devin archer would know that. will he give it. >> steve: stay tuned. 10 days ago u.s. supreme court struck down the biden student loan forgiveness program. they said you need authority from congress to do it. they were using the heroes acts, which is for members of military or firefighters after 9/11. biden administration applied that to everybody else. on friday, they announced 39 billion in student loan for forgiveness, which would being half a thrillion dollars and doing it under the higher education act of 1965. there is probably authority to do something like that, but there is no funding. the question to gregg jarrett, where is the money coming from?

kids. dad paid for all of that. we celebrated the day my brother celebrated college, dad put all three through school. and mom helped and bought all the groceries and they did it as a team. we are asking my dad to pay for someone else that has gone to college. now i know someone who has not been paying their student loans off, they had hiatus for two years, that person probably makes five times what my dad made growing up. >> brian: predatory lones, different conversation worth having. i get it. they go to michigan and say, it will cost $70,000, you want your kid to go to michigan, we will give you a loan, a parent loan. great. then you do the math, four years they graduate, whether they do or not, i can't believe the payment this 22 year old has to make.

great to see you. we have seen that house and it is bizarre, i want to get to that. can you bring us to one interaction that set you off with him, you had to set the rules? >> well, that was pretty much in the beginning when we first moved here, we came to a story and we are not used to having backyards. my wife would sunbathe and he would stand over the fence, he would say he is 6'4". he would try to start conversations with her. i wasn't home when he did this. my wife told me she was getting creeped out. i had a conversation with him, it wasn't pleasant. we spoke pretty harshly.

side, she kept to herself most of the time. when i spoke to her, just two or three word things. with rex, i had conversations with him regularly. the kids, i really always felt sorry for the kids. the son is a special needs kid who just got his first dog a couple weeks ago and the kid, it just brightened him up. he's a sweet kid and they always used him to do the garden work and plowing the snow and they kept the kid busy doing manual labor around the house. the daughter is a nice young girl that kept to herself, very quiet and shy and rarely i spoke to her. just hello and goodbye. the son, i did have conversations with, nice kid. i feel terrible for them. >> brian: so now your house, your block is a tourist
