oh, it's going to be on like donkey kong. bombshell about the hunter biden investigation. two whistle-blowers that worked on the hunter biden case are set to publicly testify before the house oversight committee tomorrow in what is expected to be an explosive hearing. one of the witnesses is supervisory agent gary shappley and the other has only been identified as mr. x. both of those agents claim the department of justice and the fbi protected hunter biden with special treatment. are we shocked? now, a new whistle-blower from the fbi is apparently backing their claims. the whistle-blower is a former special fbi agent this time and he supervised the federal investigation into hunter biden at the irs oversight, republicans spoke with the former agent yesterday. afterward the agent confirmed key portions of

the irs whistle-blower's testimony, including that both secret service headquarters and the biden transition team were tipped off about the planned hunter biden interview and that federal agents were told to stand by and not approach hunter biden. they had to wait for his phone call. as a result of the change in plans, irs and fbi criminal investigators never got to interview hunter biden as part of their probe. the agent's testimony is sickening and reveals the lengths to which the doj is willing to go to cover up for the bidens. now, house judiciary chairman jim jordan claims the evidence is mounting against the biden department of justice. watch. >> the two whistle-blowers have been nothing but credible. today with the fbi agent confirming key parts of their testimony, that gives more credibility. this is quickly coming down to, laura, who you going to believe, the biden justice department that say parents are terrorists, who censored

indictments regarding the former president, donald trump, all the way until the 2024 election, but this needs to keep going as well, so we've got two big issues here. we have the story of the biden family business and what corruption is alleged there, how they were making their money, this is a family that got very wealthy by being in public service and never explained how. we have all these allegations of corrupt foreign oligarchs giving them money and propping them, that's an important issue. even more important issue is our department of justice. we need to have a good system of handling allegations of law breaking that people can trust and these whistle-blowers who are now being corroborated by the supervisory special agent here, they're saying some very serious things about how our law enforcement and intelligence agencies have worked to protect one family at the expense of upholding the rule of law, and it is particularly a problem given that this same department of justice is also known for helping

coming? >> great question. a lot is at stake. not just if joe manchin runs for president, could be a spoiler for joe biden, he would be leaving his senate seat behind and republicans need one senate seat to change the majority. >> the reason joe manchin is involved, this is because he knows he won't win election in west virginia again. he is a democrat senator in a very red state, been pulling the wool over everybody's eyes whether he votes with democrats or not. he does 98% of the time. he likes to pretend to be more centrist than he is. the reason more people voted third party in 2020, democrats tried to keep the green party and other viable parties off the ballot, particularly in wisconsin and pennsylvania where they get tens of thousands of votes. so glad people are pointing out rhetoric about being fans of democracy when they're trying to limit people's options. but third parties will be a key player i think in 2024. oddly enough, the media didn't cover any third party candidates in 2020.

to where we're going and you're basically telling us sit here on this hot plane or you're not getting where you need to go. >> flight attendants began running up and down the aisles with oxygen tanks. you have got to be kidding me now. by the time they reached the gate, a number of people passed out. some had gone to the bathroom on themselves. babies were screaming. and passengers were told to stay seated as the paramedics boarded the plane. an ambulance eventually pulled up and the fire deputy also arrived. the producer saw at least five wheeled off the plane. passengers were told if they get off the plane, they would have to wait days to get back to atlanta. you heard that passenger saying how long they would be delayed. many chose to stay on the plane as it began to heat up over and over. stretchers started to be wheeled in after a total of four hours on the steamy hot plane. that's when they were finally let off the plane.
