frontrunner, who you were just describing, right now is a no. have you tried to talk him into it? >> i have. i think he should be on the stage. i want everybody on the stage that qualifies, obviously. but i do think it's two fold. one short-term you want to win the nomination. you got to get in front of those primary voters. but for me it's another part of it which is if you end up getting the nomination for any of these candidates, this is an audience of 20 million people, plus. >> steve: sure. >> why wouldn't we get in want from of them before we go against joe biden? joe biden has the legacy media on his side. leaving that opportunity aside and not getting on the debate stage is just more of an opportunity for joe biden to continue to get his message out. we have an opportunity to take up all the oxygen in the room and get on that debate stage and talk about the fact that eighth and fourth graders right now two thirds of them are not reading or math proficient. talk about 101,000 deaths of fentanyl. talk about our border. talk about the crime surge. talk about what we are going to do to turn this ship around

it's also about the general election because we are going to need independent voters and others to win the white house. this is where our conversation begins, and why would you walk away from 20 million-person audience. >> steve: indeed. the 20 million person audience is going to be watching fox august 23rd hosted by bret and martha and i got a feeling you're going to be there. >> i think i might be there. it's going to be exciting. it's in milwaukee where we are having the convention. of all the rnc members are going to be there it's going to be so great and we're excited to partner with fox and young america foundation and rumble. it's going to be great. >> steve: it will, indeed. ronna, thank you very much for joining us. >> thanks for having me. >> steve: you bet about. a quarter before the top of the hour and carley joins us and i don't see this very often. your lead story is about ufos. >> we have news, steve on ufos because they are causing serious problems for air force pilots in training, that according to the white house national security
