did with foreign entities and why didn't they register as the federal laws required. >> they didn't register. that's another violation. the president son and his brother have definitely committed the foreign agents registration act violations. that's a felony. >> sean: why weren't they charge? >> the irs whistle-blowers thought they should be charge for this investigation by the irs has been obstructed from the start and they have confirmed what i have been complaining about for months. biden lawyers, doj, fbi, they are doing everything they can to intimidate witnesses, to obstruct our investigation. just this week we had the transcribed interview with the retired fbi agent who confirmed what the whistle-blower said, right before he came into do the transcribed interview he got a letter from the fbi telling him not to cooperate with the oversight committee. there is example after example of the government stepping in,

operation has began, we rescued over 900 children from human trafficking and human smuggling. >> that's incredible. since march 2021, we have over 900 children under operation lone star. how many more thousands do you think just disappear? >> that is the sickening thought. we don't know how many more are getting beyond the border, coming into the united states of being traffic. labor traffic or sex trafficked. and sometimes very deplorable conditions. >> even with hhs, the federal government, there were over 85,000 children that have kind of disappeared into the fabric of america. we don't even know where they are at those other kids that were accounted for. speak with us through problem. how many kids are not accounted for. what's going on with them. our focus is on saving lives. >> how much worse doesn't get for some folks? does it lead to death? >> absolutely it does.

that's the tragic thing. don't know how many of those individuals are looking for a way out. we are trying to be the way out. it's a modern-day slavery. these individuals are here. they are not allowed to leave. some of them have had to pay large sums of money to get here to the united states. others are indebted to these criminal organizations. they treat these folk like a commodity. >> sean: last year, sara spoke with a human smuggler. look at this. >> what is it that we don't understand? what is it that is so bad about what is happening, especially when we think about the trafficking of human beings, the narcotics, that most people just don't understand. >> in the case of children, it really scares him to just see the reality they can go through. for him, it's pretty horrific to see how they are murdered in many cases. >> are they just so powerful now that it's going to be, it's

vast than anybody could even imagine. you have seen this. how bad is it? >> sean, it's horrifying. i am here in houston, one of the major hubs of sex trafficking and child trafficking in the united states. i am here at a park. people look like they are playing behind me. the weather has tapered down. but right here in this court order, children are being traffic. the cartels are battling over our highway system. the i-10 corridor which goes from california to florida, corridor 59, the texarkana corridor going away up into arkansas. you also have 45 which goes straight up to the middle of america to oklahoma. they are using all of these corridors to move children. we have been covering this for a long time and i've seen it with my own eyes. i've talked to some of their children that have come across the border. many of the young girls who lost their innocence, who have been

raped, children who have been sold. it's horrifying. the more tragic part is what the smuggler said, they are so powerful that over 150,000 children last year, unaccompanied minors, came into america. over 60% of those, over 60% have probably been sold into or the drug trade and slavery. that's how serious this is. there is power and money behind it and it's horrifying. >> sean: tom, the only way to describe this. child slavery is going on in this day and age in america and the numbers are massive. is that a fair statement? >> i have done the job for 34 years. i put a lot of traffickers in prison. the only thing that i'm depressed about is i did with them all in prison. but at 57 you have to retire, right? president biden and alejandro mayorkas are complicit.

they open the border up. when the border patrol gets pulled off the line, that's when trafficking happens. i made a promise to president trump. he comes back, i come back. we fix the crap and traffickers better run because we are coming for them. 2025, we are taking it back. 62% disapproval rating when it comes to have biden inflation. small businesses are also bearing the brunt of bidenomics, dealing with everything from higher labor costs to the credit crunch, soaring supply costs as well. shark tank star kevin o'leary has been sounding the alarm on all of this. he joins us now with more. kevin, good to see you. >> great to be here. >> sean: 60 plus percent of the american people living paycheck to paycheck. the average american is $54,000 in debt. i hear about americans, large percentage of them putting their necessities on credit cards and caching and pensions and great penalties just to make ends meet. that's not the reality that he seems to understand. >> let's talk about bidenomics has policy. this obviously was initiated through some very large programs.

around infrastructure for example. infrastructure act. inflation reduction act. i think printing money causes inflation. it doesn't matter what you call the act. i focus on 60% of the economy where jobs are created domestically. those big actas, like the chips act. their focus is the s&p 500. you're going to get billions of dollars to build a new plant and that's great but the s&p 500, only employs 40% of domestic jobs. the other 60% are small businesses and there's no bidenomics for them. i can't find a single program out of all of those billions of dollars to defend printed that was initiated from bidenomics. the only programs called the employee retention credit. he was put in place in 2020 and that is about to run out in 11 months. i have told everyone of my small

companies, listen, we've got a huge liquidity crisis. that's obvious. this was unintended. here's the big problem. when we have the silicon valley bank collapse and then the other two went under, all of a sudden regulator said wait a second pair we've got to look at and examine the 4600 small banks in america providing liquidity to small business. we may have to change their capital requirements. we don't know yet. we are going to prevent policy, those bankers are frozen right now so if you're doing 50 million in sales to walmart and you need a $5 million credit line, good luck. there is no bidenomics for you. you have to go to the shadow market. he used to pay 6% for that money. now you're paying 17 to 23. small business can afford that. i went up and down the hill last week in washington banging on every door, taking any meeting anybody would take with me saying listen, houston, we've got a problem here we've got to big problem. you've got to stop focusing just

on the big guys. you've got to look at the small guys. 60% of jobs. >> sean: you talked about silicon valley bank. we have fcic. everybody knows that they ensure up to $250,000. i know people that have that kind of money but they don't put more than 250,000 inside any one account because otherwise that money is not insured. in this case they paid out millionaires and billionaires and then the oklahoma senator, i forget which one actually said will people of my state the given that deal? no. why is biden bailing out millionaires and billionaires with that money? >> what was attempted to stem the contagion and it worked temporarily. what we face in the months ahead is the 4600 small banks have as much is 40% of commercial real estate on their balance sheets that the big banks don't have. those are going to be refinanced in the next 24 months.
