biden this has someone who has a more zealous view of view. pete: to disagree you have a chance to tack to one of those whistle-blowers? >> that doesn't line up with what gary shapely said and joseph ziglar and he said that both said those whistle-blowers that was a meeting a conversation in august of 20 -- 2022 i believe it was that they all agreed that sounded like the prosecutors and the agency investigators there were numerous felony and misdemeanor charges they thought were appropriate for moving forward. he was shocked later when these guys were forced off the case and it ends up in this plea deal he thinks doesn't match facts at all. this is a guy who's a lifelong democrat host openly said i'm part of the lbgtq community i'm married to a man a lot of people on my side of the aisle who are not happy i'm doing this but i was raised to do what i think is the right thing, and it's not just that we disagreed with attorneys or prosecutors we thought in the phone call we were all on the same page and we

♪ ♪ pete: as new york pushes its further green agenda it's taking a hit on residents and commuters let's turn to the wall and see the cities latest controversial easts and why does it matter we're talking about new york city? because a lot of what starts here ends new your big city, or town near you. bad ideas immigrate across the country so first thing is, banning emissions and banning gas stoves they want to be part of a net zero emission by 2050 here in new york city. so of the 50,000 buildings, they think they'll get 40% by 2030 and all of them by 2050 apartment that have means banning natural gas stoves and furnaces in any new builds here in new york city. by the way the city expects about 4,000 build lings fall short on those stements maybe buildings then what do they face foreclosure, fines? big problems for people who manage those buildings and have to -- keep a balance sheet.

outreaching and student government leadership is bioand socioimportant for college campuses it is why i -- ran for president because there was no organizations on college students and you get to open up chapters of whatever conservative organizations you can get so it is important to put resources behind students to represent government. recruit leaders and open up these conservative organizations that do voter registration. rachel: it's hard to compete with free tuition to pay off student loans but i have children who are conservative minorities who went to liberal universities, and said they had zero outreach from the gop and tons of engagement on nonstop from in democrats especially and election time you make a great

point abraham on that. gop also made inroads by the way with hispanics with women during mid-tomorrows despite falling short of the expected red wave. so what do you account that to and how can the gop sort of capitalize on these gains. >> rachel, something we're not talking more about is the fact that this past midterm election republicans had the best performance with hispanic voters in midterm election and cut the democrat threshold by more than half and when you talk to hispanic voters south texas, central arizona even in california -- and south florida and you talk to hispanics that they'll completely outcast by democratic party. more so when the party has a open border, latin x by the way we see less than 2% approval ratings from hispanics you get to alienate voters but i think more importantly we saw a record number of hispanics go out and

share their story as to why they want to protect the american dream. candidates and now lawmakers -- in texas in tucson, arizona, and in l.a., california, miami-dade, florida these are deep blue seeds that were flipped by conservative hispanics because hispanics know it how to share the policies, and they also look like a community and sound like a community and they've got backing from the republican party so now the question is as a party, is republican party beginning to be okay with just sitterring at 30% points or 30% approval rate for hispanics or making a try to get the hispanic vote. it is not enough to say well hispanics aren't conservative and they'll come to the party eventually. just this summer joe biden announced a granddaughter of chavez who is a really, really active organizer and hispanic --

asked his presidential campaign manager, you know he also saw relaunch of bernie sanders with over 37 million dollars to support latino voters and announce the advisory counsel. now that's on offense come to the presidential election here and excited to see some of the ideas and from the republican candidates when they support and persuading over the hispanic vote. rachel: kevin mccarthy deserves a lot of credit he put dollar behind races in these hispanic districts and -- huge gains were made in some in important victories. he deserves credit for that. but again it comes down to faith, family, work, american dream is as you mentioned it is simple to win over hispanics highly persuadable if you have the right message, and i guess joe biden's economy is helping people wake up as well. so the missteps there.
