election. that's big. that's a big deal. that didn't happen. he was exonerated with the mueller investigation. look at this, this is possibly hunter biden using his dad's influence and trading money for policy. >> lawrence: so, it looks like according to jack smith, finally the allegation is that president trump attempted to destroy evidence and it looks like the court attempted to get the video footage there. there was never a subpoena for the footage. they are saying that they were going to get the subpoena. i just think that's a lot of spinning right there because i know that the court, as well as the department of justice, wanted hillary's information that was on her server and it was destroyed and all those cell phones were destroyed. so i just want to understand the legalese around all of this.

jonathan. >> ainsley: good point. >> lawrence: jonathan turley who is very smart on this, has some words. let's watch. >> it's fairly common for the doj to go after low hanging fruit. the idea is to hit him with an indictment. concentrate their minds. see if they will flip for the government. you know, it's an indication that they still want or need those ines a eyewitness account. presumably witnesses connected to the movement of the material. we know the material was held at various locations. so they would have some knowledge about that movement. but i agree with andy, as you do superseding indictments and you add parties, it just gets a lot tougher to stick the landing on that trial date. i mean, you are getting -- this is going to push things back. it's going to make things a bit more complex. >> lawrence: we just witnessed a judge tell the department of justice and ask the question: has there ever been a deal like

this? is there any precedent for this. >> joey: about hunter biden. >> lawrence: with hunter biden and they said it was unprecedented. we laid out the case how other people have gotten stiffer deals and all. this we have that same department of justice. even though this is a different special counsel, that's involved with this' they are still going after low hanging fruit with donald trump. >> joe: what jonathan turley was saying there. the way i interpret it. this specific set of charges, three more brooke just told us. not that they think it's going to stick. a tool they use turn people closer to donald trump's movements. both have been with him it sounds like for a really long time. one being a valet, another valet promoted to some other position. and it seems like they are using this as a tool to intimidate them to turn on president trump and maybe reveal private conversations. private movements and some of the other charges. you get up to 41 charges. you are throwing everything at the wall either hoping something sticks or hoping to make a plea

triangulate the phone to her house. >> joey: you find out obviously it's a prank or at least not a serious matter. you are no longer looking for a suspect. what's the next thing you do here? i think most people sitting at home go hey this was a really stupid thing to do but from your perspective it's a dangerous thing to do. >> it's a dangerous thing to do. these calls can result in somebody being killed or severely injured. and hoping people understand that and school is starting up and we will go through the same thing again with dozens and dozens of threats and we will be arresting middle coolers calling in active shooting calls or a plot to shoot up a school bus. these kids got to get it. this tiktok challenge, youtube challenge can get you arrested and get somebody severely injured or killed. >> joey: when you talk about this being a youtube, tiktok, instagram, snap chat this is a completely different world when i grew up making prank phone calls to somebody with a funny name in the phone book. this gets really dangerous. are there any proactive steps

that either parents at home can use or you are all using going into schools saying hey, here is an example of what not though do and here is why? >> yeah. great question and, yes, we are. you know, last week we had an incident where a 12-year-old thought she was chatting with a 16-year-old turned out 29-year-old male who forced himself on her. so what we are doing is starting roadshows throughout the county starting monday. we are begging parents to come. we want to inform them and show them what their children are doing on the internet. how you can protect your child and what crimes they can be charged with whether they go down this road of following these challenges. >> joey: i know you work at the local level and in my opinion that's the most important level. from your perspective and experience, should congress or the federal level be doing anything to curtail minor's access to these platforms? >> yeah. absolutely. as a father and a grandfather, we have to do it. we are so far behind the 8 ball on what social media is doing to our children and the path that it's leading them down. the federal government has to

family research counsel jennifer bow entestified at yesterday's hearings and she joins us now good morning, jennifer. >> good morning. good to be with you. >> ainsley: we watched the testimony throughout the day on the fox news channel we heard different opinions one mother we are have a strong christian family my child we always knew she always wanted to hang out with the boys. later in life she was the only girl on the football team and she wanted to be -- she said she wanted to be a boy. we felt that was comfortable for our family and she told a glowing story about that child. then we heard from someone who had to de-transition. she had a terrible experience with it. because she said she wanted to be a boy. she had operations. are early, 15 years old. suicidal after that. and she went through her whole experience and how terrible it was. so we heard both sides yesterday. what was your message and what was important to you? what was the message you wanted to get out? >> i think the most important thing that we need to look at here is we are talking about

kids. and we don't have room to get this wrong. we need to have the best scientific studies to support any kind of practice that involves, one, social transition which would change a person's psychology and developmental process and we don't know what outcome that has on kids for outcome on kids. two, we don't know the long-term effects of some of these drugs. we know. so effects that are very bad for people's physiology. but. most importantly, we really need to have the best quality research and we don't have that with this particular i say quote, unquote, intervention because it's really at the experimental stage. i made a list of should be answered at the very beginning

of any kind of intervention and here we have unanswered questions that are really basic like why -- why are young girls identifying with gender dysphoria when it was typically young men? and we could go on and on. but here, the basic fact of the matter is, we're using a very invasive practice without good research and the compassionate thing to do is actually take a step back and look at the research. whether you agree with this ideologically or not, the research is the most important missing element in this practice. >> joey: jennifer, if we take a step all the way back, one of the terms used is gender dysphoria. it seems like people on both sides take further action argument kind of agree on that being some sort of psychosis or state of mind. can you explain like the entire field is on that and what your recommendation is on that? >> right, so, in most cases, when we have someone who is
