you have got to wonder whether or not she is going to show up. i know that there are 43 democrats circulating a denunciation of jayapal's statement and it does include and there is a sign right there, it does include some progressive caucus members. the vote, ultimately on the resolution from texans pfluger, will be bipartisan. and undoubtedly overwhelming. >> ainsley: yeah there are a lot of jewish people that are democrats. you have like you said debbie wasserman schultz there are a lot of congress men and women who disagree with her because they are jewish and they know what the jewish penal have been through and what israel has been through. tlaib is skipping the speech, so is omar, so is bowman, so is aoc and jayapal. but she is the only one who says it's not a boycott. it's a scheduling conflict. she was the one who said it's a racist state and is now walking that back. tlaib accusing israel of committing apattern tied. mike pence said it's a disgrace.

right now, if you look at the polls, it looks like it's probably going to be a rematch between donald trump and also joe biden, the current president of the united states. if these trends hold; however there, san outfit called "no labels" it's a political group. what they're doing is essentially laying the groundwork for a th third party ticket. yesterday, up in new hampshire, you had joe manchin, who is a democrat, of course, from west virginia and jon huntsman and former governor of utah. they were together at a town hall. it was called the common sense town hall, obviously. and essentially they were floating this trial balloon hey, america, what do you think about a third party option? don't think trump. >> don't think biden. think us. watch. >> the common sense majority has no voice in this country. they just watch the three ring circus play out. >> why are people scared to have an option? why are they scared that they

ahead at the last minute and goth the watered down inflation reduction package and he alienated democrats because he continues to pushback against fattening the court and all the other things they wanted to do to ruin the country. mark levin looked at these two gentlemen and said they are just has been politicians, watch. >> they call themselves no labels. that's their label, is it not? they have a great platform. they don't know what they stand for. and you don't get to find out. only that they want to get things done. what i notice is these are basically washed up millionaire democrat, republican inside washington politicians who can't get elected by their own party. the problem in this country right now is we are getting too many things done. too many things done that are damaging our country, damaging our society. damaging the rule of law. damaging immigration. you got a lawless president in the oval office, who is signing executive orders. you have got lawless courts who are imposing their will.

6% of the people voting voted for a third party and then in 2020, only 2%. and most the people who voted for the third party in 2016 backed joe biden four years later costing. >> donald trump the job. >> ainsley: and ron desantis on a ticket? >> steve: that would never happen but that would be something. >> ainsley: they would never leave their party but that would be interesting. >> brian: but doug jones has been basically hired by the democratic party to down play no labels. they are scared to death of cornel west. can you imagine how scared they would be about for huntsman who would do damage in almost every state? and manchin who would do damage in some states, too, and together, they would chip away and when you see how many states where just a few thousand separating both candidates in 2016 and 2020, this absolutely should be taken dead serious what people have brought up is where have they gotten their money? be transparent where your money is coming from. they got a ton of it.

allegedly murdering sex workers and dumping their bodies on the beach near long island. even more haunting police found a portrait of a battered woman while searching his home. it appears to be a blonde woman. police taking it along with other bizarre items including a child sized doll that was stored in a wooden and glass case. former client of heuermann details a conversation she had with the suspected killer while driving him home a year before his arrest. she says, quote: at one point on the drive we talked about the gilgo beach murders. we even discussed the burlap and why someone would use that. in retrospect, thinking about that conversation, it's just bone chilling, end quote. political science say they named heuermann a suspect in 2022, so, at the time of that encounter and the google map photos he was already on their radar. despite all of this, he maintains his innocence. his attorney says, quote: there is nothing about mr. heuermann that would suggest he is involved in niece incidents. and while the government has decided to focus on him, despite

and that they were unaware of the risks at the time. these workers were exposed to lead used in telecom cables in infrastructure across the country. here to discuss the dangers fox news medical contributor dr. marc siegel. this is a troubling story. there are a lot of people that didn't realize that years ago when they worked with lead cables which in some cases left behind and according to the "wall street journal" leaching lead into the soil, into the water, these people were working

with the sodder. the lead sodder and lead cables and now all sorts of health problems and they didn't know they were in peril then. >> exactly. you made a couple of great points. it leaches into the soil and into the water. that means that kids can be exposed and we worry about kids a lot. one out of 40 kids, steve, end up with lead intoxication, overtime chronic. there is a million people die every year from lead. the ones we worry about the most are workers. they get the most exposure or have had the most exposure in lead cables, lead paint. plumbers get exposed to it. people work directly with lead. people work in gas stations. you also said another key pointed, people don't know because they don't know what these symptoms are. irritability is number one on the list. a tremor, feeling fatigued, feeling weakness. having trouble concentrating. that can be a lot of things. the good news is i can test for it. i can test for lead in my office. i do it all the time. it's a very simple test. and, of course, the e.p.a. and others can test for it in the
