under investigation. >> reporter: yeah, you have these two kind of significant developments that are going to happen tomorrow, both sides of the political spectrum. i wanted to start here in washington where you do have devin archer, the former business partner of hunter biden, he's set to testify before the house oversight committee that is again tomorrow and archer is expected to describe how he witnessed then vice president joe biden sitting in on numerous calls with his son, that's despite the fact that president biden has said he was never involved in his son's business dealings. this testimony will be closed door and republican congressman pat fallon describes what he hopes to learn from the former burisma board member's testimony. >> we're going to have a transcribed interview, as soon as the transcript is done and released publicly, it's very important because the question that we're trying to ask in the oversight comm committee, we knw that hunter biden is engaged in criminal activity and a is corrupt. but is his father, is the president of the united states a national security risk, is he

president, a count of willful retention of national defense information and two new obstruction counts. he is expected to appear at 10:30 tomorrow in the miami courtroom. we'll be there for it. back to you. will: thank you, alexandria. when it comes to the hunter biden investigation, it's important to remember the standard that's set. what is not just the allegation, but what is the denial. let's look back at what joe biden has said and what he maintained throughout when it comes to his relationship with hunter and his business dealings. >> mr. vice president, how many times have you ever spoken to your son about his former business dealings. >> i've never spoken to my son about his business dealings. >> the president said he never spoke to his son about his overseas business dealings. is that still the case. >> yes. >> i'm curious if the white house and the president still stand behind his comment that he's never been involved and has never even spoken to his son about this. >> i've been asked this question a million times.
4:04 am
the answer is not going to change. the answer remains the same. the president was never in business with his son. rachel: famously in the debate remember there was the 50 former intelligence officers who signed a letter saying that the information on the laptop which talked about these business deals, that was russian disinformation and of course in a very important moment in a debate a month before the election he was able to say that was russian disinformation, there's nothing there and of course now we know that wasn't, that there really were deals, that millions of dollars have been exchanged and it looks like he was involved. douglas: when the white house spokesperson kjp said that, you can't help laughing. she says i've been asked this a million times. i think you're going to get asked it a million more times because there's a million more questions to come, just from this week, the court in delaware. it's admitted that hunter biden had what is it $8 million undeclared of foreign payments. i sort of think even a family as

4:06 am
various members of the biden family. that's an incredible amount of suspicious activity, an incredible amount by any standard and now laptop is now showing that hunter may have stored joe biden's conversations with him on encrypted messaging apps, i think he had -- i don't know how many different apps, how many different times they've been downloaded. a person familiar with research told the new york post we know he downloaded the app wicker, from 2012 onwards, i think that's where you'll find joe biden conversations, there's no trace of wicker on the iphone or laptop which means he was very secure with it. rachel: you know youen crypt yt all your conversations with your mom and dad. that's just standard. will: amazingly so, to be honest. rachel: it's super suspicious. douglas: the most suspicious thing of all, if anyone -- a foreign government or foreign company was foolish enough to

purely political point of view with all the drama and all the accusations and charges with hunter normally a president, any politician would say let's keep him away from us for a while and yet hunter's been at his side on his trips, flying to delaware with him and i've always said the reason is that joe biden is afraid of hunter. hunter -- if hunter goes rogue and feels alone as your guest says, i don't think this is good for joe biden and yet the political forces around them are -- they're all designed to protect joe, not necessarily hunter. will: meanwhile, bath and body works, the american retailer, shifted all their production from china to ohio and this at the same time for them is seeing revenues soaring. the revenues i believe went up almost 2 -- was it 2 billion. rachel: over $2 billion. will: as they relocated production to ohio. take a look at this, production time, down from five months to
