10:01 pm
what if you inside feel that you are female? what is she or he talking about? and cocaine. sharksg . if you want something sweptt under the rug, all you have to do is call it a biden. >> whetherrug just it's the lapr the classified docs in chinatown, democrats can neverca seem to verify anything. and now that the smokingerify gn fbi documents out alleging the bidens forced $10 million in bribes, that ukrainians, democrats can't ignore it canno anymore. >> so they've come up with some of the most radicat ignorel lisu and hilarious excuses we've ever seen. >> msnbcs saying the fbi informant is just hard of hearing. i >> frankly, in reading it,t there are even some things that tht in translatione between the russian that was being spoken by this informantru
10:02 pm
referrin with the sources that he's referring to and the translation of that russian. so it's not exactly a clean win or losa clean s for anyone.nyon absolutely, ali. the highly credible, multilingual extremely trustworthy, longtime confidential fbi informant, probably hard of hearing. >> he probably misheard the ukrainiahen and saying thath they bribed the bidens. he misheard them every single meetinought thg and every single conversation for three years. >> i get iconversat. the media is having a hard time wrapping their heads around the biden bribery bombshelping they couldn't believe the ukrainians would hire hunter biden to protect them through dad. hunter's a lawyer. he went to yale.da there's no way ukrainians would call him stupid. i >> even if he's losing his crack pipes, laptops and guns everywher laptoe, he'st stupid. he's just disorganized. thist stupid is now the 10th pen connecting the bidens to bribery. nnectingcan the media connect ts yet? >> the aim ogef all thist imme t
10:03 pm
to connect the dots. it's just to throw out a whole bunce t toh of dots that don't connect, just to throw me just to try to create this atmosphere around president biden that he must g wrong, somethin trying to create an atmosphere around the president, that he must hav: tryie done something . that sounds a lot likewron the russia hoag.x. eu eugene, let me connect a fewew dots for you. e a pedotsn. you draw it from the laptop to the text to the emails to the banm thk records, to the whistle blowers, to the eyewitnesses, to the fbi informants, to the photographers and to the voicemails. >> and finally, the nicknameers the big guy. >> c i'm going to connect the bigger. eugene, you ready inon a biggere your reporter? supposed to be curious, cynical. if the ukrainian be is havee 17 tap 17 tapes of the bidens talking bribes plus bank records and the president biden has sent ukraine billions of dollars for, quote, as long as it takes. you think the president's beings blackmailed? well, we kno being blackmaw he'g
10:04 pm
blackmailed by the fbi, but is he being blackmailed by ukraine? eugene, you've always wondered trump was being blackmailedm by the russians, but he nevere sent $100 billion to moscow. bunet the ukrainians have dirt on biden, and he empties our treasury into kyiv. you don't want to maybe try to connect that dot. you're right. we can't verify it. but what we're doingt ve over he is called journalism. we're trying to verify it. we're connecting dots. eugene's a journalist, right? and he's not even tryingnot to practice his craft. and get thistr t, the media went from let's hire 87,000 irs agents and all have them strapped to the irs hires agentc just a bunch of liars. >> you've got these otheh .reser people who are supposedly these irs informants who basically get up there and go, yeas infort was actually donald trump that when i was complaining it was donald trump who wascompla president then and it was trump's irins and trump's justie
10:05 pm
department in 2018. >> and and here we have the document again. >> that's complete nonsense. : a has grown up and following the news, the fbi and the justice department have been out to get trump for seven years. >> trump's fbi tried to take him out with the 25th amendment. trump's fbi buried the laptop to help biden win. trump's owp byn justice departme appointed a special counsel to investigate them for a crimei they knew he didn't commit. yeah, joe, you're right. >> the hunter biden irse investigation started under donald trump. you're right. and then they immediately moved donathen, where it went nowhere for six years. and what does he mean? supposedly these irs informantsy ,they're irs whistleblowers with pristine records. tle-blowone of them is a democ. >> why would a democrat irs agent lie about hunter woducting from his taxeswhy wo? are you telling me that's notul something hunter would do?
10:06 pm
>> but here's an even better excuse. listen to this one. >> mf the conduct they were talking about was an election year where the subject's fatherr was on the ballot. so the, quote, slow walkinwas og that they talk about was actually done by bill barr's justice department because of election year sensitivities. >> so one election year slowsie. an investigation down by fivewn years. goldman's bad at math. soy is in politics. i get it. that's why i'm in tv. but i didn't knois in pow electn years were so sensitive for the department of justicestice because they spied on trump's campaign during an electioben year. trump was impeached during an election year for zeroing in on bidenn corruption, and now trump's on trial in three separate cases. >> when yeah, it's going to beco in an election year. seemyes likear. the department f justice gets a lot done in election years when trump's the targettion yea. >> but jake tapper thinks all presidents families are treated the same. >> do you thintek that
10:07 pm
it's possible that because this was the president's son, there were extra sensitivities and extra protocols because of that that would have been extended to an investigation of a republican president, son or prdaughter as well. >> extra sensitivities and protocols. ies >> the fbi interfered in bothoc? trump's election 16 and 20 and the trump family, two sons, a daughter and a son in law, sat through dozens ofdozens depositions, handed over thousands of documents thd communicat oe. >>ro for a two year investigatin from a crime that didn't exist ,don jr almost got indicted for taking a worthless meeting with the russian while hunter was taking hundreds of meetingsr with, i don't know, russians, romanians, chinese, ukrainians, mexicans and taking home millions of dollars aftekingr the meetings and after his dad got involved and no one knows why did the trumps ever get tipped off to raids? >> because hunter did
10:08 pm
the justic be department blocked search warrants for biden's properties, but the feds rummaged through melania's underwear drawer with impunity, like b bunch of purves all up in baron's bedroom. sensit >> ah, those are the kind of extra sensitivities and protocols that first families deserve. jake tappefamiliesr there's onle person here with privilege. >> when we wrap this report up. hunter biden is going to have between six and ten criminal referrals. he violaten sid the foreign aget registration act. he was money laundering. he was racketeerinheg. he committed wire fraud. he violated the mann act. the listviolat the goes on and . but yet he gets a slap on the wrist. and the democrats want to talk about, oh, the two tier system of justice is racewant. >> it's in america. well, hunter biden is the ultimate white privilege guy. l hunter should be in prison today, but he's not. so where is heprison? hunter's in malibu with the guy who picked up his bill for 2 million with the irs is sugar brother. that's kevin morris, the sugar
10:09 pm
brother ripping bong hits offe his balconsugay while hunter's inside. >> hunter's got a plea deal around the corner where he's supposed to stay clean or go to prison. doeso st hunter seem like he's going to stay clean? fresh off a bag of coke left at the white house. you'd think hunter wouldn't want to be spotted by a bomb. this is not a classy family. >> and this was a family wide scandal. this wten biden family members m alleged to be taking bribeils, but investigators were obstructed from pursuing leads . couldn't go anywhere near hunter's daughter, naomi, who is going to ukrainiad cannod meetings with hunter, couldn't talk to joe's sister. >> silen.with hunt val, who huns sending cash to. >> and they weren't even allowere notd to mention joe bis name when hunter was threatening the chinese to pay up or his dad was going to get angry, they were told thatda was off limits. the democrats say the american voters that don't care ift care politicians are corrupt. >> i the circus has come to towe
10:10 pm
with the house gop. >> and what's dangerous aboutis this dan is that the american people and their needs are not part of their agenda and they want to focus on this political theater. >> democrats wasted two years on january six, political theater. they used hollywood production crews while american voters were begging them, do something about the border inflation and high crimet thn, and. and this was after the democrats wasted years the s warolitical theate with russia. now, i've been covering this biden corruption story fortion o a while now, and i can feelfeel it's finally breaking throug thu what about you? let's turn it over to former fbi fbi agent stuart kaplan. is this breaking through? to tell you,got jesse, this 1023 form that was j releasedes that stated june 22n,
10:11 pm
26th of 2020 is explosive. it's detailed with facts. it als wo brings a little bit of some light to how many other potential investigations that are ongoing, even though they are redacted. you can tell that case files, subheading in case files have been redacted. eut what was most telling to m is when you get to the end of the page for this agent who isen telephonically interviewing this confidentiat whl human souo was so taken back byur the information he receivedon on the 26th that he called this confidential back on the 29th. and that's when he details the conversation with respect respg there are 710 alleged recordings between the bidens. i can tell you right now that agent would have gone back to the office after that final phone call would have said set all these investigative leads out throughout the various entities
10:12 pm
to go interview those individuals, retrieve those recordingsdo, and certainly continue to build a case. bu and of course, with respect to the facts that the bidens had received two payments in the amount of $5 million. that is what the emphasis wason with respect to having the irs presen t on this front stage, because we follow the money. but the fbi, they close that door on the irs and did not share this very important information. >>n. who has these 17 tapes ofoe the bidens talking bribes? did the fbi get them? are they still in ukraine? what do you think? >> well, look, i would hatee tot to think well, look, jesse, let me put ihit succinctly and baset upon facts, there is no doubt that the fbi continue continue to conduct an investigation to ascertain and locate and try
10:13 pm
to retrieve those recordings. retrn take that to the bank. i can sleep well and tell you that the fbi did do that. you asked me whether or not they obtained those taper nos and those tapes were buried or destroyed. that would be something that b would be so harde for me to wrp my head around, because that would then bring the end to thef fbi. >> but when i look abi,t all of the information that has come out and this is like a slow process of dribs and drabs of the releasing of these documents, i'm not so surerele i can any longeras give thebenei benefit of the fbi as to whether or not they would havet gone or would not have gone to that extent to have gotten those recordings and destroyed them. >> would the fbi be blac destk mailing joe biden if they have the tapes? what would they be doing what with them besides sitting on them? >> now, i don't think that i
10:14 pm
the fbi would be in a position to use those tapes in a measureo to blackmail joe biden. th but given the administration, the current administration and the administration that was there during this time, itthat e would not surprise me that the agents were able to locate and track down those recordings and make those recordings disappear or got those recordings. and we will never, ever see them in the lighd we wt of day.s i don't see them using that as leverage against the bidens because that's a double edged sword. because asertainly, too, would bring the end to the fbi. >> all right, stewart, thank you so much. he as always. >> have a great week. always my pleasure. you, too. coming u.p, biden lying again. g also, kamala harris thinks florida schools are teaching that slavery was good. they insult us in an attemptslit

10:21 pm
you don't have to fact check every racial hoax from msnbc , and i usually don't. if i did, i do it for the whole hour. but now that the vice president is involved, kamala harris, i to do it. so here's how it got started. florida's board of ed came out with their new black history curriculum. prime time looked at the curriculum e. it's rigorous at the depth that it should be like that. it covershould bs the darkest pf american history, how were shackled and trafficked from africa, broken by their masters and forcedic from into atrocious conditions. but that's not all it covers. it's a brutally honest depiction of american slavery. the institutio honesn. herefo >> and therefore covers slavery from the perspecrem tht of of te instead of just from the perspective of the master. >> the curriculum includes how black wer thee able to use their experience in some cases to make their brutally hard lives better. >> the course examines the various and trades performed by like agriculturala work, painting, carpentry,
10:22 pm
tailoring, domestic service, and ksmithing instruction includes how developed skills ,which in some instances could be applied for their personal benefit. that's the section everyone's freaking out aboute sectat, espy kamala harris. >> just yesterday, the state ofh florida, they decided middle school students will be taughtl that enslaved people benefited from slaverynefi. they insult us in an attempt to gaslight us. and we will not stand for. >> no one is arguing benefited. from slavery. hat. no one is saying that it's not true. k >> they're teaching how black people developed skills during slavery. >> in some instances, that could be applied for their own l personal benefit. i mean, kamala, don't you know what florida's teaching its students? >> the twos
10:23 pm
people wrote florida's african-american history curriculum to. >> african-american ph.ds are standing by it. here's what they say. any attempt to reduce t.o, just victims of oppression, fails to recognize their strengtimh, , courage and resilience during a difficult time in american historycouragring a. florida students deserve to learn how took advantageflof whatever circumstances they were in to benefit themselvesci and the community f african descendants. >> but kamala harris, agained today, even after this has been explained, attack florida. >> we are imperfect and we mustw be honest about thatabout to understanthd then our historh where we've been and then have a north star in terms of whereih we must go.e we t >> we agree. we have to be honest. american history is complicatedo and it's worth having a conversation about, especially aboutry how to teach it. as long as we can all agree to the full story.
10:24 pm
bungee tot we can't have an hont conversation with the likes of kamala harris or the likesh th o msnbc, they don't want an honest conversation. wh msnbc,y? >> kamala harris so dishonest about how black history is taugh about howt. h is she ignorant and hasn't read the curriculum? is she just being handed not rea points by staff or does she not want african-american history taught way? >> does she not want students to learn how resilient and capablt e black americans were during slavery and afterwards? what is were durins kamala harr? >> what they are doing is theyte are creating these unnecessary debates. this is unnecessary to debate d whether enslaved people benefited from slavery. >> are you kidding me? ar are we supposed to debate that or is cooper is the author of chairman of project 21. >> all right. so, horace, do you think kamala harris knows the curriculum at all? and some staffer just told ao sa
10:25 pm
her to say what she's saying? well, first, let me say thank you for having me on in this week of your new time. and secondly this reminds me of the don't say bill, where we completely mischaracterize for our own purposes what is happening in the state of florida. i don't believe the vice cares president cares. i don't believe the vice president is interested in the truth about the curriculum. the vice president is in cr more interested in creating a wedge. it is essential that if we have courses on america's history that we tell the whole story and the whole story about slavery is one that it beganthai slavery began eons beforegan sl avthe existence of america.e it's also true that from 1500
10:26 pm
to 1700, there were more europeans being hel 1700 d >> then there were blacks. it's also true that it wasalso u unjust and unfair to when it happened in america. bu t america like the wholeica like western society ultimately rejected it and now to beo be black is to be in america. >> and one of the mostt successful opportunities for any human being on the planet. >> it's interesting that s you can say that. do ynd kamala harris, i don't think believes that. >> do you think kamala harris believes the real history of american slavery or is she just ignoring it in order to score i pointst to? sco well, of course, she's trying to score points. se sheyou mentioned the resilie people, black americanths have
10:27 pm
been highly resilient, just like the pioneers that came to this country. black americans, even during the depravity of slavery, were to take the skills that they had to acquire and resources, but they often used to pay to free. ofere's their spouses or the mother of their children, or even some of their children. in fact, a real narrativ e ofativ slavery in america will alsoaven mention that some 10 to 12% of all holders in america from 1790 to 1850, when black again, we need a whole story, not one that divides us, can't be afraid of history. >> horace thant one thk you so h and have a great weekend. than a greatk you. >> you ready?
10:28 pm
the biden administration is now claiming they're doing a great job at the borde r and they're are claiming border crossers are way down. clnow the media is printing the propaganda. >> you ready? unlawful souther as printn border entry is down 70% from record highs since the end of title 42. it came up on the five the other day. watch. they released the numbers. border crossings have plummeted . so we heard we've never seen sor many people are streaming across the border. >> where did they all go? they're just where's the next caravan? they're counting at different like one tow instead of altogether just counting lik it differently. >> that's what they do. that's what they are. okay. so if you readt politico, she's right. but we don't just read politico . we look at the facts. sometimes number s lie. and more often than not,e politicians do. they're mis counting on purpose. ing on100,000 crossed the borden illegally last month. burdert doesn't count all of the border crossers who showed
10:29 pm
up at ports of entry and use biden's little open table app for migrants. remember, the app chose not countingopentabl them. so if you have an appointment and you go to a port entry and then cross the border illegally. yeah, that's a border crosser. t joe just legalized crossings int order to drop the numbers. plus, thousands get flown in right from venezuela, cuba, haiti and nicaragu from vea bece biden is paroling them with an executive order. he's also not counting them either. he's literally flying borderd no crossers into the country. and not counting them as border bord. rscounting so the real number is not 100,000. it's 170,000.t is >> so don't tell me the migranti crisis is getting better. >> joe biden's just finding out upw ways of sweepingtting be itr the rug. >> up next next..., sharks are g and they're high on cocaine.
