controlled by radicals and you are not getting hammered with unnecessary taxes. if you live in california or new york or illinois or any place governed by the radical left, you have to deal with a failing biden administration and watch your state grow more and more fringe adcal at the same time and less competitive. inure 22, the republican party and i will say this a lot, you might get tired of it, it matters. i will say it a lot. this has to be a no state left behind strategy, no urban america left behind and no american state left behind, all 50 states because people want to be happy again everywhere in the united states, including the blue states, where a lot of them
1:09 am
are miserable. conservatives have the answers, now we need to get the votes. i made it through and that is the angle, joining me is ned -- i think this freak out by the leaders in the democratic party over a potential third-party run, mutters about joe manchin. it shows how trueing lacking in confidence they really are. they would be correct. in 2020, arizona, wisconsin and georgia were only won by 42,000 votes by biden. if trump would have won, he would have won there and won the presidency, it was a narrow win. throw in a third party or two, not just joe manchin and no label party, but the green party and probably cornel west is
1:10 am
their candidate. if they stay on the ballot in key states and able to take a couple points with each third party, that is all the difference is changes the dynamics of the 2024 election. >> ned, do you agree with the angle that democrats are in a biden, a trick box with biden, they can't get rid of him, it is a nightmare with him. either way. >> i agree, they are left and seeing if biden will be able to keep shuffling along until november of 2024 and i think it is 50/50. i'm fully kwned if biden doesn't collapse, if they can keep him going, he will be the nominee. will they be able to keep him going? will they keep this charade going? gavin newsom, michelle obama? i think that is going to be interesting to see where we are in summer of 2024 and where
1:11 am
biden is, if he's able to physical lee be a candidate for the 2024 elections. >> i think newsom is pretty slick, he looks slick. he's a smooth talker. i don't know, you talk to people in the sec states, midwest, they love the idea of california, but they're not going to run to california. i don't think they will run to newsom for solutions, am i overstating that? >> if people know the facts, they will realize what a disaster california has become under the newsom. we can't rely on the media to tell that story. newsom has led california down the wrong path. i think people will go, we don't want california exported to the rest of the country and we'll not be voting for them. laura, i said this before and will say this again, regardless who the nominee is for
1:12 am
democrats, if republicans can conduct absentee in the battleground states, i think it will be donald trump. donald trump can win if we conduct a ballot chase correctly. >> multi-cultural, independents, women who want a better life, this is exciting time and i'm optimistic about this, ned. >> to be successful economically, this bidenomics is sad attempt to act like everything is going great when we know inflation has made everything expensive. gas is still $4 and mortgage rates have gone up and you get half the house you got three years ago. we all see what is happening. sorry i missed you in the studio, another story. where is biden getting all this money from? majority is from big donors. shocking, hollywood mogramercy park uls, tech billionaires and
1:13 am
fashion icons. jeffrey katzanberg, 1.7 million stood out for the amount and it brought his questionable china ties back into focus. according to jeffrey, he visited china every month for years while running dream works animation and in 2012, saw through a multi billion dollar deal with the chinese government to build a production studio shanghai. here is enes kanter freedom. he is not the first guy to do business in china. elon musk has major plants and business in china as do other fortune 500 ceos, but who do you think china wants to win?
1:14 am
trump or biden? >> i believe biden is the trojan horse, he is essentially extension into china. this guy said he used to travel to china once every month for the last 2-1/2 years. i'm so confused why our current administration wants to be in bed with china so bad. starting with our administration, look at hollywood, big tech eacademia, pretty much all run by the chinese government. instead of distance ourselves, why do we want to get in bed with biggest dictatorship in the world so bad? >> our worst enemy say it is biggest geopolitical threat. biden administration is so desperate to get back into china's good graces, watch this.
1:15 am
>> we are not attempting to stifle economic progress in china, that we have and want to continue to have deep economic ties. afterall, this year our trade reached almost $700 billion. >> she leaves out near record trade deficit with china. our industrial base is eroding, china's is humming and past where it was before the pandemic. she's trying to act like this is parity and trade, what a joke. >> exactly. i mean, the -- talk about is biggest dictatorship in the world, everybody knows about the human rights violations and the uyghurs and how they are brain washing 150 million americans with tiktok. everybody knows about the chinese spy balloon. >> money.
1:16 am
about money. we have to say enough is enough. >> biden donors are wall street and big tech. they need china business. donors are making decisions for the biden administration. ned, nees, thank you. house oversight committee conducted interview with another witness corroborating the whistleblowers in the case. jim jordan and james comer have exclusive details in moments. i can't wait, stay there.

1:21 am
>> laura: breaking just moments ago the house oversight committee >> laura: the house oversight committee conducted an interview with special agent assigned to the fbi wilmington office. the agent confirmed key portions of the irs testimony, including both secret service headquarters and the biden transition team were tipped off about the planned hunter biden interview. joining us is house judiciary chair jim jordan and house oversight committee james comer. this is wild, what else can you tell us? >> this confirmed key compoen notes of what the whistleblower
1:22 am
told in an interview. many have tried to discredit the whistleblowers. these two whistleblowers come in front of the american people and house oversight committee for six hours and the american people get to hear the truth from two credible people on the front line in charge of trying to find corruption within the irs. this fbi -- they were blocked every turn issue secret service tipped off the biden and the biden transition team. why would the biden team need to know? it adds credibility to the whistleblowers. >> laura: congressman jordan, we understand one whistleblower will reveal himself or herself later this week. what do you expect that will do
1:23 am
to the democrats attempt to smear this whole process? you know they are going to end up trying to smear the individuals. >> the two whistleblowers have been nothing but credible, today with the fbi agent confirming key parts of the testimony, that gives more credibility. comes down to who do you believe, biden administration or the two whistleblowers who have impeccable records, got performance reviews always outstanding. these two guys were the go-to team. who do you believe? these two guys confirmed by fbi agent or the fbi justice department? you will see that when they appear in the committee. >> lama: get your reaction between biden's former press
1:24 am
secretary and one of your colleagues. >> how concerned are you that james comer was the chairman of the committee knowingly, unknowingly working, co-opted by a foreign agent? >> the house oversight committee is suddenly compromised in serious way, legitimacy being eroded by tactics aadopted by chairman comer. >> laura: your reaction, sir? >> the tactics we're using, we are using evidence, something jamie raskin has no concept of and liberal media will not consider. we have biden bank records and bank violations from six banks that reported they felt like the biden family was laundering money through shell companies and they were concerned that
1:25 am
wires were from state-owned entities, thatten moos from the government, the chinese communist party. i don't think raskin or jen psaki can produce one thing that cannot be backed up by facts in hard evidence from bank record and bank violations for the biden family. >> laura: congressman jordan, you sent a letter to mark zuckerberg, which reads in part, given meta censured free speech, the committee is concerned about first amendment violations that will occur on the threads platform and according to fox business, you are strongly considering holding zuckerberg in contempt of congress, will you really move forward on this? >> if he doesn't give us the information, we will.
1:26 am
threads is using same as facebook used. laid out 86 pages and other big tech companies we don't want this going on, this is direct attack on first amendment and we want the information we asked for months ago. we can move ahead with contempt if we need to. >> laura: great to zoo you both, thank you. it is time for political palette cleanser. today it is a puppy party. yeah, hundreds of golden retrievers gathered in scotland to celebrate the breed's where the birds were first bred. oh, so cute. i hope no one forgot to put their dog's name on his or her
1:27 am
collar? all right, calling the dogs good boys may set off bilennials, they think misgendering should be a crime. we will explain. plus if you thought the musk versus zuckerberg fight was going to be huge, wait until you hear aboutinggraham verse s trudea. what did i do to tick off the canadian prime minister? i'll tell you next.
1:28 am

1:32 am
>> l >> laura: we've ruffled feathered up north, as in canada. justin trudea expressed outrage, canadian muslims are expressing strong disagreement to radicalize sexual teaching in schools. [cheering] >> leave our kids alone. leave our kids alone.
1:33 am
we supported trudea and now he is saying muslims are being brain washed. what is happening in schools is getting worse and worse and worse. he crossed a red line, our children are our red line. >> laura: rather than pushing propaganda things on kids, trudea pulls a hillary and blames vast right wing conspiracy. >> there is an awful lot of misinformation and disinformation out there. fuelled by the american right wing, spreading a lot of untruths. people on the far right stood against muslim rights in the muslim communities, they are weaponizing the issue of lgbtq. >> the angle was first to showcase muslim parents fed up with sexual indoctrination
1:34 am
squads and are now working to stop the madness. as far as trudea, he's in his job for one reason, his last name. well, maybe for another, maybe for his hair, it is pretty good. i love my canadian friends and it is a gorgeous place, we are not about to take lecture from people who allow china to directly influence their election or who push people to kill themselves or to turn truckers into public enemy number one. trudea is a rather silly man who touts multi culturalism, but wants dictatorship of ideas, anyone who challenges his sacred cows may be cancelled, pushed or in some cases, even jailed. nice try, justin. joining me is a canadian nhl
1:35 am
legend. theo, i was dying to talk to you, we were first to showcase muslims working here in the united states, trudea is trying to drive a wedge here, is he not? >> yeah, 100%. he's lost his own narrative and everywhere he goes, laura, in canada, he is being met with angry crowds, lots of nasty rhetoric going back and forth and yeah, we're in a really bad place and a bad state up in canada right now, all a direct result of trudea's ideologies and his divisiveness, it is disgusting. >> laura: the attack on the truckers we talked about, their
1:36 am
slow response to chinese infiltration in your elections and really we're trying to save canada from the chinese. we conservatives and he turns around and bashes us? no. we're not playing that game. but is there a building opposition in your political system enough to really put the conservatives back in some kind of contention? it seems like we are always disappointed there. >> well, the leader of the conservative party in canada is gaining momentum and he's getting big crowds at his events. we just finished stampede in calgary, the greatest outdoor show and all the politicians all came and were spewing rhetoric
1:37 am
throughout the last 10 days, but ultimately, we are headed toward communist dictatorship if we're not already there already. but hopefully in the next little while, we can get an election called, get a conservative government in power and then hold that con -- >> turn it around, yeah. i can't wait to see biological women playing in the nhl, looking forward to that happening. >> yep. >> laura: we got to roll, be back soon. with the new time slot is new segment, unreal reel. stories that seem fake, but actually aren't. this is from newsweek, misgendering should be a crime, according to limillennials, 45%
1:38 am
of those think using the wrong pronoun should be illegal. l.a. county district attorney was suspended for not using preferred pronouns of a child molester he was prosecuting. shae joins me now, i get george gascon is liberal at heart, now we have to worry about the feelings of a child molester? that is where we are in california? >> that's correct. i was suspended because i used -- i didn't use preferred pronoun of child molester when i presented evidence, james tubbs emo was going into public restrooms and attacks little girls. he was convicted and pled guilty, there is no dispute. when george gascon refused to
1:39 am
try james tubbs as an adult, he put him in a juvenile facility and tried to force me to recognize james tubbs as a female so he would be placed with little girls in a juvenile facility and telling him we were all being played and had recordings james tubbwas was faking it. i was suspended for not using the preferred proun nos. >> laura: this is in -- people watching this across the country, shaking their heads, throwing up their hands, what happened to the great state of california? golden state, go somewhere else state? shae, it is shocking, thank you for fighting and being there as a voice of sane people, you have an eshg normous amount of support, we'll follow this closely. thank you. kamala harris finds the rainbow connection, focus on something other than kid's

1:45 am
every time kamala harris speaks, you can expect something quite entertaining and disturbing. >> raymond: yeah, but now she's saying the quiet part out loud, listen. >> when we invest in electric vehicles and reduce population, more of our children can breathe clean air and drink clean water. >> raymond: reduce the population, laura, secret service may have quit the investigation of the cocaine bag too early. it was so bad the white house had to correct the transcript replacing population is pollution. this is the problem. she is a disaster, even among friendly crowds 55% disapproval rating, 53% in l.a. times poll and inability to community is big part of the breakdown in
1:46 am
koefls surrounding her. >> laura: "new york times" in november of 2019, she dumped out of the race, paraphrasing, they said it was one of the worst campaigns they had seen, people fighting with each other. that was just prefacing things to come. >> raymond: the staff is running out of the office and now the rainbow coalition push movement to -- kamala celebrated jackson, not before mispronouncing ap astolic. >> here i drove a toyota corolla, it was a fancy car for me. i had a bumper sticker in the back window. jesse jackson for president. early on, he had the audacity to
1:47 am
name this coalition the national rainbow coalition. think about that. he defined the rainbow, he was one of the first to define the rainbow. >> raymond: define the rainbow, she gets stuck in a phrase. is she saying jesse jackson founded the lgbtq movement? i don't know. they send her to friendly groups, this is not what joe biden needs at this moment, by a long stretch. >> laura: i would actually love to interview kamala. i'm inviting her on the "the ingraham angle" tonight in this new time slot, fun to have her on and just really talk.
1:48 am
drop everything else, why, why are you doing this? it is not your thing, go into fashion. not fashion, something else. >> raymond: in next two speeches, the largest teachers union, i got to get to this, nea just wrapped up their meeting in florida, got little coverage. this is the leader becky pringle laying out priority for the children. >> we are required to fight for fair and free elections and a woman's right to make decisions about her own body. this radical court struck yet another blow against our lgbtq+ community, that actually licenses discrimination under the first amendment.
1:49 am
nea, we all got sense. we all got sense. we all dissent and will change this world with that inner fire burning. we will never bend. >> laura: wait, wait, wait, wait. that? if republicans want to win in 2024, just play that speech, raymond, that will win the election. this is what your kids are being subjected to, rants and angry people, what a drafter. >> raymond: somebody needs xanax or exoricism. this is abomination and they give most of their money 50 million to the democratic party. where are our kids? how do they figure in?
1:50 am

1:54 am
1:55 am
>> the ukrainians are running out of ammunition. >> president biden: the ukrainians are running out of ammunition and weapons. they are running out of that ammunition and we're low on it.
1:56 am
>> laura: that reality won't stop the u.s. from sending more to ukraine, the country fires same amount of 155 millimeter artillery rounds in five days as we're able to produce in a month. this administration, they don't care. if you have any doubt who is running the war effort in ukraine, listen what john kirby said to shannon bream. >> make sure the production rate will stay elevated for a period of time, that is the central thesis of the discussion to get them to increase production and let them know we are serious about doing that for some time now. >> laura: jd vance joins me now. we get -- eisenhower knew a little about it. john kirby all but admits it.
1:57 am
>> yeah, that is exactly right, laura, pretty scary stuff when he says profit motive is motivating our posture in the ukraine. what is unbelievable, laura, those warning about this have been saying for a year and a half, posture in ukraine would deplete ammunition, the systems we need to fight the war and send to the taiwanese to focus on the chinese. president of the united states is saying the american people, we're running out of bullets, not making enough ammunition to arm our troops for war in the future and same people will continue to say we can send more, more, more to ukraine. stop supporting the ukrainian war effort until we have enough bullets for our own troop.
1:58 am
>> laura: get your reaction to something former president trump said yesterday. >> i know zelenskyy very well, he said our -- perfect. that is not enough to stop bombing ukraine. >> relationship very good with both of them, i would tell putin, if you don't make a deal, we will give them a lot, more if we have to. >> laura: senator, i know what he meant to say, some were worried because it seemed like that was lindsey graham speaking about giving them more and more weapons. what is your reaction? >> here is how i take it, president trump has been the lone voice in the wilderness crying, stop this war, it is not in our interest or anybody else's interest for this to continue. the way i took it, making obvious and simple point, americans we have leverage here,
1:59 am
leverage over russians, leverage over ukrainians, they can't continue the war unless we continue to support them. i think president trump is saying, use that leverage. we are the world super power, we can stop the fighting iffy woo want to. the idea this is russia and ukraine decision, is ridiculous. america has been important party from day one and before this war started, use our leverage and bring this war to a close. i agree with it. >> laura: sr. mcconnell and -- clear pov here, will the senate relent on the nonstop weapons to ukraine? >> not yet, laura, to be honest, not yet. 10 of us are pushing back, we need 51 to stop it.
2:00 am
best chance is to get a new president in 2024. >> laura: looking forward to it. that is it tonight, my voice held up, very excited. set your dvr and stay connected with us. remember, it is america, now and forever. feels good at this slot, jesse watters is next. >> todd: fox news alert, another obstacle could enter the presidential race as senator joe manchin keeps the door open for a third party run. >> i am in races to win, if i get in a race, i'm going to win. >> todd: asking independents how that could impact the election. >> carley: and dr. fauci's -- wants to
