democrats tried to censor him and you can't make this up. we have the highlights straight ahead. tonight we are going to take a deep dive into the accommodations joe biden is taking and means as he is deteriorating from stairs to stages to the rigors of what should be an eight hour work week that is like a four hour work day and everything is becoming a struggle for your commander in chief. tonight there is something more troubling than biden's obvious decline for him and his family. there are real and growing concerns your president, the president of our country is compromised. the documented allegations of bribery from a trusted human

source has been released thanks to senator chuck grassley. its contents are devastating. we are going to break it down for you with john solomon, who will join us in a moment. before we dig deeper, remember this very important thing. this is not a story about hunter biden. it is not about jim biden. it is about the big guy himself, joe biden, a corrupt, career politician who is accused of public corruption on a scale this country has never seen before and having top officials covering for him. simultaneously going after his number one opponent, which we will also get to. this may sound complicated. it is not. the fbi and the doj did not want the house oversight committee to

see the 1023 form documents about several conversations between a oil giant in ukraine and a confidential source beginning in 2015. this source, they called a chs, was previously paid hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars by the fbi for other information he gave them. clearly the fbi believed he was a credible source. his documented by this 1023 f form. they paid hunter biden a massive amount of money to sit on the board. he had no experience in oil, gas, energy or ukraine. they wanted him -- they hired him to protect us through his dad from all kinds of problems. this included a proposed

expansion into the u.s. market, but according to the confidential human source, we have the document one of the big problems that burisma was facing stem from a prosecutor, victor, who was investigating the company and hunter for corruption. in early 2016, joe biden goes to ukraine, leveraged a whopping 1 billion u.s. tax dollars that was going to be given in loan guarantees and demanded in return, forced ukraine to fire the prosecutor and six hours before he left and they fired the guy. they fired him within six hours.

joe bragged about it on tape and hunter kept being paid a fortune, even admitting he had no experience. according to the claims documented in the form, help did not come cheaply. it cost $5 million to pay one biden and 5 million to another biden. he did not want to pay the bidens. he was pushed to pay them. according to these claims, they weren't paying him for his intellect or experience. the document refers to hunter as stupid. you do crack, you are pretty stupid. at one point, the ceo claimed his dog was smarter than hunter biden. did not make that up. they needed to keep hunter on the board so everything will be okay.

does that sound like a quid pro quo? we have the same situation in china. hunter is infamous on the whatsapp shakedown. he wasn't selling expertise. he was selling access to his father and in this case, a prominent chinese businessman. he said that is one of the secret at things. hunter continued i will make certain between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows in my ability to hold a grudge, that you will regret not following my direction. i am waiting for the call with my father. shockingly, the bidens has $5 million within a week, right after the message and that money

came from that guy's company. according to material found on hunter biden's laptop, his father, do to make 10% from one of hunter's business deals on the laptop again. he complained about having to fork over half of his income and salary to pops. there are pictures of biden meeting with hunter's forward and business partners. i don't work with the fbi, but it doesn't seem like joe played an integral role. here is the sad part. upper management and our fbi, not the rank and file, the brave people that put their lives on the line to protect our country, i am not blaming them, but the people at the top were protecting the entire biden

family. biden swore over and over when he was running he never ever discussed foreign business dealings with his son. why did joe live to the country about that? even the most pompous biden fan boy in the house and yesterday admitted joe knew all about his son's business ventures. >> you testified he said, that hunter told his dad, i may be trying to start a company or try to do something with these guys. >> that doesn't sound like joe biden was involved in whatever hunter biden was doing if hunter biden is telling him that he is trying to do business with them, does it? >> it does show he told his father he was trying to do business. >> that is true. he does try to do business.

>> he was doing more than trying. he was making a ton of money, millions of dollars, at the same time, he was not registered as a foreign agent. they charged paul manafort with that. he wasn't paying taxes on that money and he was deducting money spent on and club memberships according to the irs whistle-blowers. the fbi and the doj had little interest in pursuing these charges and as reported by the editor in chief, john solomon, the feds gave the biden family a heads up prior to an irs interview they planned with hunter and that interview was blocked and after a five-year investigation, started by the irs, they managed only to misdemeanor tax violations after felony tax violations and they

slowly walked to the point where the statute of limitations ran out on many years of money they were taking in. it is corrupt until you remember it is not about hunter. it is about your president, joe biden, and the lengths to which the federal government will go to protect their golden goose. they protected hillary, the bidens, and they charged donald trump with spitting on the sidewalk and jaywalking. the former intelligence chief believes the memo warrants a criminal investigation of the president of the united states, joe biden. i agree. without evidence, the white house is referring to all

of these charges and allegations as debunked. you never talked to his business partners and the fbi referred to the release of the form as unnecessary and dangerous. here are two break this down for us, investigative reporter justin and matt whitaker is with us. thank you. we now have the preformed, john solomon. you have written on this. we have a trusted fbi informant. hunter is hired by marie smith to use his father to help protect this company from the investigation that was ongoing. they thought he was dumb and stupid and dumb as a dog.

>> it is known as unverified intelligence from a reliable source. we later learned that was a bad piece of information. the fbi started to look into it. the first thing is did money change hands? yes. at a pace it would be consistent with a $5 million payment. was joe biden referred to in any other documents? they found that in the china deal. did he ever say his father did something for marie's mother? they found him in the documents. they had begun corroborating this information.

it moves from unverified to a point where it justifies investigation. at that point, the fbi stood down on the evidence and the 2020 election occurred. what we do know is there is a significant trail of evidence. >> marie small holdings hired hunter to have his father protect the company. they feared the probe would stop its efforts to get publicly traded in the u.s. there was a lot of money on the line. paris' men knew hunter biden had no experience and they sought

additional counsel. the chs believed payments made to the bidens illicit in nature. it is not happening. we will put it up on the screen in a minute. there are so many allegations. i am trying to understand. how is of the fbi had all this information for a long time and did not act on any of it? how is that they allowed the statute of limitations to pass? how is it that agents and whistle-blower agents had to come out and tell us the truth and risk their life and career and an fbi agent had to do the same? >> based on everything we know, it is clear to me the fbi lacked an interest and curiosity.

the question is, why? who decided there was no desire to investigate these to the fullest extent of law. it has always troubled me because they were investigating the resort for criminal acts. joe biden gets him fired and the investigation against marie's mother who hunter biden is closely associated with goes away. that should make the fbi want to get to the bottom of this but they decided not to and that is beyond malpractice when it comes to criminal investigations. >> let's talk about the legal aspects. he feared that the prosecutor's probe would stop the efforts.

they are paying a fortune to hunter. the chs believed the payments made to the bidens. he covered his tracks on the biden payments he knew the associates called him the big guy. he began receiving information as early as 2017. can you explain what is going on at the department of justice. >> we have reported that it looked like bribery and extortion because hunter biden was on the company's payroll pocketing millions for doing
