congresswoman welcome. what do you hope and what you hope the committee will hear from devon archer when he sits down with the committee tomorrow? price you know we are just trying to at the bottom of this and find out the truth for the american people. we are each going to have two hours and really what is going to happen his counsel at each side will run through that with devon. when you hear about all this rhetoric that goes back and forth, specifically in the side of the democrats where they're basically trying to say biden had no ties or any weight sold access to his father. when you see the evidence we've seen brought forward with it to the irs whistleblowers, whether to the fbi documents have been the fbi reject those documents or whether it is through testimony like this you realize this a president is indeed compromised. further it leads me too believe that there will be in impeachment inquiry before the nextlection. before federal prosecutors have investigated all that's in the trump administration for example former attorney general bill
1:05 pm
barr, passed apparently on this type of information and found nothing. the president, as you know has denied any wrongdoing or said he was involved in hunter's business at all. so what has changed and all of this in your interview? >> you know the d.o.j., the fbi on the irs does not pass the smell test. from what i were seeing if this is you, i or anyone watching the show currently that is done even a fraction of what hunter biden did or even a fraction of what joe biden did, i would be in jail and most of us would be. the fact is i believe and based on what i am seeing these appointees are running interference and essentially protecting not only hunter biden but president biden as well for us being able to fully do our job which is exactly why so many republicans are now calling for an impeachment inquiry because it seems as though that is going to be the only way we will actually be able to get the evidence that we need to see what's really going on here.

1:08 pm
archer's its own suggested biden was present we have to really ultimately see what his testimony is going to be. i think that it's going to open up a whole new can of worms. but again going back to some comments speaker mccarthy made and really what other republicans have called for, i do believe based on what we are seeing we potential grounds for impeachment inquiry. and until we can actually investigate without being stonewalled, i do not think were actually going be a billet at te bottom of this. frankly i would like to know the truth. if we are wrong ultimately i do not want to be wasting people's time. that is just up the case based on what i'm seeing. eric: imagine you have to investigate to find out if it is wrong or right pretrial imagine the democrats are in control the house and the oversight committee they launch an investigation of jared kushner to billion-dollar investment in his fund by the saudis. should there be, for first
